Cannot delete pending downloads from unknown icloud accounts.

After I updated to ios 7, 5 songs appeared in my itunes store downloads that are pending. When I click on them I am prompted to sign in with email address of friends. I cannot seem to delete these pending items. i've tried swiping but no delete option comes up. help??

Some clarification needed:
"After I updated to ios 7" - the iPhone 5s (shown in your profile) came with iOS 7. Are you referring to another phone and one that was used/owned by someone else? Did you mean update to iOS 7.0.4?
1. Back up your phone
2. Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
3. Restore backup

Hi  Support Communities,
did anyone find a way to delete all calendars from an iCloud account? It seems that iCloud wants to keep at least one calendar. We use several accounts and one is only used to look at shared calendars from other accounts. So there is no need for its own empty calendar. On iOS I just hid this calendar, but on OS X it is always visible. I unchecked it, but it would be nice if I could just delete it. If I do so on an iOS device it is gone, but reappears later. Trying to delete it on a Mac results in an error that it can’t be deleted, same goes for the web interface at icloud.com. It’s just a cosmetic issue, but I would prefer it to be gone altogether. Any ideas?

Yes, but be sure she is on a separate iCloud account with a separate ID before deleting anything. Be sure there is nothing that you want to keep on your device too. When you delete the data from iCloud it will be deleted from all devices signed into the account. Then you can delete the data from the existing account by doing the following:
To delete the contacts, go to iCloud.com from your computer, log into your iCloud account and open Contacts, click on All Contacts on the left, to the right click on any single contact to select it, click on the Actions (gear shaped) icon at the bottom left and choose Select All, then press the Delete key on your keyboard.
For Calendars, open the calendar on icloud.com, click Edit on the bottom left, then tap the minus sign to the right of each calendar to delete it.
For Notes, open notes on icloud.com, click on each note on the left, then click Delete at the top to delete it.
For Reminders, open reminders on icloud.com, click on each reminder and press your Delete key to delete it.
For Mail, open your mail on icloud.com, click each folder on the left (such as your inbox), click on a single message to the right, press Control-A on your keyboard to select them all, then press your Delete key. Repeat this for each of your mail folders except Trash. When finished, click on the actions (gear-shaped) icon on the bottom left and select Empty Trash.
If you also want to delete your iCloud backups you can go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on your device, tap the name of your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup.

In your Mac, go to the FaceTime or Messages app > Preferences > disable your phone number there

I am losing it slowly.
I am trying to help my wife with her new iOS7 on her iPhone. When doing so, iCloud asks for a password verification. Firstly, it is the wrong apple id associated with iCloud (my wife chaaged her apple ID years back but somehoe an old email address is associated with her iCloud account. This mail account is not in use anymore.
I have reset the password numerous times and it still shows as the old erroneous mail account info under iCloud. I have tried to delete the iCloud account but Apple asks for Password. When typing in password (which is the one I got after I did the reset) I get the reply that it is not correct (However, signing in to Apple ID with the new account password yields no problems).
Any advice is much appreciated.

You have to delete the old account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iPhone, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I purchased a 23 episode tv show off itunes and I allowed 17 of the 23 episodes to download before halting the download when i realised how much space it was taking up. I was able to "swipe left to right and hit delete" to remove the remaining 6 episodes, but this method was unsuccessful in removing the 17 i had already completed downloading. I want to get rid of them completely and have been unable to troubleshoot this on my own, please help!

Someone that I dont Know has sign in on an ipad. I've already changed my pasword but I still can see it linked. for example it apperar on my icloud tabs on safari. this really bothers me.

Still seeing the other person's iCloud tabs does not necessarily indicate that they still have access to your iCloud account. iCloud tabs will remain for up to 7 days even if a device is no longer active on your iCloud account. After 7 days they should automatically be cleared.

You cannot. However, you can solve this problem by setting the iPhone as a new device and upgrading iOS in Settings -> Software Update.
After upgrading iOS, open Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings. Finally, Setup Assistant will let you restore the backup.
