Cannot download album purchased yesterday

I purchased an album yesterday, straight to my iPhone. When updating my iTunes on my PC last night, and syncing my phone the album was lost. The album is not on my phone or PC. When I go into purchases it is not in there. However when I search the album it has purchased next to it! Help!!!!???

If you add a credit card to your account it will not charge it. The order of payment is Gift Certificate, iTunes Card, or Allowance Account credits; your credit card or PayPal account. If you still cannot get it, report the issue to iTunes.

Hey everybody,
I also was experiencing the unknown error -42018 when attempting to download purchased music. Additionally, I was stuck in an endless authorization loop when attempting to play previously purchaed music. All this started when I installed the latest iTunes software 7.0.2.
I run windows XP Pro, and unlike the majority of users I actually set it up correctly with a dedicated administrator account, and regular user accounts instead of just running as admin all the time. For me, that was the cause of the problem.
The new version of iTunes software required FULL CONTROL privilages on the iTunes and iPod install directories for all user accounts that were using the program. (Previous versions worked fine, so this is a new thing.) Once I provided those permissions, iTunes worked correctly. Follow this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040 for information on how to provide FULL CONTROL to every user account.

i cannot download a purchased copy of photoshop. I have the newest copy of Adobe. and When I tried to download exporer 10, i was told i have a new version of exporer, But when I click on Download for photoshop, It tells me:

the songs appear on lightgray color on my itunes but i cannot play or download them again.

- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
If you can't log into Settings>iTunes and App stores with your new ID them mean there is a problem. Try restting the password and try to sign in again.

HT201253 Iphone 5s not syncing music to phone with itunes 12.0.1.26 - also cannot download full purchased albums, only some tracks

The fun of new updates on my Windows 8.1 laptop and iphone 5S 64gb.
I noticed since my last sync that some tracks had magically been removed - so I wanted to full sync. This couldn't even be instigated unless I deleted all my music off of phone, now it just hangs when syncing - for hours. No updates on how many tracks out of how many tracks have been synced.
Also my purchased albums - I can see them on itunes as whole ones that are purchased, same on iphone.
I then go to iphone to download my purchased items via itunes app, and it only shows some songs. An example is Drake, Game etc. - seems to affect full albums I've bought that are "deluxe" editions.
All the normal/single edition albums seem fine.
Absolutely fantastic, can't get my music onto phone except some purchased items - and even then it doesn't show all my purchases.
Not sure if setting up family share affected things, but it can't even handle the simple tasks let alone downloading content from other users purchasers (which it detects fine ironically). New features but can't do anything that has previously been fine.
Flabbergasted, had one work iphone4s 16gb and 64gb personal previously - no problems with same laptop.
My alienware laptop is very high spec with SSD, so the fault does not lie here - apple related software or product.

It couldn't do over 50gb in one go, had to do two half syncs to get all music on - i think this is limitation of the itunes software - pretty shocking really.

Cannot download previously purchased music

I am trying to download previously purchased music, Darius Rucker True Believer album, to my iPhone 5. I've tried using my LTE connection and WiFi. When I click on the cloud icon, it spins for a few seconds then stops. If I try to stream the song it just goes to the next song that's actually on my iPhone. I get no error message or prompt to sign in with my credentials. Having the same issue with a few other songs. I've downloaded updates and podcasts today so I know my connection is working.
I am not using iTunes Match.
Any ideas?
