Cannot download an app
I'm trying to download the Fireworks cs6 and Muse CC using the Creative Cloud app.
The download is interrupted and the following error message is displayed "Installation Failed".
In the detailed link a more detailed explanation is shown: "The download appears corrupted. Please try again after a few minutes."

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

i cannot download free apps via the App Store...i get an error message that asks me to enter my credit card information... i wish not to enter my credit card info until i want to purchase something, and to download free apps, i do not believe i should need to enter credit card info.

I cannot download an app from the app store, it keeps loading until it says "You have already purchased this app so it will be downloaded no at no additional charge", and then it prompt for password and I input it after which nothing happens.
I know my icloud has record of my installing this app before, but that was the first install that was failed during that time some other apps also keeps loading without respond whey they updated itself, and this app didn't install before I restart the device. But I don't see this app on my device after I restarted the device so it should have been installed on my device. It seems icloud has created some kind of dead loop that makes it not able to get the correct status about this app on my device.
I have no problem install this app on my other device (iPad) with the same account, but just fail on my iPhone. And it just fine installing other apps...... What happened !!?? @@

My iPhone 4s cannot download from app store
For a couple days now my iPhone 4s cannot download anything from the app store. I cannot download new apps or updates. It does not give me an error message or anything. It just shows the icon on my iPhone screen and it says waiting right underneath it; I've let it go on for a day and it never resolved anything. It was working fine before and now it doesn't. I have not changed any settings and I know my account is fine because my wife's iPhone is also setup to use my iCloud account and it works without problems. I donnot want to reset my iPhone as it is currently set up just the way I need it; both peronal and work stuff. It would be a pain in the rear if I had to reset everything. Any ideas?

I called customer Apple support and now my phone works without a problem.
Here's what I had to do:
Try resetting network connections. If that does not work go to next step below.
Connect your iPhone to your computer
Open iTunes (probably opens automatically)Back up your iPhone to your computer
Restore iPhone to factory settings (this is what I did. you can skip this step if you're feeling lucky and go straight to the next step). Try to download from app store, if it works, your set; go to next step.Try right clicking on your iPhone an the left menu (iTunes) if you don't see the right options on your screen
Restore iPhone from previous file (iTunes)
My iPhone did not restore my downloaded apps, no worries, just go to bought apps on the app store/iTunes and download apps into iTunes. After that, just sync your iPhone to iTunes and your apps should be there.
I hope that helps, that's what I had to do. I was able to reset my iPhone and all my settings to the way it was before restoring. I did not loose anything but it took about 2 hours. -

My iPod touch 2nd generation forced a software update to apply to my ipod via itunes. what effect did this update have on my ipod software, as i still cannot download some apps?
I would appreciate your support to help me figure out if this problem is solvable.
The error comes about whilst trying to download certain apps from the app store, including CSR Racing which when i tap on install a message box pops up saying "This App Is Incompatible With This iPod touch", another time for a different app it came up with a message saying "This app requires OpenGL ES 2.0 graphics capability.
Main questions:
What was achieved from the latest forces iPod touch 2g update (17/07/2012)?
solvable problem(s)?
Will i need to buy a more recent model of iPod touch if this isnt fixable?
ps. My iPod has lasted me 3 years so far so i am not suprised, still in good nick!

Is "surfncam" shown as name or Apple ID? Is it your Apple ID? -
Cannot download any apps through the CC desktop app, it just hooks up. We have a team subscription and a member of the team can download apps perfectly. What do I need to do?

I cannot download the apps. It's showing that u cannot use the Singapore software, you must switch to Indian store please help me out on this problem.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region
If you find that it is set to the correct region, log out of your iTunes Store account, restart your iPhone, and sign into your account again.

Cannot download any Apps even though I put in the correct password
I cannot download any Apps from my I-Pad or I-Phone,even though my Pasword is correct.I hit upload,then password is required,then the screen goes back to upload.
I have the same problem since this morning, when my Ipod touch (version 4.2.1) unexpectedly asked me for the network's password. Entering the password does not help, the message "Unable to join..." keeps appearing.
Last evening I was prompted to update, and did, Safary, Quicktime and Itunes, while my Ipod was connected to the PC. I have tried everything suggested above except restoring the Ipod from backup via Itunes.

Go to Solution.I had the same msg come up, go in2 setup, options, date and time. Now have a fiddle about with these settings. U mite have 2 change ur time zone 2 another country in the same time zone as u if that makes sense? Worked 4 me and many more people I've read about on here.
