Cannot download any program on creative suite? Page doesn't load. Is Adobe down?

I have tried multiple computers, trying to download trials and even purchase, but nothing pops up in my browser! Please help.

You're not the only one-I thought it was my Windows 10 preview, but it is affecting all of my computers so it is the website.

    What operating system are you running NOW?
    If you've upgraded to Mavericks (Mac OS X 10.9.3) or Windows 8.1, it probably a crapshoot whether you can get it to run because the software is too old.
    You can try using the Adobe Cleaner tool here, then reinstall:

  • Why can't I download any programs through creative cloud?

    I'm trying to download Dreamweaver fro a class and other programs but when I try to download them through creative cloud it's not responding. Creative cloud opens up but then there is a white blank screen and I'm unable to download anything. What do I need to do so creative cloud can start working again?

    This is what I see every time I open the Adobe CC app and/or try to install any software from the Adobe CC website. Any help on why this is happening or how to fix it or preferably both would be greatly appreciated!

  • Unable to download any programs from Creative Cloud

    I've been trying to install a number of apps via the Cloud (mainly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop - trial versions) however the installs keeping failing.  They all get to between 30%-55% and then go back to 0% and start again and then get to the same point and return to 0% again.  Very frustrating!
    Any ideas?

    KCA1122, May i know which operating system do you have? Looks like it is stuck in some loop. Let's Signout and Signin back to Creative Cloud app and then check.
    At any point, do you get any specific error message? If so, please attach the error screenshot.
    Lets reboot the machine and retry.

    Deleted CC in control panel-programs.
    Did run the cleaner tool.
    New installation, but again no apps on the desktop.

    You need to properly install the apps. But first uninstall, run the cleaner tool and then reinstall.

  • Adobe Updater requires password when I launch any program from the suite

    It is very annoying, but not a destructive issue.
    When I launch any program from Creative Suite 3 Design Premium (6 programs) the Adobe Updater pops out and asks for a password. I can either provide a password and proceed, or deny the password and still proceed with the program.
    Is there any way to stop the Updater from popping up?
    I have it on my two machines Mac Pro (2x 2.66 GHz, 11GB RAM) and Mac Book Pro (2.33 GHz, 3GB RAM).
    I am sure that there is some settings which I simply overlooked. Can anyone point it to me?

    Unfortunately when Adobe products are restored from backup, especial CS4 and especially Mac, it breaks licensing.
    There is a python script included in the license recovery kit that should work if you are familiar with Terminal.
    If not, you must reinstall your CS4 suite.  You don't need to delete your preferences, so it should be the same as before.

  • Creative Cloud spinning blue wheel, cannot download CC program or update CS6 programs

    I have Master Collection CS6. I purchased a new Mac Pro last month (preinstalled with Yosemite) and installed all the programs. I tried to run Illustrator, was prompted to install the Java for OS X and did do, worked great. Three weeks later I subscribed to InDesign CC. I cannot download it because the creative cloud is stuck on the spinning blue wheel. I've done all the simple things, like uninstall and reinstall creative cloud (several times). I have run across threads that mention that updating Java makes it work but I cannot, in all my countless hours of searching, find a comment of someone who talks about having CC and CS6 installed. So I turn to the experts here, who know much more than I do. And I know I will probably wish I had done this right off :-)
    I have successfully run Creative Cloud on my Mac Air, which I have not downloaded the Java for OS X.
    I should also mention that I tried to run the update manager for Adobe (for my CS6 products). It stated there was an error, needed to install latest version. Directed me to the website, it downloaded but an error occurred when trying to install.
    System is Mac Pro 3.7 Quad, 16GB RAM.
    Adobe CS6 Master Collection installed
    JavaForOSX2014-001 installed.
    I need to be able to keep my Illustrator (and Dreamweaver) running smoothly but also be able to run the Creative Cloud panel for downloading InDesign CC and updating my CS6 software.

    Frey16 if you temporarily move the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater to the desktop are you then able to open the Creative Cloud Desktop application successfully?  If so then please put the folder back into that location and remove any installed Adobe Creative software.
    This folder contains the update information for all of your installed Adobe Creative applications.  If the step above allows the Creative Cloud Desktop application to open then it would appear you have a damaged or conflicting update payload inventory.
    Once you have removed all of your currently installed Adobe Creative software you can then safely remove the /Library/Application Support/Adobe/AAMUpdater folder.  You will then want to reinstall any Adobe Creative applications you wish to use on your computer.  During your evaluation period you may want to consider just installing the CC applications or even the CS6 version of applications.  Please see Install and update apps - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html for the process to reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application.  If you have an active full Creative Cloud Membership you can also utilize the Previous Version option to install Creative Suite 6.
    If you do need to download a fresh copy of the installation files for Creative Suite 6 the retail installation files can be found at Download CS6 products.

    You need to adjust your security stuff/ permissions and possibly use compatibility modes. It means that your licensing service is being blocked/ shut down.
