Cannot download application world- how to close all the browser windows

i cannot download the blackberry application world "sorry, your session has expired. Please close all of your browser windows and then return to the welcome page to start again." How to close all the browser windows?

Is your problem resolved or you're still having problem with download BlackBerry world !
If you're having problem then just peform a Battery pull restart by removing the battery while your device is Powered On, wait for a min. then reinsert it back after reboot please try it again.
If problem persists then you can also go through this Knowledge Base  KB32113

  • Cannot Compile CHM -- Message says to close all HTML Help windows

    Running TCS 1.3 with latest patches.
    Single source project - output to HTML Help (.chm).
    When I try to compile, I receive the following message:
    "Cannot create compiled file. It may be open in another window. Please close all HTML Help windows and try again."
    I don't have any HTML Help windows open. Shutting down RH and restarting does not resolve the problem. I have to shut down the computer, which is a serious hassle, before I can compile again. I do work from a network directory, which may be causing it, but I'd like to know if there is a process I can kill from the Windows Task Manager that would allow me to compile without having to restart my computer. I don't see any process that identifies itself as something I can kill to resolve this issue.
    Anyone?

    That message normally indicates you have launched the .CHM file that you are trying to create. The first step of the process is to destroy the existing .CHM in preparation for building the new one. Just as you would need to destroy a house on a lot where you wish to build a new one.
    If your .CHM is on a network drive, another user may have it open. (yet another good reason for working locally)
    If your .CHM is on your local drive, RoboHelp believes you have it open. If you press Alt+Tab, you may see a blue up arrow. That will indicate the running CHM file.

  • Want to play WOW-how do i make the browser windows fill whole screen??

    Have been a pc user all my life and just got a MacBook Pro. When i used to connect to the internet the browser window would fill the whole screen. This may seem like a stupid question but how do i make this happen on the mac? And to do the same for things like iMovie maker etc. My son says world of warcraft needs to be played on the whole screen and not just in a small box.
    Have tried adjusting the display etc but that makes things look distorted. Is there another way? Help!

    Press Cmd+M if you want to play it in full screen mode. If you want a bigger window for windowed mode just drag the little thngy at the bottom right of your WoW window and you will be able to resize it. Hope this helps

    With the old system I could push the button on the bottom 2x and it would show me all the open apps so I could close them, now  it shows me the open apps but I can't close any of them.

    Background:
    In my applet, I have 2 buttons: "Open" and "Close".
    When "Open" is clicked, I open a URL using:
    getAppletContext().showDocument(new java.net.URL("http://server/MyPage.html"), "MyWindow") This works fine.
    When "Close" is clicked, I want to close the previously opened browser window. For that, I am using: getAppletContext().showDocument(new java.net.URL("http://server/Close.html"), "MyWindow") In Close.html, I have used JavaScript's self.close() on OnLoad event.
    This also works fine, i.e., the previously opened browser window gets closed.
    Now the problem:
    If the previously opened browser windows is manually closed, then when "Close" button is clicked, a browser window flashes and goes off. To avoid this, I want to detect if the previously opened browser window is still open - before clicking on "Close" button. Is there a way to do this?

    Note that I am using self.close() in onLoad event because I am closing the same window. If the window doesn't exist, it will create (from Java) and close it (from JavaScript). So it flashes. So it is required that I need to check for browser window existance from within Java and not in JavaScript.

    Although possibly not related to your problem, I will remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. Furthermore, it has known bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum stability, performance, security and usability.     As for your issue, can you be a bit more specific? You may, in any case, be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
    Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not coming from one of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] and select ''Disable all add-ons''. If the problem disappears, you know it's from an add-on. Disable them all in normal mode, and enable them one at a time until you find the source of the problem.     If it does work in Firefox Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

    *Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

    You should be able to "swipe" the tabs list away. Press with your finger near the line that separates the tab list from the webpage, and drag to the left.

    That picture is Thunderbird... This is listed as Firefox. I have changed the details to Thunderbird.
    That image you have is Thunderbird showing a thread of messages when you click on the collapsed thread.
    I have no idea how you navigate your mail without a folder pane visible, but the squiggly line to the very left of the message line is where you click to expand the thread.

    So I log into iCloud and try to see how these attachments show up. They seem to be there since I see this:
    but when I try and download the files, they appear in my download folder as 0 byte files, ending in .pdf.html.
    This is very annoying. I saw and could read these files yesterday, but cannot today.

    You should never, EVER let a conputer hard drive get completely full, EVER!
    With Macs and OS X, you shouldn't let the hard drive get below 15 GBs or less of free data space.
    If it does, it's time for some hard drive housecleaning.
    Follow some of my tips for cleaning out, deleting and archiving data from your Mac's internal hard drive.
    Have you emptied your Mac's Trash icon in the Dock?
    If you use iPhoto, iPhoto has its own trash that needs to be emptied, also.
    If you store images in other locations other than iPhoto, then you will have to weed through these to determine what to archive and what to delete.
    If you use Apple Mail app, Apple Mail also has its own trash area that needs to be emptied, too!
    Delete any old or no longer needed emails and/or archive to disc, flash drives or external hard drive, older emails you want to save.
    Look through your other Mailboxes and other Mail categories to see If there is other mail you can archive and/or delete.
    Other things you can do to gain space.
    Once you have around 15 GBs regained, do a search, download and install OmniDisk Sweeper.
    This app will help you locate files that you can move/archive and/or delete from your system.
    STAY AWAY FROM DELETING ANY FILES FROM OS X SYSTEM FOLDER!
    Look through your Documents folder and delete any type of old useless type files like "Read Me" type files.
    Again, archive to disc, flash drives, ext. hard drives or delete any old documents you no longer use or immediately need.
    Look in your Applications folder, if you have applications you haven't used in a long time, if the app doesn't have a dedicated uninstaller, then you can simply drag it into the OS X Trash icon. IF the application has an uninstaller app, then use it to completely delete the app from your Mac.
    Download an app called OnyX for your version of OS X.
    When you install and launch it, let it do its initial automatic tests, then go to the cleaning and maintenance tabs and run the maintenance tabs that let OnyX clean out all web browser cache files, web browser histories, system cache files, delete old error log files.
    Typically, iTunes and iPhoto libraries are the biggest users of HD space.
    move these files/data off of your internal drive to the external hard drive and deleted off of the internal hard drive.
    If you have any other large folders of personal data or projects, these should be archived or moved, also, to the optical discs, flash drives or external hard drive and then either archived to disc and/or deleted off your internal hard drive.
