I purchased Photoshop Element 12 and Premier Element 12 on 6 Mar 2014. I downloaded Premier Element 12 subsequently but could not install it due to driver problem with my laptop. As such, I didn't proceed to download my Photoshop Element 12. Today, I wanted to download Photoshop Element 12 but the system rejected my request saying it has passed the 30 days limit. Please help to reset the system so that I can download my purchase. Thank you !

The trial period for Photoshop Element 12 and Premier Element 12 is the same so you cannot try it now on the same computer.
You can try downloading trial on another computer.

I followed the advice of another user, cleared my payment information and re-entered my credit card info and this took care of it, I was immediately able to download new purchases. Gifted app cannot download due to iTunes

I recently recieved an app as a gift (Instacast) and when I click the redeem button, it tells me I need the newest version of iTunes, which I already have (10.7) So it just leads me to a link to download iTunes and cannot download the app. Any help would be appreciated!

I cannot download this years 12 days of Christmas because my gen 1 iPad does not have the latest iOS 7. Why are Apple offering this app which states it is for iPad not doing more to ensure all iPad versions are catered for. It looks like Apple has forgotten about the customers who took the plunge and spent lots of money on the original iPad and made it a worldwide success. Come on Apple treat all iPad users to this app.

Looking at it logically, it's my belief that likely many of the free apps will require iOS 7, thus the 12 Days of Gifts app also requires iOS 7. Sadly, iOS 5.1.1 apps are slowly becoming scarce.

I need to know how to do this as well because before I got an iPad I hot an iPod nano and an iPod touch but because I was too young I wasn't aloud my own Apple ID and I used my mums. Through those years I got a lot of iTunes vouchers and I spent them on films and music. Last year I got an iPad and was aloud to make my own Apple ID I've downloaded a few songs and films but want my films and songs from my iPods but when I log in to my mums account on my iPad and try to download films and music but it comes up with you cannot download this item for 90 days because you have been as scouted with a different account. But I really can't wait 3 months at the moment cause haven't watched this film for ages. Please someone help me this is unfair this needs to be changed how could Apple be so harsh

My camera/device is recognized in the Source List, but when it tries to download the photos, all I get are the words "Loading Photos" in the area where the thumbnail pictures usually display. The little "gear" symbol next to the words but it just goes round and round. Nothing ever downloads, and instead of showing me how many pictures there are to import it just says "No photos". So therefore I cannot import the photos to my library since they won't even download.
I was getting an error message a few days ago that my Iphoto library was getting full, so I emptied my trash in both Iphoto and on my computer. I had this same problem back in October and emptying the trash and getting rid of some photos did help (can I really be using that much storage space for the pictures?). But it didn't help this time.
Any suggestions as to what to do to solve the problem? I would try taking the SD card out and inserting that into the slot on the computer to see if I could load pictures that way; but the last time I did that, they wouldn't load. Not sure if I lost pics from the disc or not.

1. You did not get an error message telling you that your iPhoto library was getting full. You got a message telling you that your HD was getting full, right?
OS X needs about 10 gigs of hard drive space for normal OS operations - things like virtual memory, temporary files and so on.
Without this space your Mac will slow down as the OS hunts for space on the disk, files will be fragmented, also slowing things down, apps will crash and the risk of data corruption - that is damage to your files, photos, music - increases exponentially.
Your first priority is to make more space on that HD. Nothing else can be done until you do.
Purchase an external HD and move your Photos and Music to it. Both iPhoto and iTunes can run perfectly well with the Library on an external disk.
Your Library has been damaged from being run on an overfull disk.
How much free space on it now?

It started when tryung to update Twitter. Now the problem is with every app I try to update or download.

I have this issue as well. The App Store icon indicates there are updates available but when I open the app a popup says it can't connect to the store and the screen remains white. I have tried a hard reset (power & home button) and several other suggestions I have found throughout the forums here without success.

looks like the gtk theme is not the problem. didnt really think it was, but the documentation was worth posting. the guys over at ubuntu look as though they have dealt with this in great detail, and have produced a few solutions, which may or may not work. i have decided to post these for anyone else who may have these problems.

judging by a google search on this problem and the number of responses that came up, the bonobo/daemon error is quite a common curse for the users of gnome, although much more common in distros such as ubuntu or fedora.
i hope that this proves useful and if anyone has anything to add, please feel free. the more documentation the better.

another solution would be to remove gnome and reinstall it from scratch. (some please tell me if i am doing this correctly. thanks )
1. clean your catch:
pacman -Scc
2. remove gnome, gnome extras, and whatever other gnome files you might have installed
pacman -Rscn gnome gnome-extra etc...
3. reinstall gnome and gnome extras
pacman -Sy gnome gnome-extra
4. reconfigure your desktop the way you want.

Freeing Up Space on The Hard Drive
1. See Lion/Mountain Lion/Mavericks' Storage Display.
2. You can remove data from your Home folder except for the /Home/Library/ folder.
3. Visit The XLab FAQs and read the FAQ on freeing up space on your hard drive.
4. Also see Freeing space on your Mac OS X startup disk.
5. See Where did my Disk Space go?.
6. See The Storage Display.
You must Empty the Trash in order to recover the space they occupied on the hard drive.
You should consider replacing the drive with a larger one. Check out OWC for drives, tutorials, and toolkits.
Try using OmniDiskSweeper 1.8 or GrandPerspective to search your drive for large files and where they are located.
