Cannot download latest update
My iTunes says there is a new version and is giving me the choice to download or not. I keep choosing to download it but it opens up the box to update my Apple software and Mobile Me. I never can update my iTunes. I'm sure it's available because the box pops open giving me the choice to download it, and even gives the new version number, but it never downloads it. What to do???
Well, my slant was, and perhaps I was wrong, if I'm backing up on iTunes and I LOSE that version, wouldn't I lose all of my back-ups, too? I do back up on iTunes but was concerned about that.
In any event, I just did the update from Apple and it worked and I lost nothing. YAY!!!!

Please excuse my lack of knowledge, to check organizer preferences, what do I need to do? Where do if find the organizer preferences, is it in the Photo Elements ( PE) 12 program files (like in PE 12 organizer)? Or is it found someplace else on my computer. Thanks for putting up with my questions.

Cannot install latest updates for Bridge and Photoshop CC. I get the following message: "Update Failed. The download appears corrupted. U43M1D207."
I have tried to install at different times over three different days with the same result each time. My version of Bridge now no longer shows DNG files except as an icon. I too cannot download latest itunes version. Apple needs to respond and fix what is certainly a software defect. Am seeing all of the same error messages including MSCVR80.dll is missing from computer. For Windows 7 a "Error 7 (Windows errror 126) appears. How do you get Apples's attention. It is impossible to link up with real support from their website?
Remove old Apple programs, and use Explorer web-browser. (Firefox or Chrome will not do)

Just downloaded latest update and saw updates for fingerprint scanners. Do I have a fingerprint scanner or where do I get one?
If you have an I phone 5s you have a scanner. It does not exist on any other device at this point, and cannot be added.

I have an Apple iphone 4s and for the last 4 weeks I cannot download or update any apps. I have an iPad and a Mac book pro and the apps download on these devices fine. My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
Any ideas ...Please!Thank you, this has resolved both the iphone and ipad problem immediately. I am concerned that I may have a problem with apps that I bought under my old AppleID as they will not be recognised. Any suggestions for this please?

I have bought an iMAC second hand but when updates to purchased (not by me) Apps I cannot download the updates as it is asking for the original owners password. How can I amend this or could I delete the Apps and download new ones in place under my email
If the machine was upgraded to Lion 10.7.x by the original owner then you bought an illegal license of Lion and also of any other applications that the seller said came pre-installed, this assumes the seller did not include original install media. In that case you need to contact the seller for the original install DVDs that came with the machine re-install up to Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and then purchase Mountain Lion ($20) and the applications you want or need. If the seller cannot come up with the original install discs then you can buy them from a nominal cost from AppleCare..

iph 4s, using windows 8; downloaded latest update 6 for iphone and iphone software update center could not be contacted or is not available; tried troubleshooting; removed other usb connections and restarted computer; still will not connect to iphone software update center; any suggestions?

Connection attempt to iPhone activation server was successful.
Connection attempt to firmware update server was successful.
Connection attempt to Gracenote server was successful.
Last successful iTunes Store access was 2013-11-07 17:52:33.
Still unable to detect the iPhone though. -
