Cannot download new order

I ordered Elements and Premiere about 52 hours ago (2 days) and the refreshed order page still says "processing your order".  No way to get support here, so my next step if Adobe can't get their act together is to make a FRAUD claim with my credit card company.  I get better service ordering stuff out of Russia, at least they deliver.

Sorry, but you can't.
 Cheers, Tom

Ok so I updated to iOS 7 on my iPod (5th) it let me update my apps but I cannot download new apps thanks to the terms and conditions. Also my iTunes won't start it just blank, I tried everything I need help

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

  • Cannot download new version or uninstall Itunes

I cannot download new version of Itunes or uninstall my old one. It says I am missing itunes.msi file. Can anyone help? I am stuck in Itunes limbo.

When you get that msi message, you need to do an installer cleanup.
I will give you a method for full removal and cleanup of iTunes and related programs followed by install. You may be able to get way with just removing and cleaning up iTunes itself, but I have given the whole method in case you need it.
Download a fresh copy of iTunes and the stand alone version of Quicktime (the one without iTunes)
    http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install Microsoft Installer cleanup utility, there are instructions on the page as well as the download. Note that what you download is the installer not the program – you have to run it to install the program.
To run the program – All Programs>>Windows Install Cleanup
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/
Now use the following method to remove iTunes and its components:
    XP
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925
    Vista
    http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923
*If you hit a problem with one of the uninstalls don't worry*, carry on with the deleting of files and folders as directed in the method.
When you get to deleting Quicktime files in the system32 folder as advised in the method, you can delete any file or folder with Quicktime in the name.
    Restart your PC.
Run the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility. (Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up)
Remove any references you find to the programs you removed - strictly speaking you only need to worry about those programs where the uninstall failed.
If you don’t see an entry for one of the programs that did not uninstall, look out for blank entries or numeric entries that look like version numbers e.g. 7.x for Quicktime or 1.x for Bonjour.
    restart your PC
Install the stand alone Quicktime and check that it works.
    If it does, install iTunes.

I cannot download new itunes, my computer says unable due to MSVCR80.dII.I don't know what to do. I am old, so any answer will have to be simple.

This sounds like your authentication settings have been screwed up - I've had this a couple of times after Yosemite installs/upgrades.
Check you have the correct port settings and authentication type. Sometimes changing the setting then changing it back works.

  • Cannot download new apps nor can I update current apps.  My App Store ID is still my old email address.  How do I fix?

Cannot download new apps or update existing apps.  App Store ID is old email address and not current one.  How do I fix?

If you can't buy/download them with your new account then closing the App Store app via the iPad's multitasking bar and then do a soft-reset it and see if you can then download them
To close the App Store app : double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar
To do a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • I dont know the answer to my security questions so i cannot download new music

I don't know the answer to my security questions so I cannot download new music. How do I reset these questions without resetting my account?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

  • HT1688 I have an iPhone 5 16 GB.. It keeps popping up "storage almost full." I have a lot of music, but I've had to get rid of all my apps and pictures. I now cannot download new songs either, becuase I do not have enough storage. Do I have to buy a 32gb?

My iPhone 5 is a 16GB. The storage is almost full. Is there a way to add more storage, or do I have to buy a 32GB phone? I've had to delete my pictures and apps. I also cannot download any new music, update apps, or purchase new apps.

Upgrading phones is between you and the carrier if you are wanting them to subsidize the phone. Otherwise you would have to purchase the phone at full price.
Transferring purchases from the phone to iTunes is done with the device is connected to the computer, and in iTunes selecting transfer purchases. Yes, that will yield more storage on the phone when doing that.

  • [iTunes 8.0.2]: I cannot download new iPhone updated applications

    Hi Folks,
I am suffering something very weird since three days ago. Well, I have iTunes 8.0.2.20 with QT 7.5.5, so everything is up to date.
I can connect to iTunes Store, I can buy/download new songs and I can buy new iPhone applications at the iTunes Store. But the problem is that the iTunes says that I have 55 Applications updates (and this number grows everyday because there are new updates released), but when I press the button: "55 Updates available" at the Applications section the iTunes says me:
"We cannot complete your iTunes Store request. There is an unknown error (-50)."
And I have been trying everything: Re-install iTunes and QuickTime, flush the DNS with the WinXP 'ipconfig' command, disconnect completely the firewall, etc.
But, it continues happening, although 3 days ago didn't happened and I didn't changed anything in my PC. But suddently began to happen this issue.
    Can you help me, please?
    Thanks in advance
    Tora

Thanks a lot by your feedback, I am pretty sure that we are not the only ones with this annoying problem.
Anyone more would like to talk about it, please?

  • Firefox (Mozilla) browser stop working. I cannot download new version (Mozilla 16). I run the application. It tellsme the computer needs to shut down, It shuts

My FireFox Browser stop working. I deleted old applications and tried unsuccesfully to open new versin (mozilla 16). I safe the application to desktop, run it, it tellsme the computer will turn off, it does, when the computer goes back on Mozilla is NO longer there. Then the cycle continues everytime I tried to download new application.

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Some security software has virtualization features that may cause problems by protecting files in the Firefox program folder.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox.
    *C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\
    *http://kb.mozillazine.org/Installation_directory
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
    *Firefox 16.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
*Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
*It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.

  • I cannot download new email

On my iPod touch I have three accounts: two Gmail (a personal and professional) and one Exchange account that's linked to the professional Gmail account. The Exchange is for syncing contacts and calendars. However, a few days ago I can no longer download new messages onto my professional Gmail account inbox. The strange thing is that I can still send messages from that account and I can download messages in the Exchange inbox. IMAP is enabled in Gmail (I wouldn't be able to get the emails from Exchange if it wasn't) and I've tried typing in my email and password several times with no result. The iPod gives me the message "the server imap.google.com is not responding," though it clearly is, since I can still get email from the Exchange and the personal Gmail inboxes.

I tried to erase my password so I could get a restart, but Thunderbird does not ask for a new password. It just loads my old emails from before the update.
    </blockquote>
I was able to fix this by changing the port to 465, which did not work. However when I changed the port back to 995 as recommended I got the message asking for my password finally. When I entered the password everything loaded.
