This migration functionality is presently being investigated as a
potential plugin to the Workbench.
However I do not have dates as to when it could potentially be
available. I am sorry to say that, in the near term, I do not
have a tool I can offer you.

Hi everyone, no matter if I use Chrome 44 or Internet Explorer, I cannot download any drivers or utilities from the HP-website. When I click on the blue square, which is supposedly where I am expected to click to start the download, nothing happens. I don't have any script-blockers activated. I'm trying to download the Windows-10 drivers and utilities for my Deskjet 2510, but I also checked some other model's drivers and the download does not start either. I don't get an error message or anything. It's just that the download does not start. I'm currently using Windows 7 64 bit, I just want to download the Windows 10-drivers and tools in advance. Hi, When you click on the download button, a plug-in gets downloaded first "HPSupportSolutionsFramework.exe", you need to install this plug-in first and click download and the "Blue" button to continue download. Alternate would be to select "Download Only" and click next, this would skip the Plug-in install and start the driver download. Heres the link to downlaod directly. Look in your download's folder and if it's already in .app format drag it to your Applications folder. If it's a .mkg file open it and follow the on-screen directions.

How do you get of hold of anyone at Adobe for help? Cannot download Photoshop CC.

I could not update Photoshop CC from Creative Cloud desktop or online. I need Raw 8.3 to be compatible with Lightroom. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone at Adobe for help. Found their chat link once after much searching, someone finally answered then told me they were closing for the day and to call back the next day. Could never find the chat link again. Tried uninstalling PhotoshopCC because I saw that somewhere in the forum but still cannot download Photoshop CC. Got error code U43M1U49 and said to retry or contact customer support. Yeah right! Totally frustrated with Adobe. Anyone have any suggestions?

If you're having difficulties getting updates for your tools using the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then you can try downloading them without it by using the direct links for the CC updates on Windows or on Mac OS, for all CC apps.

You have or had an extension installed (MegaUpload toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.12 to Firefox/2.0.0.13
You can check the general.useragent prefs on the about:config page:

You can uninstall (remove) the Java Console extensions and disable the Java Quick Starter extension, you do not need them to run Java applets.

HRESULT: 0x80073712 means ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT, and it is one of the error codes listed at this
KB article.
I suggest you run the System Update Readiness tool and check if the error still persists.

Ran Malware ANTI Malware on windows 7 64 bit PC now cannot get my tools menue on home page

I am getting a lot of survay's popping up on my PC so I downloaded the free version of Malware Bytes Anti Malware, it took out my tools menue from my home page and adobe air aswell as HP smart web print along with some other programs, I have most back now, redownloaded windows
photo gallery and movie maker and adobe air but I cannot get my tools menue back or HP smart web print, I do not think smart web print could be a virus as it was downloaded from HP web site.
Using IE 9, can anyone help please.

A bit of repetition, mainly for the benefit of anyone else with the same issue. In your case the "for older video cards" version might be worth a try.
When cleaning folders you need to check both the Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders, which you may well have done but didn't mention in the detail above.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The section Install missing components has advice on breaking down the iTunes installer into the individual .msi files which might prove useful if Apple Mobile Device Support won't install normally.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for performance issues or compatibility with third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

I tried to install it and itunes told me I must download itunes 10.7 from www.itunes.com/download . when I tried this I was told there was invalid signature files and it would not allow me proceed. I then tried to download from Tools > download only and it would not work. I tried to uninstall itunes and now I cannot download any version. Please help!

That suggests that the installer is getting damaged during the download.
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

Firefox crash, cannot download

I was downloading when my computer with Firefox, it crashed last week and I had to replace my motherboard. I just got the computer back from Apple.
Luckily the hard drive was saved.
So when I got my MBP back, I realized that Firefox now cannot download.
There is a 'part' file in the download folder but its zero K.
I switched off Downloadhelper and Flashgot, but upon restarting its still error.
I am worried if I throw away the cache or some other thing, that my bookmarks will be deleted, or that the 'Save Image to folder' add on disappears, since I have about 30 different folders pre-linked using that extension.
Can someone advise me on how to make the download active again without having to reinstall all my extensions again, or lose my bookmarks?

I'd get to know your computer, where things are, and keep backups (two) current.
Also, some good preventative maintenance goes a long way, along with backups, to repair your disk directory while booting from backup hard drive.

Cannot download Adobe reader. What is error cod 150105?

I have a very old laptop. It runs windows XP-32, with Service Pack 3 loaded on it (and those are the only numbers I know connected to my computer). I run Flashplayer 11 and Java 7.11 on it. my Internet connection is Internet explorer. It cannot run chrome without crashing and firefox runs very slow. I have the standard Windows essentials anti-virus and firewall. IT does not have a Wi-Fi card in it and only 2 USB ports, which are both first generation and so have a slow data transfer rates.
               I do run disk cleanup and defrag often as well as the anti-virus after each Internet session.
That should give you an idea of the specs on my poor old laptop.
Now to the problem:
     I cannot download and install any version of Adobe reader. I have gone back all the way to Adobe Reader 6 and still get the same message.
          "Adobe Reader cannot compete its installation. please refer to the minimum system requirements.
          Go to adobe.com/go/reader_system_regs. Error code 150105."
I could not access that webpage. I cannot find that error code.
Funny thing is, one of my electronic devices I bought came with Adobe Reader 7 on a CD-rom, and that installed just fine But it won't download the upgrades.
I am at a loss. I need a PDF reader.

Next download and run the offline installer from http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ - all availabel Reader versions 9.5, 10.1, and 11.0 should run fine on Windows XP.

Cannot download CoolIris. There am some other sites that I cannot download with Firefox but can with chrome.

I cannot download from CoolIris. In the past I've been able to mouse over the picture and CoolIris worked immediately. When I did this today it brought me to the CoolIris website and said I needed to download an update. I tried that four times and Firefox did not show the download taking place. This has happened recently with other sites I wanted to download from using Firefox. However, those same sites can be downloaded easily using chrome.
