hi, i upgraded my previous version of firefox to firefox 4 and then added the toy factory theme to the firefox 4 browser. after trying to update my plugins, the files from the adobe site are not downloaded into a file on our computer.

after reinstalling firefox 4, still unable to successfully download plugin program updates from the software publisher's websites.

Apparently it's related to the Firefox plug in.
This isn't exactly a solution but more of a way to avoid opening PDFs with Firefox's plug in.
1. Highlight "Tools" from the Menu Bar in the top left of the screen (or click "Options" if using the Firefox Compact Menu)
2. Select to "Options
3. Select "Applications"
4. Look for "Adobe Acrobat Document" under Content Type and to the right under Action select "Use Adobe Reader (default)" instead of the using Adobe Acrobat in Firefox
5. Open a test PDF. It should open in it's own window now.
Again, not a complete solution but something that'll at least let you scroll with PDFs open.

I had recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and thus had to re download Adobe Digital Editions. I downloaded Version 4.0 but the problem seemed to be with the authorization between the e-reader and the computer. While in ADE click the help button and click erase authorization then re do your user id and password. It worked for me.

If you have this problem (facetime dropping calls). Just go to settings, then general, and scroll it down to reset. Once on the reset, tap on reset all settings, it will ask your code. After you do this close out your iphone by pressing the main button on top of your iphone. I tried everything and this procedure works with me. Let me know if it works with you all.

Aperature crashed after 3.3 update. I am a novice at best when working with restore functions. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

I had the 3.3 update window with Aperature pop up and say that I could no longer work with my library until updating Aperature. The update froze up about 90% through the completion of the last set(9 of 9/ 90% complete) and ran over night. My MAC shows version 3.3 installed. When I try to open Aperature, I get a system crash error. I am a novice at best when working with software and I am panicing because of the amount of pictures that I have on the system. I do back them up but do not know how to restore Aperature software(I purchased it before the app store and can not find it). Please advise.

I am currently having the same problem with music that is downloaded to my laptop and stored into itunes/itunes match which is not downloading to my ipad. I had this same problem a few months a go and it was fixed with a update to my ipad but it has happened again with most recent update. You're welcome. As to checking speed go to http://speedtest.net/ and it will choose the closest server for you. BTW, whatever you do, don't click on the robot icon that says "Start Scan" or MacKeeper below that. Only use the speed test in the middle that has the button BEGIN TEST on it. It will run a download speed test first and then an upload speed test. The download test will give a much faster response.

Adobe web chat come up with a solution.
Open the PP project.
Export your sequence or project as a Final Cut Pro XML file.
Set up a new PP project.
Import the Final Cut Pro XML file.
This will get you back up an running.
Since getting back to editing this project I have found that some things will be lost or change in using XML:
You will lose position key framing, black video clips, dissolve fx, audio levels, audio dynamic fx, the ability to open a multi camera clip and change the camera view.
You will keep cut points, crop fx.
Not perfect but only took a couple of hours to save 3 days work.
