Cannot expand my touch screen since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox.

Since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox, I have not been able to expand the touch screen on my PC. I have windows 7 installed. I can still enlarge my screen with other browsers.

Terrible performance since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox.

Since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox, have been experiencing terrible performance. I have websites load time increase of even hesitate in loading. Also I keep getting the error that my Adobe Flash is not current, even after re-installing the Adobe Flash several times.

A standard diagnostic to bypass interference by extensions (and some custom settings) is to try Firefox's Safe Mode.
First, I recommend backing up your Firefox settings in case something goes wrong. See [[Backing up your information]]. (You can copy your entire Firefox profile folder somewhere outside of the Mozilla folder.)
Next, restart Firefox in Firefox's Safe Mode ([[Safe Mode]]) using
Help > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

I can no longer download parts of my banking info since upgrading to the latest version of Firefox. Prior to this I had no problem bringing up statements. Now it gives me giberish. The bank says it supports up to 3.0 version, but not the later versions.

Where did Google Earth go when I upgraded to the latest version of Firefox?

I clicked the popup that upgraded to the latest version of Firefox - and clicked to give it permission to make changes to my computer - and my Google Earth was no longer there. I restored my computer to before I had made the Firefox changes and my Google Earth was there but I got a blank page when I tried to open Firefox. Then I re-downloaded Firefox and Google Earth is gone. I would like to have both. If I have to do without one I would give up Firefox and use Internet Explorer until the problem gets fixed.

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Upgrading to the latest version of Firefox would cost me about $2,500 so why am I mad?

I have a Mac G5 with OS 11.4.11. In order for me to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox I would have to install a new system. If I install a new system I have to install all new programs. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, GoLive and other CS programs, plus PowerPoint, QuarkXpress , and many others. I can't afford to upgrade. I really like Firefox but what am I suppose to do?

Since my computer upgraded to the latest version of Firefox, I can't access or access only partial websites - how do I fix?

My computer did it's normal Window update as well as updated to the latest version of FireFox. Since then I can access minimum parts of normal websites and I cannot use multiple tabs to search different websites. I cannot use any of the features in my email account since updating to the latest version of firefox although I have no problem in IE

I updated to the newest version of Firefox and now cannot select, read, delete, move any emails. Also cannot access any of the folders where many of my emails are stored. I have no problem with my email in Internet Explorer, all of the features work fine through IE.

Since the last upgrade on the iPad system, I have not been able to log in with my password to iCloud. I have changed my Apple ID and password to see if this would help but no it hasn't made any difference and every time I go into my emails the log in screen keeps popping up with the old username and the sign in it won't recognise. Hi Susie. If you don't remember the password to the apple id with which you have logged into icloud then you need to reset the password at iforgot.apple.com. Put in that old apple id and if you have access to that email you can have a link sent to it to reset your password. If you don't have access to it then you can choose to answer security questions. If you can't answer the security questions properly then you need to go to expresslane.apple.com and tollow the prompts for apple id issues/can't answer security questions and if you put in your contact information Apple will call you immediately and you can talk to someone who can help you reset that password.
