Cannot finally close a PO line

Using version 12.1.3
Cannot finally close a PO line.
I get the following error message when I open an purchase order summary form --> select the PO line to close --> click on Tools -> Control -> finally close: "You cannot finally close this line because there are outstanding invoices and/or credit memos."
But, there are no invoices/credit memos against this PO line.
Any suggestions?

1) Close is reversible. You can reopen a closed PO. Final close is not reversible.
2) You can finally close a PO anytime you want. However, it is not advisable to do that. You should Finally close when the PO is fully received, invoiced and paid and you are certain that no adjustments to those transactions are needed.

My report included 2 pages. Problem is the final total cannot appear when the last line item reached the page end. (page 2)
final total will appear on the middle of last page (page 3) when i comment (type    = 'BOTTOM').
Below is the program.

Finally close PO

Hi All,
When I am trying to do a finally close a PO I am getting the following error:
Error: Line #1 Shipment #1 Distribution #1 Quantity received 10.681062 is not fully delivered .9000004

Based on the error, the qty is received but not yet delivered. Do the deliver transaction for the remaining qty.

PO Final Close not releasing funds

In 11.5.9; if we final close a PO using standard "po_actions.close_po" procedure, the PO used to get Finally Closed and corresponding Funds get released.
However, the same does not work in 11.5.10.
I would be glad if anyone can help me in this regard. Please note that we are using encumbrance feature; hence it is a very critical issue.

Final close will close once for all, you cannot make any transaction. If it's closed then you can make the transactions.

All open windows lock up, cannot minimize/close, must use task manager to close everything

I've been using Mozilla Firefox for a few years and love it. My home page is Google News, and Google is my chosen search engine. For the last three weeks, whenever I have Firefox/Google news open, then open another program, like Word, Quicken, maybe a downloaded game site, everything locks up - every single page including my Mozilla Firefox, my gmail account and whatever other page I have tried to open. I cannot minimize any screen, cannot X close any screen, this includes the original open Firefox Mozilla screens. The only way to be able to do anything on any screen is to use Task Manager to close the windows. My AVG protection runs scans every night. I have gone in and run my Malware protection program, another AVG scan, updated everything, flash players, run checks everywhere. Even ran a computer degrag, yet still the problem persists.
What now? I am frustrated having to completely shut down all programs running with task manager before I can proceed with any program.

I found that logging into Google Docs would lock it up EVERY TIME. So I disabled every one of the Add-Ons one at a time, and found the offending Add-On: Shockwave Flash 11.3.300.268. Disable that one and see if it solves your problem, it did mine.
EDIT: Disabling this means you can't watch YouTube videos. The best fix is to do a search for Adobe's earlier versions of Flash. Uninstall Flash Player from your computer and reinstall an earlier version. I am successfully using 11.3.300.265.

Usually restarting (by holding the power button to turn it off) works. A few times that has resulted in the three beeps (RAM issue? -- I've since replaced my RAM [it *seemed* to stop it for a while, but maybe not]), but the second time it always works. Attempting to SSH into the computer during this state does not work. Please advise as to what to do/what reports I can run and post. I will take a pic next time it happens.

Sounds like a problem with your GPU. Do you have an external display you could connect your machine to in order to test this? If the external display renders the same way, then your GPU is damaged. If the external renders fine, then the CPU display is damaged.

Could you please share the error message so that we can replicate at our end ?
Try repairing reader once and see if that fixes the issue.

In Firefox Options / Privacy be sure "Remember download history" is checked. To see all of the options on that panel, "Firefox will" must be set to "Use custom settings for history".
To find your OS information, on your Windows desktop, right-click the My Computer icon, choose Properties, under System on that small window is info about your OS.

Unable to finally close blanket purchase agreement

I am unable to final close the blanket agreement due to error: "Open releases exist against the purchase document." I checked and all the releases status are closed, the amount billed matched amount received. Does anyone know how to fix this? I researched on METALINK and it doesn't help much.

Batch final close purchase order

Dear Amit,
Its quite illogical to demand a particular Batch of Product before procurement from Vendor. Normally the Batch field in the PO is to mention the colour of the product to be purchased from a Vendor. The colours of the product are basically maintained through MSC1N transaction with a material, storage loation, valuation type and a colour. Thats why you are able to see the drop down characteristics in the field provided in the PO.
This automatically gets populated from batch master, thereby it can be selected during the PO creation. This particualar data gets stored in the MCHA and MCHB table.
If you really want to maintain the vendor batch number, that is quite possible only during MIGO.

I know there is a API (PO_ACTIONS.CLOSE_PO API )can be used to Finally close the PO at header level.

I know there is PO_ACTIONS.CLOSE_PO API which allow us to close the PO. We need to Finally Close, Freeze, Unfreeze and HOLD Pos/Releases.
