Cannot find downloaded event

I am transferring video tapes using ADVC-100 and my FCPX 10.2. I transferred 10 tapes successfully and titled each tape as event "Tape No 1", 2, 3, etc. Tape No 11 failed to be in the library. The reason of the failure that after the full transfer, I started to clean up the gaps (noise) generated from changing camera shots before FCPX fully transcoded the transferred media and created error which shut down the FCPX app. When I reopened the app again, I could not find or locate the transfer of Tape No 11. When I re-transferred the same tape, FCPX did not allow giving the event name "Tape No 11" again and reported that it exists and started giving me different name such as "Tape No 11 1". I think FCPX has registered that event name somewhere and I can't find the location of the existing event. BTW I did retransferred the same tape and gave the new event name "Tape 11A".
Is there any way to clear the event name "Tape No 11" from the registry so I can modify title "Tape No !!A" to "Tape No 11"?

So you created a separate event for each tape that you captured. And those events are named Tape 1, and so forth? If that interpretation is correct, do you have an empty event called Tape 11…or is the event gone? Have you looked inside the library that contains these events?

Hi Jeff. I did purchase Premiere Elements 8 from Adobe (download version), but couldn't find the files to download again on the adobe.com website. I did, however carry out another search of files from my old PC and eventually found the files to reinstall on my new PC, using my registered product serial no. Installation has worked. It seems that Adobe has stopped supporting version 8 as I could only find version 9 and later for download from the adobe.com website.

Cannot find downloaded tv season

purchased tv season. when going to episode 2 it cannot find the download and i have to purchase again. When I try to purchase, it says this item is already purchased and if I can't find it I go to Settings -> downloads and then check for downloads. Problem is that there is no menu item called "Downloads" under Settings.

Log out of your account and sign back in. If it persists contact iTunes.

Cannot find download of U2 music freebie!

According to iTunes I have downloaded the free U2 album but I cannot find it to listen to it.
It is not in the downloaded folder or the library.
I am stumped!

Cannot Find Download

I have just been notified that there was a new episode available for a tv show that I have purchased the season to (Num3ers Season 3).
After I just update to iTunes 7.1.1.5 I started the download. About 5 seconds in it tells me that the drive that I am using for my files is full. So I go into edit -> preferances and change the iTunes music folder location to another drive that can hold all of my data (~45GB) then after I manually copy over the files manually I restart the download for the show. Then the download finished but wouldn't copy to the drive it just sat there. Waiting to be copied. I let it sit for 10 min and nothing just waiting for something. Then I tried to restart iTunes and now it is not in the download que and is not available to me in my iTunes or when I check for purchases.
How can I get this Episode Re-Downloaded or where could I find it on my computer?

Is it possible it got copied to the other drive? You can do a search on your drives by following the steps in the following article:

Cannot Find Download links for CS3

We purchased CS3 several years ago. Now that we have a new computer we need to install it, however, I cannot find the download links anywhere. I have our serial number. The person on chat said this in no longer available and we have to upgrade to CS6 or CC. Is this true? I sure hope not. We are not ready and I would like to use the software we have paid for. Please if anyone knows where we can find a valid link to download CS3 please let us know.

Cannot find download for Photoshop CS5

I own a copy of Photoshop CS5, but cannot download it off of the Adobe site. I've followed the guide instructing me to look inside the Orders for my account, but my order hisory is completely empty. I tried searching for a download directly, but could only find CS6.

Acrobat 8 updates: Cannot find / download AcrobatUpd810_efgj_incr.msp

It is beyond me how Acrobat 8, with known auto-update issue(s), cannot be easily updated manually.
I downloaded a number of the incrementals, 8.1.1 > 8.1.2 > 8.1.3, but 8.1.0 cannot be found!

Extremely frustrating, moreso as each update has its own download page, please consolidate them into one page for all 8.x updates.

Cannot find download for DS 5.2 P4 or P6 for Sol 10, x86

Can someone get me a URL that allows me to download the Directory Server v5.2 p6?
I gather that I need to download v5.2 P4 and patch to P6, but I can't even get the install package for P4! Every time I do I get transferred to the "Sun Java System Directory Server Enterprise Edition / Get the Software" page. No matter what options I select (p4/p6, pkg/zip, Sol 8/10) I end up at a download page that says it can't find the Sun Download Manager s/w (which I can't install due to a lack of admin rights on my laptop) and which doesn't have any other links to transfer any s/w package.
Can some kind soul either direct me to a link that really DOES have the software, or detail the clicks from the DS 5.2 EE page that will get me to the same.

Cannot Find Downloaded Song

Ok, i have a laptop, and i downloaded (Evolution-Korn) to my laptop. Well, my laptop got screwed up, and all the drivers were messed up, so i couldnt use the keyboard or mouse to log in. well, i had to reinstall a new OS, and everything got deleted. Now i have a another PC, that is listed under the Machines that i can authorize.
Since my laptop went down, is there a way that i can find that song and re-download it to my other PC????

okay, I was able to load into itunes, but instead of showing the name of the tune, it just says download. Everytime i try to open it, it just says this computer is not authorized to open download.4ma, then I authorize it but still nothing happens.

Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 - I have serial #, lost installation cd, cannot find downloadable files.

I have a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, however, I've lost my installation disc. I was able to download files from Abobe, but when I entered my serial number from my account, it says invalid. I noticed it may be because it says it is the 9 Pro Extended version.
Is this why my serial number is not valid and if so, where can I get the files I need for version 9?

The only public download is for 9 Pro, not Extended. If you are talking about the latter you will have to see if one of the staff will provide the link to you. If you are looking for Pro, it is at http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html.

Cannot find downloaded fonts in Illustrator 9

I purchased new fonts and downloaded them. I can see them in every application except Adobe Illustrator. I'm fairly new to Illustrator, so this could be something simple - but, not for me! Any suggestions?

There are several font folders and the one you might try is ~/library/fonts
As opposed to the User/Username/Library/Fonts
but take my advice and get a font manager like Font Agent Pro.
You simply drag it into the UI activate the fonts and launch your application and you can manage your system fonts as well.
You can create sets of fonts for specific purposes and cients.

By default it will be saved to your User folder. What specifically did you download? Did you receive any error messages during the download process?

Cannot Find Downloaded 4.3.1

I completed the download for the 4.3.1 iOS update but iTunes prompt me to download it again.
I clicked "Download Only" the other day, where have that file gone?

The ipsw-firmware files should be here: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates (or iPod Software updates). Maybe the download was not completed successfully, normally iTunes will give you the option to click "update firmware" in the summary pane if you start iTunes and connect your device again.
