Cannot find free download in App Store. Cost $14.99
I do not have IPhoto when I reinstalled Maverick. What should I do? I saw other messages stating free download but the only one i found was to buy it for $14.99.

i downloaded acdsee camera flash (us$0.99) in Hong Kong's app store, but i cannot find it in the app store after i changed to another iphone. it seems that the app is no longer available in HK, how can I get back the app?
First make sure you are searching the name correctly.
If the app is no longer in the App Store it is no longer available for download. This happens when Apple has found the app violates the agreement with the developer or when the developer no longer wants the app listed in the App Store.
If the app is truly no longer in the App Store your only option is to copy it from iTunes on the computer you normall sync with. -

Use the Report a Problem link in the iTunes email receipt you received. Also in-app purchases can be made without the password if you bought the app within the last 15min. You should enable the in-app restriction in Settings.

So, I updated toYosemite and then I had the whole iPhoto issue. So, I read some forums about deleting and reinstalling, however, when I went to iTunes to re-download it will not pull up iPhoto? Help please!
Reminders is one of the built-in apps so it won't be in the app store for re-downloading, and it's not one of the apps that can be hidden via Settings > General > Restrictions (not that I can find on my phone anyway). If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPhone has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the equivalent of a reboot. -
I want to buy Lion. I have 10.6.8 and cannot find Lion 10.7 on the App store. I find mountain lion but not lion. Help please.

Cannot find line play on app store
I Can't find this app, Line Play by NAVER JAPAN, in the App Store. I have it installed on my phone, but when i search it up on the App Store it's not there. I went to the app and clicked to write a review, but the page was blank. Does anyone have any idea of what might have happened?

Why am I required to enter credit card info in order to allow a Free App to be downloaded from the Itunes App Store? Is there a way to avoid this if they are free?

Please assistYou need to download it on one of the iMacs via App store but not install since after it installs the installation download gets deleted.
After it is downloaded you can copy to a USB device. You can also make a bootable USB install device by:

Mac app store isn't the exclusive way to download apps in a mac, like it is the case in iPhone or iPod Touch. So if you can't find something in the app store, just google it and download from any trusted source you find.

it has been a while since we have last spoke, I would like to let you know, I am still working on getting used to the switch from windows to a Mac/Apple system. I do have a new question for you, I did purchase In Design CS5.5 through journeyed.com through Cuyahoga Community College of which I attend as a student, is there a way to purchase an online book through iTunes to learn that as well? Also, you know me, the struggling student, I would also, when and if the book can be purchased through the iTunes, would need to know if you do know of a much easier book for struggling students like myself and at a reasonable price as well for the In Design CS5.5 program. Our campus bookstore had closed early, and, so did the colleges library and our local library here where I do live, so, I cannot go to either place to purchase a book or to take out a book, plus cash funds are low at this moment as well but, I do have money left on the iTunes account to use, if it can be used. So, can it be used, the iTunes money, towards finding a low priced online book? I am in great need of assistance as I have a project due for my one course for this Tuesday, September 4, 2012.

I am confused. Do you mean you found the music, not the tones, or you can't find either?
If the former, then this is normal. You can't redownload tones from the Cloud.
