Cannot Find Loops?

I recently bought a Firewire Hard Drive and went to move some of the loop files from my Mac HD to the firewire, and now every time I try to access the files within Soundtrack Pro, the font is red and I cannot reconnect the files. How do I move loop files from hard drive to hard drive the correct way?

In the lower the Right Hand Pane select the +Search Tab+ and click Setup.
In the dialog that presents itself you should click the +ADD button+. Navigate to and select the new locations where you have put the loops and audio content. At the same time you can remove the old locations with the +MINUS button+.
Then you need to index those new locations.
Now they should show up properly.

  • I cannot find loops (Orange labelled) in Garageband OS LiON

    Hi before i had formatted my HDD i used to have these orange coloured loops in garageband, but after reinstalling i cannot find them. I have reinstalled twice but still no luck.
    Example of these loops are Lo rider, Hip Hop Beat long medieum and short, and also screams in vocals.
    I used to always use these loops in my home tracks but i cannot seem to find them after reinstalling.
    Please can someone help me by telling me what to do thanks.

    there are no orange "loops" that came with GB, only green, or blue.
    regions you record yourself are purple, and audio files which you drop into the timeline are orange ... these are files you got from somewhere.
    you'll need to think back to where you may have downloaded, or purchased these audio files.

  • Cannot find loops and comes up red

    hi
    i have worked with ST before but when i opened STP all of the instrument names were in a red font.
    I tried to search them again but then they wouldn't appear at all and the tabs went grey. I then tried the suggested solution of creating a new folder called Apple loops for STP but still nothing worked.
    Does anyone know the solution because i have been looking through past discussions and no one seems to have the answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

    Great question and the documentation doesn't seem to say much. I think what it means is that STP is aware of the loop; that is, there is some pointer or reference in the library, but the actual loop isn't available. I installed all my STP content to an external Firewire device. When its not plugged in, all my loops in the Browser come up red and right+clicking doesn't help at all. After plugging in the FW device and restarting STP, the loops come up black and can be accessed.

  • [Basic For Loop] "cannot find symbol" in ForUpdate part

    Dear All,
    I wonder why the following is an error:
         for ( int x=0; x < 10; x = y ) {
              int y = x + 1;
         }The formal specification is
    for ( ForInitopt ; Expressionopt ; ForUpdateopt ) Statement
    However, as specified in http://java.sun.com/docs/books/jls/third_edition/html/statements.html#14.14, and if you disassemble the bytecode,
    "ForUpdate" part is always evaluated after the included statement,
    In other words, it is evaluated as:
         for ( ForInitopt ; Expressionopt ; ) {
              Statement(s);
              ForUpdateopt
         }Or
         for ( int x=0; x < 10;  ) {
              int y = x + 1;
              x = y;
         }So, the only reason I find "cannot find symbol" reasonable is just human convinience, but not technically correct.
    What do you think?
    Many thanks.

    Very good asif but once again you have not answered
    the question.
    why?My answer may be partialy correct.But you answer is fully correct.
    And don't appreciate me.I'm not good at programming(in Java) like you.
    The variable y has been declared inside the loop so
    you cannot access in the loop header.
    int y = 0;
    for ( int x=0; x < 10; x = y ) {
    y =  x + 1;
    /code]

    I don't see any messages of loading nvidia ("NVRM") or nouveau. Are you sure that you have installed a module that is compatible with your current kernel?
    You'll also need to patch your ACPI handle or the nouveau/nvidia driver will refuse to load at all, see https://github.com/Bumblebee-Project/bbswitch/issues/2 (this is specific to some machines, your Lenovo G580 machine included)

  • FRM - 41219 CANNOT FIND REPORT INVALID ID  - CALLING REPORT FROM FORM

    I am using Developer Suite 10g (forms 9i, reports 9i) . windows XP.
    I am using the following code in WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED-PRESSED trigger in form to call report.
    DECLARE
    repid REPORT_OBJECT;
    v_rep VARCHAR2(100);
    rep_status varchar2(20);
    BEGIN
    repid := find_report_object('C:\EMP.RDF');
    v_rep := RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(repid);
    END;
    as as result It is displaying FRM - 41219 CANNOT FIND REPORT INVALID ID.
    I have used the EMP.JSP also in find_report_object built-in. But there is no difference.
    what could be the reason - plz give the solution.
    with thanks
    by GMS

    Unless you made a mistake and overlooked it, what I suggested should work. Having said that, you did not mention the exact Forms version you are using. There may have been a problem in the version you are using which was corrected in a later release. I tested the example I offered using Forms 10.1.2.3 and it works correctly. Carefully review what you did. Verify that the file actually exists in the file system. Also, I would recommend renaming the file with all lower case letters and referencing it in the form with all lower case letters. Here is the complete code of the form I tested. I will also include the property values from the Report object.
    Report1 settings:
    Name - REPORT1
    Subclass Information -
    Comments -
    Filename - dummy.rdf
    Execution Mode - Batch
    Communication Mode - Synchronous
    Data Source Data Block - <Null>
    Query Name -
    Report Destination Type - File
    Report Destination Name -
    Report Destination Format -
    Report Server -
    Other Reports Parameters - On the form create the following items in BLOCK1:
    Text fields:
    <li>SERVERNAME
    <li>REPNAME
    <li>OTHERPARAMS
    Button:
    <li>CALL_REP
    In the WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger add this code:
    Declare
    repid REPORT_OBJECT;
    v_rep varchar2(256);
    rep_status varchar2(256);
    Begin
       repid := find_report_object('REPORT1');
    -- Set Report Object properties
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_DESTYPE, CACHE);
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_DESFORMAT, 'HTML');
    -- Comm mode 1 = SYNCHRONOUS
    -- Comm mode 2 = ASYNCHRONOUS
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_COMM_MODE, 1);
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_SERVER, :block1.SERVERNAME);
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid, REPORT_FILENAME, :block1.REPNAME);
    SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY(repid,REPORT_OTHER,:block1.otherparams);
    SYNCHRONIZE;
    -- Run report and get status
    v_rep := RUN_REPORT_OBJECT(repid);
    rep_status := report_object_status(v_rep);
    SYNCHRONIZE;
    -- Wait for Reports to generate results
        WHILE rep_status in ('RUNNING','OPENING_REPORT','ENQUEUED')
        LOOP
          rep_status := report_object_status(v_rep);
        END LOOP;
        SYNCHRONIZE;
    -- If DESTYPE is appropriate for displaying to user, execute WEB.SHOW ;
        IF rep_status = 'FINISHED' THEN
          WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT('/reports/rwservlet/getjobid'||substr(v_rep,instr(v_rep,'_',-1)+1)||'?'||'server='||:block1.SERVERNAME,'_blank');
        ELSE
          message(rep_status);
        END IF;
    END; When you run the form, enter the Report Server name and the Report filename (include the path if you have not configured REPORTS_PATH). Then click on the button. Note that the substr logic may need to be altered slightly if you are using an old version of Forms/Reports.

    Any suggestions, why I am getting this error in NAPA ?

    Hi,
    According to your post, my understanding is that you have an issue about adding attachments to list items in app.
    To add attachment to list item in the host web, we should first get the list and the list items from the host web, then add the attachments to the list items.
    There are two articles about retrieve the list and list items in the host web, you can refer to them.
    http://www.dotnetcurry.com/showarticle.aspx?ID=1028
    http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/UploadFile/93cb27/retrieve-sharepoint-app-host-web-list-items-in-sharepoint-ho/
    What’s more, we can also use the REST API to achieve the same scenario.

  • "System cannot find the path specified" error message !HELP !

    Hi
    In doing a program to read a string from the buffer, I am getting an error message that says "cannot find the file specified"
    The file was created in a previous program and I verified it does
    exist at the specified location on my hard disk.
    Below is the "ReadAString" program and "WriteAString" program where the String was created.

    Right - File is smart. Otherwise, you'd have to build
    platform-specific paths by hand, using file.seperator,
    to keep your code multi-platform. Ew.

    First and most obvious question is, what are you trying to have the applet view? The NoPlayerException generally means that JMF couldn't figure out how to display what you're telling it to display, be that an unknown codec, or unknown media type.

  • "Cannot find the main Class. Program will exit."

    Hi, I created a program, and I am trying to distribute it to other people in my office. I tried using both NetBeans 6.8/6.9 and eclipse. I exported to a single jar file. When I run this single .jar file, it runs perfectly. I sent it to one of my coworkers, and the message "Cannot find the main Class. Program will exit." popped up. I then had IT update his Java to 6.20 and it worked. The problem is that this program must be distributed to over 100 people, and I cannot have them each update their Java individually, nor will IT update everyone's on their own. They all have Java 4.XX I believe. Is there any way around this error that only happens on older versions of java? I have checked my manifest file and what not, as I said it runs on computers with Java 6.

    Do you mean Java 1.4? It is best to be sure, so point some of the target machines at this page(1) to check.Yes, Sorry I meant 1.4.XX, I think they have 1.4.2_19.

    a) Ensure the code does not use functionality introduced in later versions, e.g. assertions, generics, for-each loops.. Using the [cross-compilation options of javac|http://java.sun.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/tools/windows/javac.html#crosscomp-options] will warn of those.
    b) Ensure the code does not use any classes, attributes or methods that were not available in the earlier version, then use the cross-compilation options of javac when compiling. Actually the second will alert of the first, so long as the -bootclasspath parameter is used with an appropriate rt.jar.I believe that everything is ok, unless some of the swing functions cannot be used in 1.4. Besides the swing functions (which I am not sure about) everything should be able to be used in 1.4

  • Presenter cannot find publisher 2010 on a PC running Win7?

    Help please...Presenter cannot find publisher 2010, which is installed on my PC with WIn7 OS please advise

    I can only respond to your original postings about Microsoft Publisher. Did you really mean Office? You threw us for a loop since we have no connection with Publisher!
    If you have Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 32-it version installed, then Adobe Presenter 7.07 will install in trial mode. make sure you are using the Presenter Trial from this webpage:
    http://www.adobe.com/products/presenter/
    If you wanted to install the trial and you ran into this error, it usually means you used an older version of Presenter which did not support Office 2010. It also would occur if you installed MS Office 2010 64-bit version. Microsoft does not recommend end-users use the 64-bit version of Office. They recommend 32 bit Office. Please check that version.

  • FRM : 41067 Cannot find menu item id ( forms 10g Menus/Forms Conversion )

    Hi All ,
    We have menus converted into forms 10g using the forms migration assistant FMA ( frmplsqlconv ) . Now , we had the menus (.mmb) which had used Shared Menus.
    After conversion observed that there were some duplicate copies of the shared menus created automatically and each reference where this shared menu was used was replaced by the newly created ones.
    Now , when I open the form that uses the menu I get the following error :
    FRM : 41067 Cannot find menu item id
    On debuggin observed the the above error was generated at :
    set_menu_item_property(SHARED_MENU.ITEM,.... )
    Not sure how this worked in forms earlier version and not working in 10g now.
    Could anyone please let me know how to go about to fix this issue and why is this happening at the first point.
    Is re-creating the menu from scratch the only option to resolve the issue ?
