Cannot find model information to download driver software and manuals.

My Lenovo desktop tower has no serial number information on it. It only says 3000 JSeries. It was preinstalled with Windows Vista Basic however I formatte and installed Ubuntu Linux.
The processor is AMD Sempron 3400+
The motherboard is L-NC51M and near the ram module slots "MS-7283"

did you check on the the front right panel or on the back of the system?
Go to this site and try using the "Autodetect my product number"

David Franklin if the download was previously available under your account then please contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care. If still available then the software can be re-enabled for download.
Once you have downloaded a copy of the installation files I would recommend making a back up in case you ever need the installation files in the future.

Cannot find the right place to download the replacement for lost PS CS6 Extended

My PC with Windows 8.1 became corrupted. I reloaded the OS and thereby lost all of my apps. I cannot find the right place to download the replacement Photoshop CS6 Extended app.
Under Download CS6 products I receive an access denied error.

HP Photosmart all in one c309a, trying to download driver/software for windows 7

I have a HP touchsmart 600PC windows 7 64bit AND a HP Photosmart Premium c309a printer/all in one. The Photosmart operating CD is not compatible with windows 7 so it said to go online to download the software and driver. I did this and the scanning and copy option didn't work. Sometimes things would print and sometimes they would not. I frequently got a message saying driver not installed. I uninstalled everything just to try again. I noticed on the website that it says it would have a basic and full feature driver. The only one available is the basic driver which I had already done, and with further attempts, noticed that the basic does not allow the scanner, copier, printer to function to it's full potential. The problem is, there is no full feature option on the page. What should I do? It says it is compatible but I am starting to wonder if I need to take the new printer back.

Did you upgrade this computer from Vista? If so, there is a patch to correct a similar issue. It is on the same page as the basic drivers.

Bluetooth file transfer has never been supported with iOS devices.

Remove "MacKeeper" as follows. First, back up all data.
"MacKeeper" is a scam with only one useful feature: it deletes itself.
Note: These instructions apply to the version of the product that I downloaded and tested in early 2012. I can't be sure that they apply to other versions.
If you have incompletely removed MacKeeper—for example, by dragging the application to the Trash and emptying—then you'll have to reinstall it and start over.
IMPORTANT: "MacKeeper" has what the developer calls an “encryption” feature. In my tests, I didn't try to verify what this feature really does. If you used it to “encrypt” any of your files, “decrypt” them before you uninstall, or (preferably) restore the files from backups made before they were “encrypted.” As the developer is not trustworthy, you should assume that the "decrypted" files are corrupt unless proven otherwise.
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Applications
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-A. The "MacKeeper" application is in the folder that opens. Quit it if it's running, then drag it to the Trash. You'll be prompted for your login password. Click the Uninstall MacKeeper button in the dialog that appears. All the functional components of the software will be deleted. Restart the computer.
☞ Quit MacKeeper before dragging it to the Trash.
☞ Don't empty the Trash. Let MacKeeper delete itself.
☞ Don't try to drag the MacKeeper Dock icon to the Trash.
