    Hi super008,
The error can be due to some improper installation of a driver or any NI SW that the Installer requires.
Have you recently installed or Uninstalled any NI Software ?
    Also -
You can see in the KB below -
That it could also happen due to some incompatibility with the .NET framework or adding exception in the AntiVirus.

Last I recall, the IOR files appeared in forte/external (on Win NT).

  • ITunes cannot find the correct iTunes file to sync iPhone

I have the iPhone 4 and no problems with the phone or iTunes until now. I opened iTunes and it was blank so I reconnected iTunes to the proper files, however, it doesn't show my apps and it doesn't recognize my iPhone. When I try to sync iTunes warns me that the Iphone is synced to another iTunes and if I sync it will erase and re-write the data on the phone. I've only synced to one computer and don't know how to get it to re-recognize the proper iphone files. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, this sort of trouble has gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try installing iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

  • I cannot find the export option when I go to organize bookmarks. I am running snow leopard with firefox 5.0

I looked through previous concerns with exporting bookmarks. All say to go to Bookmarks->organize bookmarks->export. I never get anyoptions to export after I go to organize bookmarks..

    See:
[[Bookmarks]] (lots of links and info about Bookmarks)
In the [[Bookmarks]] article Table of Contents, clicking "Importing and exporting bookmarks", takes you to:

Then click "Exporting bookmarks to an HTML file" takes you to another article:

  • Addon Start error - The system cannot find the file specified

All, I am getting the above error when trying to connect an add-on. It's the budget editor in the SDK Samples. Compiled in vb.net, with the installer created from B1DE. The addon installs without a problem. It is only when connecting the add-on in the add-ons screen. The error message indicates it cannot find the BudgetEditor.application file. Does this file need to be included in the installer, the add-on folder in B1 or somewhere else?
    thanks

  • Size of Exported Excel file is very large

    Hi,
I have a report that has around 10000 rows and 5 columns. When I export to excel, the excel file is very big, around 15MB.
But If the file is opened, and saved again , the size reduces to around 13MB.
Any suggestions on how to reduce the file size of the exported Excel file. I would prefer to export it to excel rather than CSV format.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks....
    ViVa1

Hi, actually as you have probably noticed the size grows a lot due to the use of different styles and formatting.
If you do not require any formatting then I would recommend you to consider a CSV file format again because it will result in the smallest file size which you can achieve with exporting.
Also for the future referencing SQL Server 2008 R2 exports reports only in XLS format, but SQL Server 2012 by default will export into a new XLSX file format which is a compressed (zipped XML based format) so the resulting files will be significantly smaller.
For example I created a small project to test exporting of 10000 x 5 data to an Excel file. I used this
.NET Excel component to create various spreadsheet files, it has a straightforward API for
exporting DataTable into an Excel file in .NET so you can test this out yourself with ease. The output files, without any formatting applied to them, have the following sizes: XLS (~1MB), XLSX (~300KB) and CSV (~250KB).

  • WEBI report present different in exported excel file

    Hello expert,
I create a line chart in webi, and I create a table block to cover the x axies label for the line chart.  this presentation looks perfect in WEBI report, but when I export it into excel file, the x axies labels for the line chart showed up with that table block moved down a little bit.  how can I present WEBI in the same way in the exported excel file?

    Hi,
If your requirement is to hide labels or  X Axis values from the chart ..You can do this directly unchecked the check box for values or labels from the  X Axis properties.
For to adjust the table block and line chart  right click on the  Cell go to Align ->Relative Position and in the bottom section adjust the  height  from  the particular block.
    Hope this helps you.
    Thanks,
    Amit

  • Error: Cannot find the MQService2UIFMapping.properties

I am getting a following message when I run the tool:

This sounds odd - I don't see how compiling an Oracle procedure would help .NET to locate an assembly - you're not trying to run an assembly inside Oracle are you?
Tell is more about what you're trying to do. If this is just a common program that is running on a server and trying to connect to Oracle, it sounds like ODP is not installed on the computer that is running this code. You should see Oracle.DataAccess in the GAC.

  • Exporting ReportDocument fills up memory, then throws "The system cannot find the file specified"

    Hi,
When exporting a perfectly viable ReportDocument to pdf like this:
    Dim ms As IO.MemoryStream = New System.IO.MemoryStream
    ms = rpt.ExportToStream(CrystalDecisions.Shared.ExportFormatType.PortableDocFormat)
(rpt being the ReportDocument), the process starts to fill up memory at a couple of megabytes per second rate, and eventually throws Exception:
"The system cannot find the path specified."

My environment is VS 2012 (premium) and I'm using CRforVS_13_0_13 (32-bit version). The programming language is VB.NET.
A similar problem seems to be discussed here: CR2008 - "The system cannot find the path specified", but the difference is there's no errors in my formula's. The report gets displayed and printed out fine. It's just the exporting that does not work. Any ideas about how to fix this?
    Thanks,
    Stefan

See Don Williams response here:  http://scn.sap.com/thread/3713889
You cannot export using MemoryStream - you have to use IOStream.

  • App-v 4.6: cannot find the file specified

    Hi,
    Please see my previous
    post.
In short: an application needs Internet Explorer activex, then a plugin for Excel. My App-v package is working (Internet Explorer opening), but the Excel plugin does not work. It says "cannot find the file specified".
I copied the excel shortcut from start menu to q:\packagename.
    Please advise.
    J.
    Jan Hoedt
In .osd file of Excel plugin, there is the following:
        <CODEBASE HREF="RTSP://%SFT_SOFTGRIDSERVER%:554/WindowsX64/Application/1.0/excelplugin.sft" GUID="9FA88591-089E-4E57-89D5-C23239E83238" PARAMETERS="" FILENAME="%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%\Microsoft Office\Office12\EXCEL.EXE"
    SYSGUARDFILE="applic.001\osguard.cp" SIZE="305879730"/>
            <WORKINGDIR>%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%\Microsoft Office\Office12</WORKINGDIR>
The CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%, is that correct? If not, can I change it and how? Should I then reimport the package?
I might have found a solution but please advise:
    http://blog.gridmetric.com/2011/09/26/possible-caveats-in-mixing-32-bit-and-64-bit-app-v-packages-and-environments/
Office is x86, so I probably should change the %CSIDL_Programfiles% to %programfiles(x86)%?

Changing CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES to  %programfiles(x86)% is worth a try.
A common reason for that 'cannot find the file..' error message also often can be resolved by removing the Workingdir entry (<WORKINGDIR></WORKINGDIR>  or just <WORKINGDIR/>.
The way to apply the change depends on your deployment scenario. With an App-V Management Server (and for a test packae) you could modify (a copy of) the original .OSD file in the content share. Make sure you save with 'save as' and then 'Unicode'. Then
re-initiate a Server Refresh from the client, that should download the new OSD.
You also could - if it is permitted - create a copy of the client-local copy of the OSD file (you can figure that out with the Client Management Console). Double-Clicking that modified copy could do the trick.
If you use another deployment method (SCCM, MSI) you would need to moify the OSD file using the App-V Sequencer.
Whatever method you use during troubleshooting: For the 'final' pacage you should open the original package on the Sequencer ('Edit'), make the changes there and re-save + re-deploy the package. This makes sure that all information is consitent across the
    various App-V files
