Cannot get contact with glossary of terms

In all Mac programs, pages, numbers and safari I can not write anything because the spell shecker cannot contact with The Glossary Of Terms (Wordlist as we say here) .
The function has been excellent for several years and now i crashes.
Do anyone have the solution to this?

First, back up all data immediately, as your boot drive might be failing.
There are a few other possible causes of generalized slow performance that you can rule out easily.
Reset the System Management Controller.
If you have many image or video files on the Desktop with preview icons, move them to another folder.
If applicable, uncheck all boxes in the iCloud preference pane.
Disconnect all non-essential wired peripherals and remove aftermarket expansion cards, if any.
Check your keychains in Keychain Access for excessively duplicated items.
If you have more than one user account, you must be logged in as an administrator to carry out this step.
Launch the Console application in the same way you launched Activity Monitor. Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left. If you don't see that menu, select
View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar.
Select the 50 or so most recent entries in the log. Copy them to the Clipboard (command-C). Paste into a reply to this message (command-V). You're looking for entries at the end of the log, not at the beginning.
When posting a log extract, be selective. Don't post more than is requested.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Important: Some personal information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting. That should be easy to do if your extract is not too long.

I cannot save contacts with no name in iCloud in Outlook. The error messages are generic. This is an issue, since most companies do not have a dedicated name to go to. iCloud was always bad with contacts with no name. The issue has gotten worse. Also, this is a defect, since before you could do this, and now you can do this in iPhone and web iCloud. This is one of many issues introduced by iCloud 3.

I now find these USA type errors are only on the Address Book that comes up on my iMac when I go to iCloud.com possibly because the iMac does not support iCloud
My iPad and iPhone4 seem to be syncing OK re Contacts on iCloud EXCEPT I have Duplicates and on my iPad I can see one Group relates to "iPad" while the second or Duplicates relates to " Unified"

Some additional efforts you can try:
Go to the System/Sharing preference pane and make sure Remote Apple Events is checked.
If it is, uncheck it and then recheck and try ordering again.

OK, let's try these................
1 - Boot up from your install DVD and run "Repair Disk" from the Utility menu. When done, restart back to your desktop, repair permissions and restart your computer. Re-connect your printer.
2 - Download & install the Gimp drivers. Make sure the one you install is compatible w/your OS-Gutenprint 5.2.8-pre1. Repair permissions, restart your computer & re-connect your printer when done.
The Epson model I have, in order to get it to print wirelessly, I had to install a Gimp driver.

If still unsuccessful after trying all of the above, the problem could be your iBook or human error. You can either call Epson & ask to speak with a Mac savy supervisor or return the printer & find another that is compatible w/your current OS.

With the new Skype for iphone, I am unable to get the contact's phone number displayed. If I am doing something wrong, someone please let me know how to do this. there is no way to see your contact info on latest ios vesrsion. You can see only name. Thats all. what if I want to call someone on iphone instead of skype call using my international subscription. Cannot get online with netbook

We upgraded to Infinity but now I cannot get online on my netbook. The icon and wireless connection panel indicate I am connected by when I launch my browser (IE) it says unable to display webpage. My husband managed to get online by using Openzone but this is not very satisfactory when we are paying for Infinity. Our OS is Windows XP.

It's good you've got on line with Openzone, I presume from your own signal... checks that wireless connectivity is working between your Netbook and HH3.
If you go to your HH3 you can pull out a useful plastic card/tab which has your wireless code on it.
Then with your Netbook click on your wireless icon... probably bottom right and click on your wireless name.
This should say something like connect, enter in the wireless key exactly as shown on your tab/hub settings card.
And it should connect.
I removed the BT Help Desk software off my XP PC as it caused connection problems... kept saying connection failure did I want it fixed... say yes and click on the picture of the HH I was using then it went and connected.
I didn't have this problem on any of my other machines so as this XP PC was the only one with the BT software I removed it as it is uneccessary and the problem never re-occured.
A useful wireless scanner that's free http://www.metageek.net/products/inssider/ will show your home signals and
can help identify a clear or least used channel you can moved your HH3 from it's Automatic setting to this least congested channel.

Mine is around 40 to 50, a picture in my post HERE showing my signal is the strongest and my neigbours which is on a nearby channel is weaker.... If it was the same signal strength I would move my HH3 wireless setting off the Automatic setting and set it to a clearer channel.
Let us know how you get on... I'm using a Win 7 laptop but have the PC running win XP upstairs and could go thru the exact log in process if you still have probs.

Cannot Forward Contacts with 3.0

I have upgraded to version 3.0 and I still cannot forward contacts. I have restored and cleared the phone and still cannot access this feature. Is this because my contacts are synced with my gmail account via exchange?

Cannot get Toolbar with FF4 other than by pressing Alt button, have tried all methods suggested, also cannot get it to open in Safe Mode.

Since downloading FF4 to replace 3.1.6 I cannot get the Toolbar other than by pressing the Alt button and whilst this shows the toolbar it will not stay. I have followed the Firefox instructions, other than opening in Safe Mode which it will not do either ,none of which have cured the problem. I am using Vista, with Trend Anti Virus and also have IE8 which is working OK.

Cannot get Reminders with gmail

Hi,
In my Mail, Contacts, Calendars, I have two accounts listed, both Exchange. One is my work account and says the name of the account, followed by "Mail, Calendars, Reminders" and sure enough, if I select it, I can see that Mail, Calendars and Reminders are all selected.
My other one is a gmail account, set up as Exchange, and it says "Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders", but when I select it, the option for "Reminders" is not there, i.e. it's missing completely. I couldn't turn it on/off if I wanted to because it is simply not there.
As it happens, I *do* want to sync reminders, but despite the fact that the first page says they're synced, they aren't. They don't appear in the Reminders app, and because there is no option in setup, I can't do anything to add it.
Anyone got any ideas?
