Cannot get high transfer rates with PCI-6534

I am using a PCI-6534 in the Pattern I/O mode for performing data acquisition. The data rate I am getting for reliable data is about 2MS/s. I need 8MS/s, but do not get reliable or correct data at this rate. According to the 653X User Manual the benchmarked rate is 20MS/s, but I seem to be getting nowhere near this.

Did you haveany problem with updating to iOS 5? It soundsl like the update did not correctly restore from the backup that iTunes mnakes as the fisr step of the update.

Your Apple id password is not necessarily the same as your log-in password.
The former is what you use to log-in to Apple services and sites. The latter is what you use to login to your computer. That does not change when you change your Apple ID password. Try the original computer login password.

ADC testing with pci 6534/GPIB

is it possible to test linearity of ADC with pci 6534 or with agilent GPIB

Well, an ADC is an analog-to-digital converter. The 6534 is just a digital board. So on that basis alone, the answer is no, you can't use it to test linearity of an ADC with that board. I have no idea what you mean by "with agilent GPIB". This is somewhat meaningless, as it doesn't refer to anything.
As for VI examples to test ADC, this is completely dependent on the hardware you have.
I would suggest contacting your local NI sales office, as they will be capable of helping you pick out the right hardware for what you have and need to do.

Inserted a png PIP into my clip, can see it fine, can see it playing with the clip as expected when moving the play head manually, but cannot get it to play with the clip for preview, pleas help!

I am sorry if my inquiry here seem dumb but I am a new iMovie user and cannot figure this out. I inserted a png image into my video clip in the project as PIP, I can see it and move it and can also see it playing with the main clip if I move the play head manually, I can also see the PIP part only playing along with the undelying main clip if I use the Play button in the preview window when the PIP section is selected, however, for the life of me I cannot get it to play with the main clip all together for previewing the entire video via the video play button. What happens is that the video plays normally and when the PIP section comes in, the video clip stop all motion during the duration of the PIP section and the PIP image itself is simply NOT showing. Am I missing something really stupid here? It seems as it the Picture On Picture is a separate clip that plays with the underlying main video clip if selected and played by itself but it is not part of the video clip and will not play with it. What am I missing here, can anyone please help?

The easiest way to get up and running is to convert your MP3s to MP4s (obviously there won't be a video track). The following link links to a file that was an MP3 that I converted to an MP4 using QT Player Pro. When you go to export the files, make sure you click on "Options" and then check the box for "Enable Streaming" in the Streaming tab. It should stream flawlessly using QT Player. rtsp://rhsstreamit.rih.org/testmp4/Scorpion.mp4
Make sure you place the media to be streamed in the proper folder. You should only get a "404" message if the physical file doesn't exist.

Clients Connect to N AP's on 5508 and get different Transfer rates than on 4404

I have have 2x 4404's (2x) and 2x 5508's all are running 7.0.240.0. When I take an 1142 and associate it to a 4404 I can connect a test client using N at 144Mbps and I can get transfer rates averaging 70Mbps (using iperf tests). When I take the same AP and associate it to a 5508, (same SSID, etc) I connect at 144Mbps but only get average 6Mbps transfer rates. I get the same results with 1252's. I get the same results if I wipe the config on the 5508 and start from scratch. It only happens when connecting at a/n, when I use a b/g AP such as 1132 I connect at 54Mbps on either controller and get transfer rates of 24Mbps. I have enabled disabled LAG (rebooted), moved the 5508 to connect to the same swtich ports, swapped GBICs. The issue happens on both 5508s, TAC has been unable to resolve this and they are confused as well.
Some of the other things I have tried:
•-          You are facing the issue on 5508's WLC only.
•-          Both the WLC and the client reports high connection speed “144Mbps”
•-          iPerf between wireless and wired showed the following:
on 4400: [124] 0.0-16.9 sec   154 MBytes 76.5 Mbits/sec
On 5500: [124] 0.0-94.3 sec 70.2 MBytes 6.25 Mbits/sec
•-          The AP is the same AP, you just bounce it from 1 WLC to another.
•-          The location of the AP is the same in all the tests, but it can be replicated with an 1142 anywhere on site and get the same results.
•-          The test PC is the same in both cases
•-          The configuration is the same on both WLC’s confirmed visaully in GUI and via CLI outputs and compaired.
•-          The switch is the same, but have tired swapping 4404 and 5508 in data center.
•-          Tried to swap the GBICs.
•-          Used different ports on the 5508 (not just diff GBICs)
•-          Disabled the LAG to rule out the load balancing algorithm.
•-       Replaced the patch cables
Used same ip space that the 4404 is using without sucess.
Upgraded my second 5508 to version 7.5 and exact same resutls.
Any ideas?

Charge overnight with the charger that came with the iPad. Then, connect to the computer and determine if you can sync.
Charging from the computer is "iffy" as many USB ports (especially on Windoze machines) do not put out sufficient current to charge the iPad.

Super-rip high bit-rate with x

hi everyone, i was wondering if anybody with the x-fi notice the high bit rate. mine is that high it will not play on a cd player in .wma or .wav, with or without cmss3d, i found that the bit rate i get without cmss3d it's around about 2200bp/s. when cmss3d multi channel it shots up to approx. 5500bp/s. medium settings. anyone else with high bit rates.

If your CD player are not able to support/playback 4/6 channel Wave or WMA Pro/Lossless file. I would suggest you to super rip to normal WMA audio file instead. Choose CMSS-3DHeadphone option instead of CMSS-3DSurround. From there you should have an option of WMA with bitrate of either 92kbps, 256kbps and 320kb

Cannot get colors to match with epson aritsan printer

Have been working with Epson tech support to get colors to match the CS5 colors to no avail. Have claibrated my monitor using Huey calibration unit and no matter what I try cannot get the correct colors. Any suggestions?

I'm not familiar with the Epson print driver in Windows, but is there a choice for No Color management? If Photoshop runs the color conversion, there should be no CM on the printers part.
In the first Print Dialog (Photoshop's) do you have the correct destination profile chosen? It should be Epson Lustre for that printer. And what is your source space? You should Soft Proof to the Epson Lustre paper to get a better idea of how it will reproduce. (In Photoshop go View>Proof Setup and go Custom and find the device to simulate- Lustre paper for your printer. Now you can work in your editing space like Adobe RGB and soft proof to your destination device)
Can you post a screen shot of the Photoshop Print dialog showing your settings?

Also, keep in mind the inexpensive all-in-one print/fax/scan/copy/cappuccino-makers do not necessarily produce the highest quality photos. I love my higher-end Epson printer (R2880) but I will not own an Epson all-in-one again. I have had nothing but trouble with inexpensive Epson inkjet printers. Completely junk IMO. (that said, I have not owned an Artisian 730)
Have you done a nozzle check just to be sure there is no clogging?

OK, well you haven't provided any information so there isn't anything we can do. What is needed at the bare minimum is:
Exactly what printer are you referring to?
How is it connected to the iMac (USB, Wi-Fi, etc...)?
What steps you have taken to connect the printer?
What errors you have run into.
What I would recommend is using Apple's Printing Overview OS X Lion to learn how to install it. Also take a look at Printer and scanner software for Snow Leopard & Lion to see if it's even compatible with Lion.

Good to hear.
There seems to be a glitch with one of the iTunes updates, where it's not updating all the drivers somewhere. The way to fix it is to get rid of the programs, which removes the drivers, so iTunes can then write the good ones.
