Cannot get into Firefox which I use all the time. A box keeps popping up, square saying Couldn't load XPCOM. How can I fix this problem?
The problem started after I restored my computer back to 10/01/14. I am in real estate and have lost a lot of time and work due to this problem. Thanks for your help.

I just did the about:config....I do not have dom.ip.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll; I do have dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.np2pstub.dll;false. Also, my timeoutSecs is set at 45. I also noticed that a few of the things are listed as userset and the others are default. What should they be? I don't recall setting anything.

My ipod wont let me on. It keeps saying the passcode is incorrect and I know its not. I dont have access to my itunes b/c it's on my sisters laptop and I won't see her for a month. Is there any way I can fix this. please help me.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Just had a new hard drive for my iMac and reloaded all my stuff via time capsule, all works fine apart from Safari which won't connect to internet. Airport is connected but each time Safari comes back saying there is no connection....any help gratefully recieved.

I am getting error message windows saying "ininstall set" constantly. How can I fix this problem
When I opened Firefox4 today it opened with an add-on page and an error message box with an exclamation point saying "uninstall set". I can do nothing in Firefox until I close these windows. This seems to occur on things that can be clicked on to open information.

It sounds like your email provider could have got a denial from gmail because the amount of emails to them made them suspicious.

I've tried looking the answer up on google, but I've come up empty handed. Do I need to change permissions somewhere? I've tried setting everyone to have read and write acess on both machines and that didn't work either.
My macbook that works perfectly with the hard drive is running snow leopard. the other macbook is running leopard. i'm not 100% certain what brand my external is but it says firewire800/usb2.0 on it.

First and foremost, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. You can get it for free, as always, at [http://www.getfirefox.com getfirefox.com].
In any case, and since you seem to be in the process of updating (you should have done so a while ago, since Firefox 2.0 has been discontinued years ago, I believe), your problems may exist because you may be having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. To do that easily and cleanly, run Firefox in [http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode safe mode] (don't forget to select ''Disable all add-ons'' when you start safe mode). I recently purchase an ipad2. I also have a mac laptop. Now, when I facetime call using my iphone to my ipad2 or mac, it states busy. how can i fix this problem? I look it up and seems like ther are few that have this problem. I called walmart coz I bought it there and they told me that they have not heard that before but if I can't fix it, just return it and exchange it with anew one since I have 14 days to do that. I tried rebooting it and still won't work. Should I just restore it?

Since I downloaded Maverick, I cannot find my External Hard Drive in the "Finder" area. I have to unplug all the time the hard drive to be recognized by my iMac. How can I fix this problem? Thank You.
Check Finderr->Preferences->General and ensure that HDs are selected for display. If so and they still don't, Reset the NVRAM/PRAM and Reset the SMC, and see if that does the trick.

Recreate Error: On a Iphone/Ipad device that has "already" created the maximum of 3 per device Apple limit of ICloud account creation attempt to create or login to ICloud service tab in Settings. You will be presented with "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" which does not tell the laymen anything useful.
Cause: IOS 7 reports a "best guess" error instead of detailed error explanation.
How To Resolve Error: Find a device that has not been used to create an ICloud account the maximum 3 times and use it to create the ICloud account by logging into the Settings/ICloud tab with the Apple ID you want a ICloud account created for.
Keep in mind this will use up one of the three lifetime allowed ICloud account creations allowed by Apple on that device.
Also per support: If an existing account is logged into the ICloud service. A. Backup phone using iTunes on a mac/pc. B. At bottome of Settings/ICloud Delete the account "AND" all the user date from the phone. It will offer the Delete all data option. The reason for Deletion(and is why we backed up on a pc vs. the cloud) is when you create the new ICloud account it will backup all of the Device owners information to the wrong persons account.
Once you have created the new ICloud account log into that account on device that was presenting error: "com.apple.appleaccount error 403" it should allow the ICloud login.
Once you have verified the "device with error" is ICloud functional delete the ICloud account from the device used to seed the ICloud account and delete again all user data from cloud. Restore the recently created mac/pc Itunes locally created backup to the phone and then go to Settings/ICloud and login with the device owners Apple ID and password and verify your backup to the ICloud settings and Eureka! your done.
It took less time to do that for me to type this lol.
