Are you using the phone or computer to access your account? Have you tried resetting your password? You could also trying clearing the cache of your phone and computer.

Same thing happened with my iPhone 4S - no one is any help. Thanks Apple for such a crappy update! I've called Apple, they say the SIM card needs replacing, I go to my service provider they tell me nothing wrong with the SIM card - provider tells me I now need a new phone. Sheesh! No, this did not help me. I DON"T have a problem with my Apple ID. My problem is getting into my MobileMe
e-mail account. I've forgotten my password for my Mobile Me E-mail so i can read my e-mail.

It seems that you may have an issue with your input source on your Mac since you can use your iTunes account on your iPad and iPhone.
On your Mac, go to the system preferences > language & text > input sources > check keyboard & caracter viewer
Now on the top right corner of the menu bar, you should have a new icon, click on it > show keyboard viewer.
Go to the iTunes store and try to connect to your account. The keyboard viewer will show you if you type correctly your password. Please be careful with capital letter and numbers.

Your iCloud account is an Apple ID. You can change the password to that account by following the steps in this article -

We are aware of customers experiencing timeouts, latency, error 500 and login issues with Comcast.net.
There is no ETR at this time.

I cannot get my e-mail as of a few hours ago, neither receive or send???

Can we assume that you checked with your ISP or email provider to make sure that their service wasn't disrupted? Can you use Safari nd other apps that need an internet connection?
If you know that the service is working, and you have internet service, close the mail app and reset your iPad and then try again.
Closing apps in iOS 7 works like this. Drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I changed my email address and my password on my ipad but when I tried to change the address on my icloud account it keeps asking me for my old password which I no longer know. I can't delete the account because I can't access it without the old password

It might also help if you told us what you are doing to try and login which you think is right.
One definition of crazy is repeating the same actions overs and over expecting different results.
You could have an iPad that uses a SIM card as well as WiFi.
You may not then get an alert about not being able to contact the servers.
You may be doing all the right actions but have a poor and bad internet connection.
Although it is unlikely the place you are at may be blocking the port Messages uses.
More possible but also unlikely is that they (it is always "they") are blocking access to the servers by name. (Domain Blocking).

Click on that Apple Id and then Sign out from that Apple Id and try to Sign In with your New Apple Id and see if that works.

New monitor put on yesterday and now I cannot get into my bank accounts

I bought a new monitor for my desktop computer yesterday (8th Sept) and plugged it in and it seemed OK but then tried to do internet banking and it will not allow me to open either bank site - I tried 2 banks that I use - work and private. One bank it opens home page and I click on log-in and it immediately goes to log-out. the other bank will only open on home page and nothing opens.
