Cannot get Ipad MINI to work PLEASE HELP BADLY

So basically.
Mail and Safari would open and close automatticly so I went to do a back up restore from YESTERDAY.
No difference.
So I do a factory reset but I can't. WHY NOT? Because the 2 cords I have now do NOT WORK AFTER THE RESTORATION.
They don't work in the charger either and I have barley ANY battery health left.
So I look up what else to do?
Use the stupid find my iphone app to wipe it and I did.
IT is stuck at the spinning wheel forever, I even reset it and did it again and it has been going for liek 30 minutes at the spinning wheel and last time I looked at it like an hour ago it had 16% health left. It IS plugged in just in case some miracle happens but yeah.

If your device is restored with iTunes and it still couldn't, try to restore on another computer. If that doesn't work, then your iPad most definitely will need service. Reinstall iTunes on your computer and see if that helps. If you are doing Erase all Contents and Settings (same thing as erasing on iCloud) and are stuck on the spinning wheel, it is a side effect of jailbroken. So is Safari and Mail crashing on startup. Anyways if you aren't Jailbroken and I was wrong, then I apologize. Try to buy another another cable or borrow a friends. If your computer does not restore still, then try another computer. If that computer does not work, then most likely your iPad will need service.

I suggest you go to the Kodak site and see what requirements they have for printing. I know there's a free app, pic flick, that can be used to print to some Kodak printers (pictures only). See: http://www.kodak.com/ek/US/en/Organize_Print_Share/Mobile_Apps.htm
That may be what you need. At any rate, check the Kodak site. Perhaps your printer also needs an updated firmware.
Also, it doesn't seem that your printer is Airprint compatible, so you probably need additional software, either on the ipad or (more likely) on your computer. Seems like pic flick is it.

In my home, I have AT&T/Bellsouth DSL internet service with a download speed of 1.5 megabits and a Belkin wireless router. I have never had any problems whatsoever in getting any device to work with the network. I currently use two laptop computers, and stream Sirius internet radio over it. Well now with my new iPhone, it doesn't work on my network at all. I can connect my iphone to my network, it shows that I'm connected with a strong signal with all 3 bars on the icon on the screen, though I get zero internet usage with the phone. I went to the Apple Store yesterday and it connected to their network just fine and I had blazing speed, so I know that there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my iPhone. Would someone please help me? I would greatly appreciate it.

Okay, I now have a solution. I found this information in another thread. I implemented it, and now my iPhone works on my network.
"After reading many posts with many helpful suggestions:
I was able to make my iphone work on my home wirless connection by choosing from the main screen
"settings" then "Wi-fi" then under "Choose a Network" I selected my home network (Belkin) (little blue arrow at the end) then under "IP Address" I chose the "static" button clicked on the "DNS" numbers and entered the the DNS addresses of my router as shown on the summary page when I logged on to my router from my home computer. As for how to log on to your router and find your DNS addresses refer to your router documentation. I tried many of the other solutions and this is so far the only way I could get a connection to actually work. It would always show the strong network signal on my phone but would not be able to connect to the internet and find the server. Like some others who have posted, until this solution I was able to borrow a connection from my neighbor with no problems but his router was a linksys. Hopefully Apple will be patching up all these issues soon.
I have no idea if this solution is permanent or even a good idea but it worked for me. Your mileage may vary. I do love the phone."

My Creative Cam wont work properly in MSN Messenger! I cant get the effects to work PLEASE HELP!

When I open the webcam centre everything works fine I can get all the effects...BUT when I open messenger (MSN) I get a good picture but when I open the effects window I cant get the effects to work in there.... I went to the creative site which tells me I can use this cam ok in MSN Messenger....Please help before I pull my hair outThankyouBillie-Jean x

I had the exact same issue but finally after much reading found that the Advanced Video FX utility must be activated first, then open the Web Cam Center.
On the upper left side just above your image is a Device Selection box. You may not redily recognize it as such.. Click on the down arrow just to the left of the Format tab and select the "Creative WebCam(With Video Effects)". Now try the effects. This did the trick for me. Hope it works for you!

i just updated with the new apple update and now cannot get into my email. i get an error message that i tried to open mail version 4.5 and cannot in apple os x please help!

This happened because if Mail.app was moved from /Applications or placed in a sub-folder there, the update (Security Update 2012-004) couldn't find it and fails for writing new files to Mail. This update updates Mail 4.5 to 4.6, consequently the message that 4.5 is incompatible, since it's looking at the now "old" 4.5 version. See the thread linked below for a fix and some other possible workarounds.

Basically, make sure Mail.app is in the Applications folder inside the Macintosh HD folder, and sitting by itself not in an enclosing folder. Then get the update from Apple Downloads and run that again.

I can not get my iTunes to work, please help

ok when i click to open itunes, i get the window asking me whether or not I agree to the Itunes software license agreement. I click agree and then i get an error message stating that "The itunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occured [-48].
Can somebody please help me or if anyone even knows a number i could call for support regarding itunes, i would greatly appriciate that.

Here's what I did. I took songs and right-clicked them and clicked "add to playlist" I clicked on the name of my ipod shuffle, and it appeared in the contents section of my shuffle's zone. I made sure that the checkboxes next to the songs were checked, then clicked sync.

Hi there So I've installed BB World onto my phone, but when I go onto it this is what happens;
1. 'Blackberry ID
App World requires the latest version of Blackberry ID.
Close or Update'
2. So I click update, then this is what it says;
' App World requires the latest version of Blackberry ID.'
'The software upgrade was interrupted. Please try again.'
'Close or Retry'
3. I press on retry multiple times, but nothing happens. So, I give up and press the escape button. Then this pops up;
'Blackberry ID installation failed. Please try again later. (80002)' So then I press 'OK' and it brings me back to the homescreen.
Please help me, I've been trying to search for a solution for two days all over the internet, but no luck.

Yes, but step 1 was to remove AW, which, based on your question, you'd not yet done...so you'd not yet have been on to step 2...

Try resetting the device. Hold down the sleep and home buttons, past when you see the red power down slider and until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and see if that helps.
If not and if it's still under warranty you may want to make an appointment at your local apple store and have them take a look at it.

CANNOT get movies into itunes. PLEASE help!

okay, my mom has an old imac g4. round base, chrome stand and pivot swival screen. anyway, it was pretty out of date as far as software is concerned. i've since got it updated with tiger and the latest version of itunes. however, when i try to drag and drop movies into the itunes movies section, it doesn't allow it. on my intel imac, it lets me drag them in and drop. on this old imac, it won't let me. what do i need to do to get this working? i would greatly appreciate any help. i can't get the photos to sync either because her iphoto is out of date. the movies i have tried are mp4 and m4v movies that are successfully in itunes on my intel imac. thanks for any help!

I'm assuming this has to do with one of these things:
1) the old Mac. If you don't have USB 2.0, it may hesitate to even try to copy a gig or two of movie files (will take FOREVER).
2) Try Disc Utility and run Repair Permissions on the iMac G4. Restart. Try again.
3) Your movies may be Protected and cannot be copied to another computer if you purchased them via iTunes.

My pfd files once downloaded doesn't have an 'open in..' at top right corner. Just an arrow that, once clicked, have a print option. I cannot get it to ibooks. Please help!

Thank you for your reply, sorry for the VERY late late response, but I have just figured out how to control this separate 'panel'. I find it really useful for monitoring Google Analytics in as it can just sit there running. It does have its limitations, as it's a limited size (you can't expand it to full screen view), so you can only ever see a vertical section of a website and need to scroll to look to the right or left, but I have the live view of people accessing my website running on there and if the numbers start racking up at any time, I can scroll to look and see what pages they are accessing, where they've been referred from, etc.
To get it to work, you save a website address in the Bookmarks Toolbar and when you can see it sitting on the toolbar at the top of the screen with its little icon, right click on it then click 'properties', then tick the box 'Load this bookmark in the sidebar'. The next time you click on this bookmark to open the website, it will load in this sidebar, which looks like a separate 'window' but is immovable. You can only have one sidebar application running at a time, but can change it by right clicking on the bookmark you want to load in there and it will then change to that one next time you click on that bookmark.
I hope this might be useful to others, as I asked for help with this on loads of forums and not one person knew that this existed - even really skilled techies!

I read all the threads here and no one seems to have problems w/ the provided sample, I even did a fresh re-install of my JDev with no help.
