Cannot get ipod touch to sync with wifi network at home

hi , , no matter how i enter the password on my ipod touch it will not connect to my wanadoo wireless router ? any ideas ? it just comes up cannot connect
i have it set up on wep key security

Do other devices succesfully connect to the network?
Does the iPod successfully connect to other networks?
Try:
- Resetting your iPod:
Reset iPod touch: Press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home
button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Powering your router off and then back on
- Resetting network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting

IPod Touch Calendar sync with online google calendar?

Does anyone know if there are any plans of making the iPod Touch calendar sync with the online google calendar? I mean; the iPod have the ability to get gmail and it should be really good to have the same functionality with the calendar.
I've read about some 3'rd party software that do this for me, like a calendar gateway. It would be really nice if the iPod could do this by itself. Is it possible?

i asked a similar question yesterday for synchin google calendar and contacts via web/wifi without dock.
The response I got was to check out Re: problems synchin gmail contacts & calender to touch via web/wi-fi NuevaSync. It's free and it can sync the Calendars and Contacts.
Have not tried it yet myself but will do when I get 5. Let me know how you go...

Probably because you did not tell the iPod to sync the calendar in iTunes.

IPod Touch "already synced with another library", Corrupt Backup?

I plugged my iPod into the only PC it's ever been plugged into today, and it came up with "This Ipod is already synced with another library" when I tried to sync it. I tried a variety of solutions I found on the internet, but none seemed to work.
So, I decided to give in and do "Erase and Sync". Before I did that, however, I created a new encrypted backup of the iPod using the option in the iPod summary window. I erased the iPod and re-synced, so it has all of my music and apps on it now.
However, whenever I try to restore from the backup, I get a message akin to "The restore cannot complete due to an error" (with no identification of the error. Immediately following this, the iPod begins to say "This iPod is already synced with another library" again, and I'm forced to start over.
The iPod is in a workable condition - all of my music and apps were saved, after all. However, none of my settings are in place, and I would really like to avoid having to set everything up again. Is there a way to un-corrupt the backup (or undo whatever has happened to it) so that I can get my settings back? Or am I out of luck?

I think that, for some reason, none of the backups that were being made are listed any longer. The only ones listed are four that have timestamps after I erased, one with the earliest timestamp that's the encrypted backup, and another without a time stamp that I'm also assuming is later. I might give that one a try, but I'm not sure that it will work...

Ipod touch wont sync with nook since 5.0.1

Before the upgrade my touch would sync with the nook using the nook app and the nook would sync with the touch. Now it won't despite setting book marks or resyncing. My ipad still syncs both ways with no problems.

It is connected to the net as dropbox registers a connection and so does skype. I can connect to the WiFi in work and on other networks when travelling. However, some other networks are now starting to fail. Can anyone suggets how I can fix it, as the MBP appears to be fine, its updated with all the latest versions of software and the WiFi network is also fine....just not with my MBP??

How do I get the ipod touch to sync with the itune?

I have tried to sync my ipod touch with the itune, however when I plug into the computer, the itune doesn't detect the ipod touch eventhough the computer already detected the ipod touch. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the itune programme and restarting my ipod touch, however it seems like it is not really workin at all. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem.
