Cannot get Photoshop CC updates.

I purchased Photoshop CC on 12/31/2013 and downloaded Photoshop CC version 14.0. Since then I received no notifications for updates. The Cerative Cloud App says that Version 14.0 is up to date. Really? I uninstalled Creative Cloud, downloaded and reinstalled Creative Cloud and I get the same result. From within Photoshop, updates in the help menu tab is greyed out. My OS is Windows 7 Pro 64bit. How can I get updates?

The Updates… will be grayed out for a short period until PS connects with the Adobe servers, but it’s possible you have a firewall that is blocking CC from getting updates. It is also possible something is corrupted with CC on your system.

Just as the title says, I cannot get Photoshop CC to sync settings even after the 14.1.1 update which I thought was supposed to address the issue. If you downloaded the correct version for your iPad model (and the different models have different ipsw files), then you should be able to navigate to it in iTunes by pressing and holding the shift key on Windows (command key on Mac) when clicking the Check For Updates button.

Cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,
I cannot get Photoshop Elements 10 Trial to Install - Windows 7 64-bit. I downloaded the trail of Photoshop CS6 just fine. I am trying to download the trial of Photoshop Elements 10. I get the adobe installer window and I login in and select my PSE 10 Trial and the installation begins and I have it saved to my desktop. When the installation finishes nothing happens. There is a Photoshop Elements folder on my desktop but it is empty. I have tried a couple of time with the same result.
Any suggestions?

Hi Ken,
I apologize for not making myself clear. What I meant by "saving to desktop" was when I I went to download the the trial of PSE 10 the install window will ask me where I want to save the file. It is defaulted (highlighted) to save to "my documents" but I selected to save the file to my desktop. I tried to install the trial of Photoshop Elements 10 again and this time it did install and is working.

What is your version of Adobe Camera Raw, Bridge, and Photoshop?
What files are you trying to open in ACR? If Raw, for what camera model?

You may need to use the chat option.
If you want to check your serial number, sign in to your Adobe account if you registered it.

You can forcer quit the application

This would be preferred. If you have to force quit the the entire OS- press the power button for a extended period until it forces a immediate shut down.

I cannot get FaceTime to update. I have run software update, and it says that everything is up to date. I am only on 1.0. I cannot find anywhere on how to make it update. What am I doing wrong?

Jumping in here - but I also have version 1 (I paid for this on 25 Feb 2011) and now I try to update via the APP Store and I cet a message "You have updates available for other accounts" - please sign-in...
But I only have one account and I am signed-in!

I cannot get Itunes to update my IPod. I am at a loss

I am a seasoned IPod user. I just transitioned to a new PC and cannot get Itunes to update my Nano IPod. I have downloaded new versions of ITunes and updated my IPod software. ITunes sees the IPod but does not transfer any songs or playlists---help

What the user before me is trying to say pretty quickly is, Be sure that the settings in iTunes are set to update your iPod.
1) Plug in your ipod
2) Click the button with the ipod on it, about fourth from the right at the bottom (bottom right corner)
3) Manual (choice 3) is probably selected, Select automatically update all songs instead (choice 1).

Cannot get mail after updating to 10.8.3

After updating to OS X 10.8.3 I cannot get e-mail any more with Mail. I can send e-mail though. If I log in to the web interface I can see my new email waiting on the server. Is there any workaround to fix it?

It is fixed from the time I signed in to the iCloud. (?) Can someone from Apple explain it?
