Cannot instal pc suite to my mac - 6500

I REALLY NEED SOME HELP QUICK
i need to give my mobile for a repair, and that is why i need to back up all my contacts and photos to my laptop.
i have tried to download the mac suite suite but then there was no mobile moddle "compatible" as they said to go with the software, then i tried the pc and it downloaded but i cannot install it which is very disappointing.
my mac is OS X version 10.4
can anyone tell me what to do next? or how can i go around this problem?
any advice is much appriciated

Nokia's PC Suite will not install on your Mac as it is designed to run on Windows. You will need to install: Nokia Multi-Media Transfer to connect to your Mac. http://europe.nokia.com/get-support-and-software/download-software/nokia-multimedia-transfer, you will also need iSync to sync the contacts and calendars: http://europe.nokia.com/A41423551.
Also, I am not sure but your Mac OS version is rather old. Mac OS is now up to 10.5.6 and many of the Nokia applications for Mac OS are not compatible with the older Mac OS's.

You are welcome to post any specific errors you are able to discover within your installation log to this discussion. Since you are using Windows then Exit Code 15 could mean one of the following:
Installer database is corrupted
Update pending to your operating system
Improper permissions set for the Media.db
The installation log file should provide additional insight into the exact error you are experiencing. Please make sure to use the find command to look for the words 'ERROR' and 'FATAL' to locate the relevant error messages.

I cannot install flash player on my MAC - (osx 10.8.4) - it downloads 50%, then clicks to "finish"

First, remove Adobe Flash Player completely using Flash Player uninstaller for MAC : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html
Download offline installer for Adobe Flash Player (MAC) from here : http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_playe r_11_osx.dmg
Once the file is downloaded, run the installer

Check what the Mac requirements are for Napster 5. Often older Mac OSs are not supported.

Exactly where are you getting your Flash from? It is quite free from the maker, no password needed.

However, if you fell for a trap and were lured into a fake site to rob you of your Apple ID credentials, I suggest you change your passwords immediately.

The free Rader does not require a license. Could it be that Mac OS is asking you for the password of your Mac? Or that you are required to launch Reader (open your Applications folder and doble click on the Reader icon) to accept the licence agreement? Please be as specific as you can.

Cannot install Illustrator CS5 on a Mac: Keep getting exit code 6 error

I have been having trouble installing CS5 Design Premium on Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 all day. Having been reading forums and finally was able to get everything to install (except Illustrator) by uninstalling everything, running Mac CS5 Cleanup Utility, then reinstalling. Still cannot install Illustrator for some reason. Tried contacting Adobe Online chat but they won't help me because CS5 is no longer supported. Keep getting Exit Code 6 (see below). Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Out of nowhere I got a message telling me I need to udate to the latest Flash Player. I have Mac OS X 10.5.8
I have tried to download and install 100 times and it keeps going in circles telling me that it CANNOT INSTALL
I uninstalled my old player ALREADY..

Trying to install Creative Suite 6 on MacBook Air but an error message "Case-Sensitive volume is not supported" come up.
How can I solve this problem and start using Creative Suite?
Can I install Creative Suite 6 on case-sensitive volume?
If not, how can I change my volume to non case-sensitive one?
I am a graphic designer and not a developer who is not so savvy about tech.

Tks_tks you will want to install Creative Suite 6 on a non-Case sensitive formatted drive. You can find more details at Error "Case-sensitive drives not supported" or similar install error | Mac OS.

First of all, which version of PC Suite you are trying to install? Latest i guess is Nokia PC Suite 6.86.9.3. What is your OS? PC Details etc., Give full information so that your issue will be discussed. If you are unable to install PC Suite, uninstall Nokia Connectivity cable driver, PC Connectivity Solution. Run some reliable PC cleaner (which will clean ur pc by uninstalling unwanted registries on your PC...Beware of the cleaner you are using). Once you uninstall the above, then try to reinstall the Nokia PC Suite from Nokia site. By the way which handset you are using

I have Oracle 10g installed at my PC. This installation was done successfully. Yesterday I downloaded the developer suite 10g because I want to write some GUI with forms. When I start the universal installer and in the dialog box (specify paths - something like that) I push on the button next but nothing happens. Can someone help me with this problem so I can install developer suite on my PC.

Cannot install Nokia Suite

I'm getting the follwing error for a couple of files when installing the suite:-
"Something's gone wrong. module c:\program files (x86)\Common Files\Nokia\Tss\Communication API\cmn_usbdcm.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel"
I have tried to uninstall/re-install. I have manuallay deleted all Nokia folders and run cccleaner to remove Nokia registry keys.
Any idea what to try next?

Could you check your Intermediate CA certificates the following:
1) Please go here:
http://www.verisign.com/support/verisign-intermediate-ca/code-signing-intermediate/index.html
to update your Intermediate CA certificates.
2) You will see 2 boxes with garbled text - one primary and one secondary.
3) Please copy and paste the text each into a text file using a text editor
such as notepad. Then save those files with a .cer extension.
4) Then import those certs into Windows by right clicking on those .cer files
and selecting Install Certificate from the menu.
You can also try to download it again the complete Nokia Suite installer package.
If it does not help, Could you please attach a screenshot here in this post?
It will help investigating the problem more quickly.

Use a retail DVD and not one which shipped with a Mac. Only 10.6 and 10.6.3 came on retail DVDs.

Hey Chris,
Sorry for not getting back to you, but it looks like I was able to fix the problem I was having. One thing I had never tried was getting rid of the "Adobe AIR.framework" folder inside of /Library/Frameworks/
If I run into any other Adobe issues I'll let you know. Right now I've got Adobe AIR as the only Adobe product installer, but I'll be installing flashplayer and a good portion of the CS6 Master Collection shortly.
