I cannot install Adobe Premiere Elements 11

Hi, please help. I cannot install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on my laptop, I run IE10, I disabled my Anti-Virus software and inserted the Elements DVD. I click on 'Install Adobe Premiere Elements 11', I then select 'English (United States)' from the list of languages. It then starts the 'Preparing to install' process and states that it is 'Configuring Windows Installer'. However, I then get a 'Windows Installer' text box appear, with what appears to be lots of HTML text inside. I click on 'OK' at the bottom of the box and then it just returns to the first screen again. This is very frustrating and I cannot work out what is going wrong with the installation. I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 from the same DVD with no problem

Thanks again, okay, so I click on the 'Install Adobe Premiere Elements 11' and then I select 'English (United States)' from the drop down list of languages -
The next screen shows that it is 'Preparing to install' and I see the following box -
and then finally it brings up a 'Windows Installer' box, however, when I click on 'OK' it takes me back to the first screen again -
Any help or suggestions would be mucgh appreciated becaue at the moment I feel as though I have wasted my money

Cannot install adobe Premiere elements 9 disc

I bought adobe photoshop elments 9 & adobe Premiere elements 9 sotftware from a store.
I have windows 7 on my computer.
I have installed disc 1 (adobe photoshop elements 9). My computer said it installed sucessfully.
I went to install disc 2 (adobe premiere elements 9) & computer said 'Adobe Premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or has corrupted. Please install adobe premiere 9 & retry'.
I also disable my antivirus software before I installed disc 1 and when I tried to install disc 2.
How can I install disc 2 ??

The only disc error I recieved was 'adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or is corrupted. This is disc 2 from the software pack.
Disc 1 installed sucessfully. i can see it in my program files. Disc 2 has not installed it is not on my computer.
I cannot get a refund from my store because I have entered the serial # & already registered the product. They cannot resell it.
The store said if I get a reference # from you saying the disc 2 is faulty, I can recieve a refund.
I await your reply.

i bought adobe photoshop elements 9 & adobe premiere elements 9 software from a shop.
I have windows 7 on my computer
I have installed disc 1 (adobe photoshop elements 9). My computer said it installed sucessfully.
I tried to install disc 2 (adobe premiere elements 9). My computer said 'Elements 9 not installed either adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or has corrupted. Please install adobe premiere elements 9 & retry.'

Is there something wrong with the discs?

I did install Adobe Premiere 11 and I cannot get it open, error 126

I have Windows 8 Pro / 64 bit
I did install to day:
Adobe Photoshop 11 and
Adobe Premiere Elements 11
When trying to open (load) Adobe Premiere Elements 11 video editing
there is an error
ERROR
LoadLibrary with error 126
Specified part cannot be found
I had same problem with Adobe 8 and same now with Adobe 11
What to do
or do I return product back, refunding money?
(I did buy it to day)

First: Thank you:
I succeed, finally, after few uninstalling/ installing driver and software
/Adobe Pre 11: in differennt order:
AMD/Ati monitor driver run to dating new correct one did not help,
( I had Win7/64 running (pure install with all software), Win8/64 changed
plenty drivers to "her" own General Drivers (Microsoft), what is wrong!!!! )
so I delete monitor driver twice!! First delete did not help, so I delete
again all and run hard disk defrag, re delete driver and forced system to
load AMD/Ati win8 driver and reboot and re install Adobe Premiere 11 again
and after that, now call for error 126, so software works also in video
part.

(Must say, anyway, plenty "rabbish" is in Windows8 now in, when looking in,
but too sensitive to delete similarities away, when the order of
similarities (what is a last one) is not clear and it is not same order
with Windows in different installations)
Now
AsusTek informs for 3 year old motherboard, no win8 correction coming,
suggest to delete softwares, in question, huh huh.
It seems Win8 is also now working properly like when I open from Start
window Worktable, appears an error AsusSetup does not support this
operating system: WNT_6.2P_64_MCE
So:
Windows 8 Pro /64 and
Adobe and
Asus
are still far from pre-co-opertion for a client

Thanks for posting that screenshot. It appears that you have opened your Sequence Settings for a DV-NTSC sequence and have made a circle around the "Edit Settings" button.
Since you chose to create a DV sequence, you cannot change those settings.
Do you have DV NTSC clips? If so, these are the correct settings.
If you do not have DV NTSC clips, do not be concerned. Just create the sequence.
Once you drag a non-DV clip into the DV sequence, it's OK.
You have the option of changing the Sequence Settings to match those of your clip in a new dialog box.
Click "Change Sequence Settings" in the dialog box.

Cannot install Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 on Windows

I have been trying to install Photoshop Elements for that last half hour and I cannot get past the language selection screen. When I put the DVD in, it runs automatically. When I select the button to download Photoshop Elements 10, I am then taken to a screen to select my language. After selecting "English", nothing happens. Any suggestions?

After selecting your language you will need to click on the Accept button to accept the End User License Agreement. Once the EULA is accepted you should be able to proceed with your installation. I would also recommend reviewing Install | Adobe Premiere Elements | Photoshop Elements | Windows | Mac OS.

Installing Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 on my new Winows 7 computer and get an error 1311.source file not found. The last file shown on the addy is Data1.cab. Does anybody have an idea why that program will not install? Thanks........

If you are using a Mac, simply hit Command-Spacebar to bring up Spotlight Search. Begin typing the name of the application and when you see what you are looking for, press enter. You should get a hit by the second or third letter you type. Great way to launch apps on computers that you are not familiar with.
Windows 7 and 8 should have something similar. I think you simply press the Windows key and begin typing. Press enter when you see a match.
Both Mac and Windows search tools can be customized to search for applications, files, emails and so forth. For Windows, look for Taskbar and Start Menu Properties. For Mac, go to Preferences Spotlight. Turn off items you know you won't need to speed up searches.
