Cannot install adobe Premiere elements 9 disc

I bought adobe photoshop elments 9 & adobe Premiere elements 9 sotftware from a store.
I have windows 7 on my computer.
I have installed disc 1 (adobe photoshop elements 9). My computer said it installed sucessfully.
I went to install disc 2 (adobe premiere elements 9) & computer said 'Adobe Premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or has corrupted. Please install adobe premiere 9 & retry'.
I also disable my antivirus software before I installed disc 1 and when I tried to install disc 2.
How can I install disc 2 ??

The only disc error I recieved was 'adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or is corrupted. This is disc 2 from the software pack.
Disc 1 installed sucessfully. i can see it in my program files. Disc 2 has not installed it is not on my computer.
I cannot get a refund from my store because I have entered the serial # & already registered the product. They cannot resell it.
The store said if I get a reference # from you saying the disc 2 is faulty, I can recieve a refund.

Hi, please help. I cannot install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on my laptop, I run IE10, I disabled my Anti-Virus software and inserted the Elements DVD. I click on 'Install Adobe Premiere Elements 11', I then select 'English (United States)' from the list of languages. It then starts the 'Preparing to install' process and states that it is 'Configuring Windows Installer'. However, I then get a 'Windows Installer' text box appear, with what appears to be lots of HTML text inside. I click on 'OK' at the bottom of the box and then it just returns to the first screen again. This is very frustrating and I cannot work out what is going wrong with the installation. I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 from the same DVD with no problem

Any help or suggestions would be mucgh appreciated becaue at the moment I feel as though I have wasted my money

I received an order number, a product key, and a password but no serial number. Now I cannot access Adobe Premiere Elements 13 because it asks me for a serial number.

I bought and installed Adobe Premiere Elements 13. The download email provided me with an order number, a product key and a password. I never received a serial number. When I attempted to access the software, it required a serial number. I now cannot use this product because I never received a serial number.

The suggestion provided by Kglad is information on how to redeem your redemption code. Did you purchase from Adobe directly? If not then it is likely you received a redemption code as opposed to a serial number.

I have been trying to install Photoshop Elements for that last half hour and I cannot get past the language selection screen. When I put the DVD in, it runs automatically. When I select the button to download Photoshop Elements 10, I am then taken to a screen to select my language. After selecting "English", nothing happens. Any suggestions?

After selecting your language you will need to click on the Accept button to accept the End User License Agreement. Once the EULA is accepted you should be able to proceed with your installation. I would also recommend reviewing Install | Adobe Premiere Elements | Photoshop Elements | Windows | Mac OS.

Could you post a screenshot of that error message that you are getting from your Mac computer when you are trying to install Premiere Elements 12 Mac?
Are you installing from an installation disc or from installation files for the tryout or a purchased copy?
I am strictly an Elements Windows, but I have seen this type of things happen when I was downloading a tryout from Adobe and I point the download to my Desktop. I had more resources imaginable and still got the message. When I pointed the download to my Documents instead of the Desktop, in seconds, the download proceeded to a successful conclusion.
I am not sure what the Mac counterparts of all that would be.
What is your Mac operating system?

We tried to install Adobe Premiere Element and it keeps saying the E drive is empty.

Adobe Premiere Elements 13.1 keeps saying the E drive is empty. We got around it by changing the name to another letter. Why did it do this?

Please explain your question a bit further. Is the following your scenario?
1. You installed Adobe Premiere Elements 13 (on what computer operating system?) Assumed from installation disc and to the default location on the Local Drive C.
2. You are inserting your installation disc into the burner tray, the burner being the E drive? And, you get a message about empty E drive instead of the AutoPlay for
you to click on to start the installation path?
There is a known problem with Premiere Elements 13/13.1 where installation of this version generates a No Disc error. The fix for that is deleting or disabling the OldFilm.AEX
file in the path
Program Files
Adobe
Adobe Premiere Elements 13
Plug-ins
Common
NewBlue
and in the NewBlue Folder is the OldFilm.AEX file that you delete or disable by renaming it from OldFilm.AEX to OldFilm.AEXOLD.

My Dell laptop will not install Adobe Premiere Elements 4. I keep getting an Error message.
I do have Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 on my computer, but I am unable to import footage from a DVD.
I think because it is in the wrong format and I need to convert it.

My GUESS is you have Win7 and version 4 is simply too old
