Cannot install free trial version of AutoVue

Dear Sir or Madam,
Yesterday, I downloaded and installed for the first time a free trial version of AutoVue. I moved the .exe file to a different folder than the one it appeared in after installation. Then I tried to run the program, I got an error message. Therefore, I uninstalled the AutoVue and tried to reinstall AutoVue, however I was prevented from reinstalling it. I tried downloading another free trial version of AutoVue and then tried to reinstall Autovue, however I was prevented from reinstalling it.
Would someone from Oracle please get in touch regarding this issue or please indicate an Oracle email address I can use to resolve this issue?
I would be glad to provide my account information as verification of the date I registered at Oracle to download a free trial version of AutoVue.

if previously you installed the Autovue 2D version .
you will be unable to reinstall it because i also faced the same problem .

    Please check your firewall settings or try the following steps :
    Rename the opm.db file.
    Close the Creative Cloud application if it's running.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /User/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Rename the opm.db file to opm_old.db
    Launch Creative Cloud

    in my windows these files are saved in the "download" directory. Maybe you have changed it into another directory. On the other hand, please try search function of your WIN explorer or of a file manager to find it.

    I've downloaded the trail version of premiere pro cs5.5 form adobe with the download assistant.
    It's completely downloaded but the program cannot extract it..
    I've searched for hours but I couldn't find the working solution..
    opening the .7z file with WinRar / 7Zip -> unknown format or damaged

    support center / forum
    disable firewall / open assistant as admin
         ...nothing works for me

  • Cannot Install CS5 trial version on Vista 64 bit...been weeks..please help..!

    I've been trying to install the CS5 for a couple of week now but cannot get it to install. I've tried lots of things I've seen in the forums but I still cannot get it to install. I'd appreciate it if someone could offer some help and direction to step me through the possible issues. I've tried uninstalling, using the cs5 cleanup utility, changing permissions on the entire Adobe folder, completely uninstalling any Adobe product, deleting all reference folders, running as administrator, etc etc but nothing works. I've turned off firewall and antivirus, closed all applications including start-up items, and still nothing.
    I'll start again and list my issues and perhaps someone can help..

    Try this microsoft solution, it worked for me on Vista with SP2, 32 bit. Even though you have a 64bit system, I think this solution might well work.  I spent 9 days with Adobe trying to install $1,700 software, and still they haven't given me a solution.  Opened Microsoft tech support case today, and everything is now installed, CS5 and Acrobat 9 professional.  Installed Acrobat 9 the same was as CS5, and installed it using the new Admintrator account.
    Here is a summary from Microsoft of what the did to fix the issue:  Good luck!

  • Cannot install free trial of Photoshop elements???

    I have now tried to install this several times and it is not working. It downloads fine, I open the file and it tries to unzip but I get this error message: Cannot open file "Photoshop Elements_12_LS25.7z." It does not appear to be a valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again.
    I've downloaded the file 4 times now. I'm using Windows 7, and Winzip to extract the file.Even when I open WinZip to try and locate the file the folder is empty.
    I have tried deleting the previous downloads before downloading again. Nothing is working.

    I believe there is supposed to be an executable file that also downloads that you run instead of interacting with the zipped file.  The executable deals with the zipped file.

    I am having this same exact problem.  I have a mid-2011 iMac (latest model) 3.4 GHz i7, 20GB RAM, AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2048 MB.  All of the other effects seem to work fine, but i have this same issue with all of the garbage mattes.  I have just seen this thread and am wondering if there has been any progress or insights to finding a solution.  I do use 4 point masks that are not exasctly square/rectangular so the crop work around won't exactly work for me.  I can also make a shape and use an image mask but that takes a bit longer than a quick garbage mask.
    Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
