What is your computer operating system?
From where are you downloading Premiere Elements 13....direct from Adobe as the tryout or the purchased product? If the purchased product, do you now have a purchased serial number to go with the installation files?
Where are you stopped in the installation....at the Sign In or before? Is the faulting module cited in any messages? What are the error messages?
The usual questions:
1. Are you working with the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
2. Are you running the computer programs as administrator?
3. Are you working with a pen and tablet device instead of mouse?
4. Is your video card/graphics card up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
5. Are you installing the program to the default location on the Local Disc C (if Windows).
Let us start here and then decide what next based on the details that you post. Subsequent troubleshooting may include:
deletion of the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file and/or uninstall, free ccleaner run through, reinstall with antivirus and firewall(s) disabled.

I received an update notice when I opened my Adobe Premiere Elements 9. I followed the directions and un-installed the program. Now I cannot find the download update!

WE purchased through TechSoup, so no order history with ADobe. Lost my install copy. Where can I download Premiere elemts 9?

Install Error Adobe Premiere Elements 8 Vista

Tried to insatll Premiere Elements 8.
Photoshop Elements 8 is installed and seems to work correctly. The error Elements 8 is not instaledl or is corrupt Reinstall etc. No error code numbers. Any ideas, Have tried a few times and also uninstalled Elements 8 and reinstalled. I am runnintg a Toshiba laptop and Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2

i bought adobe photoshop elements 9 & adobe premiere elements 9 software from a shop.
I have windows 7 on my computer
I have installed disc 1 (adobe photoshop elements 9). My computer said it installed sucessfully.
I tried to install disc 2 (adobe premiere elements 9). My computer said 'Elements 9 not installed either adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or has corrupted. Please install adobe premiere elements 9 & retry.'
I disabled my antivirus softrware before I installed disc 1 and again with disc 2.
Is there something wrong with the discs?
How can I install disc 2 ?

Installation Adobe Premiere Elements not working

I'm trying to install the Adobe Premiere Elements 13 but it's not working. I downloaded the file for the trial version, after downloading i also had to download something called Akamai netsession Client ? I dont know what it is, but i installed it as well. But everytime i want to open the setup it says that an error occurred. I cannot open adobe premiere elements, what should i do? i did the installation 4 times now, it's still not working

Bin soeben beim Installieren. Falls mal jemand das selbe Problem haben sollte... nach Installation von SP2 für Vista (dachte ich hätte das schon gehabt) und Benutzung der selben CD wie für die Installation von PSE 8 funzt es nun... Darauf muss man erstmal kommen... 2 Programme, 2 CD`s die Beide gleich aussehen... und da soll man 2 Mal die Selbe nehmen... egaaal.
Thread könnt ihr, wenn ihr wollt schliessen.

Adobe Premiere Elements 10 takes about 6 minutes to open but then won't close

My old computer died so I am installing my Adobe Premiere Elements 10 on my new laptop with 8 gb Ram, 1 tb storage and Windows 8.1. When I click on the icon to open it it can take up to 5-6 minutes to open and if it does, when I try to close it, it won't close. I just get programs fails to respond. Can any body help me?

What video card is your Windows 8.1 (assumed 64 bit) computer using? NVIDIA GeForce or other?
Please check the Device Manager/Display Adapters to confirm the video card/graphics card and how many cards.
Is the card driver version up to date according to the web site of the manufacturer of the card?
Are you working from a User Account with Administrative Privileges? And, do you have QuickTime (latest version) installed on
the computer with Premiere Elements?
Are you using a pen and tablet device instead of a mouse?
Does the problem exist with and without the antivirus and firewall(s) disabled?
Please consider the above and then we can decide what next.

I cannot install Adobe Premiere Elements 11

Hi, please help. I cannot install Adobe Premiere Elements 11 on my laptop, I run IE10, I disabled my Anti-Virus software and inserted the Elements DVD. I click on 'Install Adobe Premiere Elements 11', I then select 'English (United States)' from the list of languages. It then starts the 'Preparing to install' process and states that it is 'Configuring Windows Installer'. However, I then get a 'Windows Installer' text box appear, with what appears to be lots of HTML text inside. I click on 'OK' at the bottom of the box and then it just returns to the first screen again. This is very frustrating and I cannot work out what is going wrong with the installation. I installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 from the same DVD with no problem

The only disc error I recieved was 'adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or is corrupted. This is disc 2 from the software pack.
Disc 1 installed sucessfully. i can see it in my program files. Disc 2 has not installed it is not on my computer.
I cannot get a refund from my store because I have entered the serial # & already registered the product. They cannot resell it.
The store said if I get a reference # from you saying the disc 2 is faulty, I can recieve a refund.
I await your reply.
