Cannot install new apps or updates
I keep getting "your apple id has been disabled" message every time I try to do upates or install new apps. My apple id is working because I can sign into itunes with no problem. Can somebody help me please?

My nokia Lumia 620 is stuck at "pending" when I try to install new apps or update existing apps on my phone from the store. I even tried unistalling and reinstalling but still was stuck at pending. That's it no error message, no crashes. it just waits for ever and it never starts downloading
I have a nokia Lumia 920 and it works fine with the same sittings and downloads from the same Wi-Fi - What's wrong and how do I fix it?
I'm not a forums guy but I posted this because I couldn't find my problem anywhere on the internet, so I'm really desperate. I need the phone fixed ASAP.

if the battery is completely dead, just keep the phone connected to the charger, and wait about 30 mins before trying to turn it on
and fyi, if the charger is not powerful enough, lumia phones can drain the battery even if it's connected to the charger

Cannot install new apps to iPad
Hi,
My iTunes doesn't install new apps and few installed apps doesn't show on iPad. "Automatic Install new apps" and "Install" options are grayed out. There is no page 3 on my iPad but my iTunes shows. Please see the attached image and please help!Both my macbook and windows laptop were authorized to the iPad and it was working fine. But now I get same problem on both the computers. Below are the steps i've already tried:
1. Did all updates.
2. De-authorized all computers and authorized only macbook.
2. Reset iPad through itunes (summary page).
3. Reset using iPad option. General ->Settings -> Reset -> Reset all settings and Reset home screen layout.
4. Reset by holding power & home button.
Even after doing all these reset the issue is same as mentioned above. Any idea?

Cannot install new apps on ipad 1
There seems to be a programmed obsolescence going on here. The ipad is no longer good enough for new apps or even for the updating of old apps. Some apps like Linkedin just simply won't work with ipad anymore. Why do Apple think we will get another ipad after making this one non functional? Surely, the most logical thing would be try another kind o tablet and see if it lasts longer than an ipad. No, to programmed obsolence. We want durable machines please.
When you figure out how to avoid planned obsolescence, you let us know. Every single electronic product on the market gets upgraded. Buy a didgital camera and within months it's outdated. Buy a flat screen TV and within months it's outdated. How many cell phones from 4 years ago can keep up with one from today? Even your car has a one year cycle.
Your iPad is now 4 generations old. It simply can not handle iOS7. So you really shouldn't be surprised by this.
But, there is an option you can try to see if some of the apps have backward compatibility:
On your computer open iTunes. Download the apps you want to use on your iPad
On your iPad, open the App Store
Tap the purchased tab
The apps you downloaded to iTunes should be there with a cloud next to them
Tap the cloud and if there is a backward compatible option for your device, you'll tap that option
If there isn't one, the App developer (not Apple as most Apple apps do have backward compatiblity via this method) chose not to offer one. -
Cannot install new apps on Ipad2
4 mos ago I dropped my Ipad and broke the glass. Needless to say, I bought a new one from Apple. Sync all my old apps successfully. For some reason, I just noticed recently that I dont have an app store icon in my ipad to download new games or order new apps online (like I used to have in my old Ipad). I did syc it to my itunes. downloaded the game that I want to install (conneted to my macbook pro). My itunes indicates that it was installed (icon of the new game showing on the page where I want it however if I check the ipad, its not there. My itunes tells me that they have been synced.
Please help if anybody has the same issue.. I dont know how to trouble shoot this.

I recently moved to a new MacBook Air with a physically larger hard drive. I had a coworker move over all of my software and data, and everything seems to be playing nicely. All of the current apps I have in place like Photoshop and Illustrator are working just fine.
Unfortunately when I try to download other apps in Creative Cloud it just shows Download Error. I tried reinstalling Creative Cloud, which did nothing.
I should note that when I moved to the larger machine I changed user account names. Whenever I try to use FileSync, it says it is looking for a folder in the old user account folder. This occurs even after trying to change where that folder is in the Preferences.
Additionally I have updated from Mavericks to Yosemite. I do not know what effect that had.
Any insight how to restore my ability to get downloads and updates? Or perhaps how to fix my FileSync?I think I have it resolved by uninstalling everything and running the cleaner per these instructions: Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

When I try to download an App the icon turns to green and says "INSTALL APP", but then you cannot select it. If you press it nothing happens.
Quit the App Store app and reboot your iPad.
Tap the home button once. Then tap the home button twice and the recents tray will appear at the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button twice to return to the home screen.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
IPhone 4 unable to install new apps or updates
everything in "Waiting" state. Tried signing out of App Store and back in. Tried various accounts. Restarted. Shut down all apps. On the latest iOS. Tried 3G and Wi-Fi. Deleted stuck "Waiting" installs and tried one-by-one. 8.5GB free space on phone. Out of ideas. Anyone else?

My iphone was downloading a video (iTunes "12 Days of Christmas" freebie!), and although the "swiping across" technique mentioned in the above didn't work, I somehow deleted the download, and then resynced in iTunes - and everything installed fine (and is working)!
So much for free stuff.... -
Apple's "Installer.app" hangs before installing new apps or updates
I can't install any software that uses Apple's proprietary Installer.app. The version I have is Version 3 (276). It always hangs as soon as I click the Install button, resulting in the Spinning Beachball of Death. My only recourse is to Force Quit. Repairing permissions hasn't helped. The VISE installer has no such problem. And hours of digging thru Apple support and other online forums have been fruitless.
Why can't I address this problem directly to an Apple support tech??? I'm not getting any customer service at all!Take a look in the Console to see if any useful error messages are being thrown (Applications / Utilities / Console -- select "All Messages").
Does it get as far as asking for your Administrator password to do the install? If not, then you may have something screwed up in your Administrator privileges. There are quite a few threads here discussing variations on that theme in Leopard. Are you having any other Administrator privilege issues (e.g., making System Preferences changes)?
The installer uses a number of plug-in bundles. Any chance one off those might be missing (or moved) or corrupted?
In addition to repairing permissions, have you tried the other basic maintenance steps of resetting PRAM and also doing a Verify Disk in Disk Utility?

I didn't get what you meant. I think you want to transfer phone memory files to memory card.
You can simply connect your phone via PC suite. Then you'll be able to do this task.

Cannot download new apps or update existing apps. App Store ID is old email address and not current one. How do I fix?
If you can't buy/download them with your new account then closing the App Store app via the iPad's multitasking bar and then do a soft-reset it and see if you can then download them
To close the App Store app : double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag the App Store app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar
To do a soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
None of these steps work, also tried hard reboot. . Cannot update or install new apps. Just says waiting. Internet data working fine. My iPhone works fine. This is all on my iPad
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, reboot the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
Sometimes resetting all settings can help as well. Settings>General>Reset>Reset all settings. If you do that - you will have to enter all of you app and device preferences again. -
Apps tab of Creative Cloud desktop helper constantly displays "Download error. press retry or contact customer support". As well as reloading, I've also quit CC desktop helper, restarted computer, checked network settings, relogged in. Cannot download any new apps or updates. please help.

So here we need this package "Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00.Debug"
Please do the following:
1. Check your installation that you have enabled VC++ components. If you haven't or if you are not sure of it, please check this blog:
