Cannot install Office 2011 business on Mac Pro OS X Mavericks

Question

I have read quite a few different solutions that people have posted to allow Mac Office 2011 to install, but none seem to work for me.  I have tried safe mode.  I can't uninstall because it is a new install, brand new setup, but it won't install for me.  I don't know where to turn.  Anybody else have success in installing it on a brand new latest machine?
