Cannot launch photoshop in new install of creative cloud following expired trial of CS6

Application is telling me that trial has expired & to enter activation code
I'm running Win7, 64bit and have tried the Adobe Cleaner Tool
I'm really reluctant to subscribe if i can't get the trial running
Can anyone help or should I look at another package?

If you did already run a trial it is not possible to run again a trial. If you whant to test, you can buy the product. If you don't like the product or it does not do what you whant you can always return within 30 days

Cannot Launch Photoshop

I cannot launch photoshop. I get the screen asking me to try the free trial or input a license key (as though I was a new customer). My account is active, auto payment deducted 4/1. I also cannot update PS from the Creative Cloud- it fails each time.

I downloaded the new lightroom CC (2015) and installed using creative cloud. I have uninstalled and installed with no luck, including restarts. I am using Window 7 64 bit.
Photoshop CC works fine from Creative Cloud App. HELP!

Not getting the option to install creative cloud. Only trial version or choose new plan

Hi,
I'm trying to install Photoshop on a second computer. Problem is I can't find the installer for Creative Cloud. When I log in at adobe.com and go to products, all i get is the option to get a trial version or sign up for a new plan. It's like it thinks I'm not already on a plan.
Explicitly going to menu -> pc apps -> clicking the creative cloud icon takes me to the general creative cloud promotional page. I can't see any option to just install the creative cloud app.
Am I missing something? Seached the forums and all the replies just tell me to go to adobe.com/products and install.

Got to say that's a bit of baffling gui design. One would think a link to install Creative Cloud would be one of the main things needed for the account page on the website. Not only did I have to do something I didn't want to do (get the trial), but after installing the manager, it immediately started downloading and installing photoshop. I really hope it's not installing the trial version. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

It's not launched from the CC app.
If you have Windows, look under Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CC
If you have a Mac, look in the Application Folder > Photoshop CC

What OS version? What's the exact error? Exactly when does the error occur? What previous versions? What is on the screen when the error displays? Does Photoshop get fully open?
Try opening Photoshop holding down Shift key immediately to turn off plug-ins. Lots of good suggestions here: Photoshop: Basic Troubleshooting steps to fix most issues

How can I re-install the Creative Cloud softwares on my new computer?

I bought the Creative Cloud softwares and installed them on my former computer (which is unfortunately dead...). My license is still activated but I can't find how to download them on my new computer without buying them another time.
