Cannot load Create applications
I have just tried to open Create Photo Collage and I got the message Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 has stopped working. The program is running on Windows 7. All other functions work without a problem. Any ideas please.
Just tried the full command and received the following error:
/opt/kde/bin/amarok: error while loading shared libraries: libqt-mt.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
- gotta do some research now and find out how to fix that
Edit -
ok reinstalled qt and got a little further. Now get a pop-up box stating
Amarok could not be started!
This may be because the amarokapp binary is not in your PATH.
Try locating and running amarokapp from a terminal.
And in the terminal I get
Amarok: [Loader] Starting amarokapp..
Amarok: [Loader] Don't run gdb, valgrind, etc. against this binary! Use amarokapp.
Thanks
J

Need suggestion on how to get Adobe X to create/load the font. Others in the office can create the same Adobe file with no issues. Help please.
You have the required Xorg drivers and those errors appear to be expected (https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/4789). As a matter of fact, Xorg is terminating successfully. Just to make sure, is your ~/.xinitrc setup correctly?

When I was ask to join this site ( the mozilla support site), firefox was unable to display the register or log in page, all i saw was the page getting darker and an unmoving white rectangle.
Also when I got certain site to watch a video like animefreak.com the video player will never appear, I have to use internet explorer to watch it.
There are some sites where the chatroom simply doesn't appear and others where I can't even use the reply box in the forumRecently both the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause an issue like that. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.

Icloud quit working; cannot load application
Icloud has been working fine on my PC until recently. Now I cannot get to contacts or mail. Instead I get a message that says "Can't load calendar. There was a problem loading the application."
The full icloud trouble report (which I forwarded several times to Apple) reads:
APPLICATION NAME

TITLE
Calendar could not be loaded
MESSAGE
There was a problem loading the application due to a possible network error or missing resources. Please try again.

Error while creating database - Cannot load backend library 'oci.dll'
Hi all,
I am newbie to Timesten imdb (in memory database). I do not wish to use oracle rdbms.
I have installed the Timesten IMDB on Win2003.
E:\TimesTen\tt70_32\bin>ttVersion.exe
TimesTen Release 7.0.5.0.0 (32 bit NT) (tt70_32:17000) 2008-04-05T00:54:16Z
Instance admin: m4sadm
Instance home directory: e:\TimesTen\tt70_32
Daemon home directory: e:\TimesTen\tt70_32\srv\info
While installing, I followed the viewlet at: [http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/timesten/viewlets/tt70_install_win_viewlet_swf.html]
Now, I am planning to create a database, and so following the viewlet at: [http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/timesten/viewlets/tt70_create_db_win_cc_viewlet_swf.html]
However, when I give the command (according to the viewlet), I get the following error:
Command> select * from v$version;
5102: Cannot load backend library 'oci.dll' for Cache Connect. OS error message '<empty>'.
The command failed.
Can anyone provide pointers to resolve this?I'm guessing you chose No to the install question about using Cache Connect to Oracle? This would cause certain libraries not to be installed at install time, specifically libraries that would enable you to use TimesTen Cache Connect to cache data from Oracle tables.
The table "v$version" that you use in your select
select * from v$version
only exists on an Oracle RDBMS. It doesn't exist on TimesTen. Moreover the second viewlet you refer to is about using the TimesTen Cache Connect feature to cache tables from Oracle RDBMS. If you're not interested in using Oracle RDBMS, as you say, it would be my assumption that you're also not interested in using the TimesTen Cache Connect feature? So I'm a little confused here about your intentions. Are you interested in using TimesTen as a standalone datastore, or do you want to use it to cache data from tables located in an Oracle RDBMS?

I cannot get iTunes to load -- "Apple Application Support was not found". I have tried multiple things to fix it and nothing works including re-installing.
Try b noir's post Standalone Apple Application Support install to see if that can repair the problem or provide futher information, otherwise try reinstalling again as shown in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

Cannot load visual basic for applications
I cannot load visual basic for applications on word doc
The relevance to iTunes for Windows escapes me.
VBA is an optional component of Microsoft Office. Unless you are an active VBA programmer any alert message regarding macros should be a red flag that something viral might be contained within the document that you are trying to open.

Cannot create application 'hello1' in account 'p...trial'
I try to deploy on the Cloud from Eclipse IDE as written in https://help.hana.ondemand.com/help/frameset.htm?60ab35d9edde43a1b38cf48174a3dca2.html.
In step 9 (after choosing Finish) 2 popups come up:
1) Secure Storage
A new master password has been created. Password recovery can be enabled by providing additional information. Would you like to do so now?
I klicked: No
2) Server Error
Cannot create application 'hello1' in account 'p1940087376trial'
Reason:
Authentication failed. Check:
1. if the accound name and the host are correct
2. the provided user has rights to perform the operation in the specified account
3. the provided password is correct
This is the screen "Run On Server":
I think my account name and the password should be correct.
What about the host and the user rights? Anything else that I should do?First:
Start eclipse
Window > Preferences > General > Security > Secure Storage > Content > Delete
This action will delete default secure storage ... Are you shure? -> Ja
Secure storage deleted. ... restart the application now? -> Ja
Restart the application. Then try to Run your application again:
Just another User name:
By the way: problem like those appear very often:
So I have to give up.

I cannot input an Application ID when I try to create my own application
I signed up for the free APEX hosting tonight. I cannot input an Application ID when I try to create my own application.
This is where you enter a number to give your application a unique id. I have tried many numbers but none are accepted.
Any ideas on what I should put here ?

Cannot create applications or portlets
We recently upgraded to Oracle Portal Version: 3.0.9.8.0. We tried to configure the system like our 3.0.7.6.2 installation. However, my user login cannot create new applications. When I try, I get now schema to assign it to. As a temporary fix, I have added myself to the DBA group. Now I can see all schemas when trying to make a new application.
However, I created forms and reports in this application, but I cannot publish them as portlets, even though I belong to the Portal Publish group.
How can I publish portlets? And what do I need to do to my environment to allow non-DBAs to create applications?
nullJust forget about Oracle portal.
THis is the worst development tool I used
so far. A lot of bugs and no way to do
customization ( a nightmare!!!).

Cannot load iweb created website onto iphone.
Cannot load iweb created website with iphone. I have tried with 2 iphones and they couldnt load the page. I also have tried with windows 7 internet explorer, safari and in Leopard also, they'dd all work.
All I get from my iphone is : Safari could not open the page because the server has stopped responding.I think I found your problem Safari on the iPhone does not like "framesets"
Safari on iPhone does not support:
Events: mouseover and mouseout, including :hover styles and tool tips, (but it does support onclick and event listeners). Safari on the iPhone does not support the document events of onkeydown, onkeypress and onkeyup, the form-field events of ondblclick, onmouseenter, onmouseleave, onmousemove, and onSelect, and the window events of onresize and onScroll. This is not an exhaustive list, so test your event handlers before listening to me.
window.showModalDialog()
Plug-ins: Flash or Java, and plug-in installations. Do not ask users to download Flash.
File-size: Non-streaming files of over 10MB. CSS, JavaScript and HTML files are limited to 10MB per file. JavaScript is limited to 5 seconds of execution time. Safari for the iPhone does support gzip compression, so compress!
The iPhone does not support gifs, png or tiffs over 8 MB and jpgs over 128 MB (but does support larger streaming media files).
You can use iFrames, but avoid framesets. -
Having problem creating cd cover. When I try to print one out only text print no picture. Error message appears "cannot load library"LXBBPRP,DLL Default error126. Anyone have a solution to this problem?
One other note I do have parallels installed but not running on both machines.
Make sure on both machines that even if Parallels is not running that the two VPNs it creates in System Preferences > Network are set to Off.
Also make sure that in System Preferences > Sharing that Internet Sharing is nnot ON.
Later you will have to adjust the Parallels setting to NOT Share the Mac IP.
