Cannot Log in on any devices

Hi, I upgraded to premium yesterday afternoon and ever since,  I cannot log into my account on any of the spotify applications. I can log in online but it gives me a "Username or password is incorrect" error every time on every device (tried Mac, PC, Android and reinstalled on all). Quite confused with this issue, have reset my password multiple times to see if it would take on the server, have made sure any devices were logged off from my account page, and have removed all previously registered offline devices. 

Nevermind, I solved it, was uing email as username not my actual username *facepalm*.

  • Can see and recognize my wireless network and Internet is working, but I can't connect with ANY computers/iPad/iPod/air TV, etc. I have reset the time machine several times, and can see the network, but cannot access it with any device. PLEASE HELP!

    I have Comcast Internet and have it connected to a Motorla Surfboard modem and have that running directly to a 2TB Time Capsule. The TC is serving as our time machine as well as our wireless router. We lost power in a storm a week ago and can no longer connect to my wireless network I can see the network and sign into it via password, but cannot connect with any device(iMac, MacBook, iPhones, iPod touches, air tv, etc.). ALL of these devices worked gat before the power went out. I reset both modem and TC and still can't connect. I can connect to the Internet through Ethernet cord directly from the modems dn have confirmation(per Comcast service) that the Internet is working and we have a good connection.
    The TC is less than six months old so I'm not sure what is wrong. I have reset settings with TC to no avail. I have reset the TC SEVERAL times and have no idea what could be wrong and what is prohibiting me from connecting. Anyone that has ANY suggestions or ideas as to how to fix this, PLEASE HELP!!!  I'm going crazy using iPad 3G and not being able to connect to our wifi. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME AND I LOOK FORWARD TO GETTING BACK TO THE 21ST CENTURY! 

    Anyone have any ideas or information to help with this?  Any help and consideration is MUCH appreciated.

  • After binding my MAC with Lion OS I cannot log on to any network accounts

    I bound my Mac with OSX 7 to a Windows domain.
    When I restarted the unit I cannot log onto any domain accounts.
    I looked for the option to allow network users to log in via Login Ooptions but it is not there.

    Did not work.
    ◦general.useragent.override was the only one that had a "reset" option that wasn't greyed out.
    After following as much of the proceedure as I could the problem was still there.
    Of course, I never got an "incompatible browser" report. I got a missing USER AGENT report.

    was more interesting. I reset the about:config file.
    I then deleted my history and watched the useragent files in config RESET themselves to where they were before I reset them. I connected to a website successfully, then checked WHAT'S MY USER AGENT and it showed no User Agent again. I tried again to connect to the website and got the error.
    I returned to About:Config and again reset the general.useragent files. After a while they went back to their pre-reset state on their own. Something is resetting them.
    I disabled USERAGENTSWITCHER in FF (which had been installed in an attempt to deal with this problem) I rebooted FF and returned to About:Config where I realized any click after resetting the general.useragent list undid the reset exactly.
    I reset the About:Config and immediately closed FF. I then rebooted FF. It was as if I had never reset the general.useragent list.
    Something unknown is resetting the general.useragent to pre-reset conditions on my next action. I think the links SHOULD have worked except they are not, so the problem lies elsewhere
    The "default" user agent is correct....it just keeps disappearing.

  • I cannot import photos from any device to my iphoto program- the error message statesphotos cannot import because there was a problem downloading an image.  I cannot identify the image that is the problem.

    What version of iPhoto? Of the OS? what devices are you haveing problems with? can you download teh photos to a desktop folder using image capture (in your applications folder) and import from there - or open with priview from there?

  • Cannot access Mail on any device, rejects password

    Yesterday when I tried to access my Mail on my iPhone  I get an error saying it rejected the password. On iCloud I can log in with that password and acces everything but Mail, when I click on mail it says "Cannot Load Mail". On Mail on my Mac I get a dialog box asking me to Enter Password, it rejects it over and over. I haven't changed my password it's been the same for quite some time. I know it's correct.

  • I downloaded the latest version of Itunes and now half of my purchased songs lost there artwork and can't be transfered to any devices do to it saying the info cannot be found ! what do I do now ?

    Plug your iPod into your computer, it will begin to sync. Now check to see if the playlists have been added.
    If not, go to the songs tab under your iPod when it is connected to iTunes, Unless you have checked "Sync all songs (or something to those words)" you should have an option on what you can put on your iPod. Make sure to check the playlists that you want on your iPod.

  • Cannot log onto UME and Netweaver Admin pages

    Hello,
    From the main WAS page (http://<servername>:5000) I am trying to log onto the User Management page.  I cannot log on with ANY account regardless of whether an administrator or not.  I get no error message, the page refreshes.  The SAP Netweaver Administrator page has the same issue.
    If I log directly onto the SLD page no problem.  Also I can run Visual Administrator and maintain users and groups. 
    We are running WAS 6.40 with SP15 applied.  Please advise.

    You might have some sort of a popup blocker activated. From the main WAS page, the link to the User Management page opens in a new page. Try disabling the popup blocker or try going directly to:
    http://localhost:50000/useradmin
    I tried it on my installation which is also WAS 6.40 and SP15 and it works.

  • I cannot access itunes from any of my apple product, imac, iphone, mac book, ipad, or apple TV

    I cannot access iTunes from any device. It's telling me that itunes is temporally unavailable. It's not my connection, app, software, or device. I'm prett savvy with IT and it has to be on the other end. All of my devices didn't bite the dust at the same time. If they did S%&T!!

    You are right- they got to let us know that status or something. Here I am already to sit down and relax with a nice episode of Dexter and cannot access anything. it was fine this morning and now its annoying.

    I doubt very much that you are using WEP security on your network. This is long out of date and easily cracked.
    To check, hold down the option key on a Mac while you click on the fan shaped AirPort icon and look for the Security setting.  You will likely see WPA2 Personal.....or WPA/WPA2 Personal.
    This type of security will accept a standard password of 8+ characters.  A long code is not needed.
    Check the device that you are trying to connect to make sure that it is configured to use WPA2 Personal or WPA/WPA2  security. Then, your regular passord should work.
    If you still need the very long "key", you will need to let us know what operating system you are using on your Mac, so we can provide the correct instructions for the "key" to be revealed.

    In addition to that symptom, I discovered that even though I had closed all Adobe Reader sessions, the processes kept running and used up 90%+ of my CPU.

    Could be a third party app preventing you from being able to login.
    Mac App Store: Sign in sheet does not appear, or does not accept typed text
    If it's not a third party issue, follow the instructions here.
    Quit the MAS if it's open.
    Open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left then open the Library folder then the Caches folder.
    Move the com.apple.appstore and the com.apple.storeagent files from the Caches folder to the Trash
    From the same Library folder open the Preferences folder.
    Move these files Preferences folder to the Trash: com.apple.appstore.plist and com.apple.storeagent.plist
    Same Library folder open the Cookies folder. Move the com.apple.appstore.plist file from the Cookies folder to the Trash.
    Relaunch the MAS.

    As the last post suggests, call Apple and order a replacement original disc for about $17.  They will ask you the model and serial numbers.
    Your retail version of Snow Leopard OS 10.6.3 will not work on that Mac as it requires a minimum of OS X 10.6.7 to boot and operate.
    Another alternative is to again borrow another Mac to install your retail Snow Leopard into an external HD or partition, upgrade it to 10.6.8 and then clone it back to a partition on your MBP.

My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
    I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
    Any ideas ...Please!

    Thank you, this has resolved both the iphone and ipad problem immediately.  I am concerned that I may have a problem with apps that I bought under my old  AppleID as they will not be recognised.  Any suggestions for this please?
