Cannot log into FaceTime, iCloud, AppStore
I STILL cant log into MAS after the 10.6.8 update now on Lion 10.7.2 and now can't log into MAS, Facetime and iCloud.
Attached are screen shots of the errors.
All three problems are only on my MacBook, iMac and iPhone can login fine.
Apple customer support has been next to useless.
Tried all the network preferences deleting, no use.
Built in ethernet port is not working but i do have an Apple USB ethernet adapter.
This is now really annoying me, has been going on for ages and still no solution.
I would swear this has to be a simple p-list issue... But since we are getting desperate, might as well throw these three things at it.

All of a sudden I cannot log into my icloud account
All of a sudden I cannot log into my Icloud account. Not on my phone and not on a PC. I found a thread that said the first step was to try to sign in to the apple ID to make sure I had my credentials correct. I have done that, so I know I have the correct credentials. My phone has been connected continuously for some time now including this morning. But now I get a connection error. Both on my phone and on the PC.
Seems to be up and down at the moment. For the past hour or so I haven't been able to access via the web or from mail apps (phone, desktop, etc.). Some mail just came through on my phone but it now cannot connect again.

Just figured it out! Here it goes:
Click on where you find the little AirPort sign (on iMac it is on top right hand side next to the date and time).
Go down to: Open Network Preferences
Click on: Advanced
Then on DNS
Then click on the + sign and put the following numbers: 8.8.8.8
click again on the + sign and put: 8.8.4.4

and my apple id on my lap top is: different (not my email address)
I cannot log into my iphone icloud account on my iphone, it says I have an incorrect user/password but I have no problem logging into my icloud account on my laptop.

ArleenIn order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")

I have an original @mac.com email address and also use my address at [email protected]
I have no issues logging into iCloud account from my MacBook or accessing my account from my iPhone.
But anytime I try to log into the iCloud website from my work PC laptop, it tells me my Apple ID or password are incorrect. I try logging in with both address endings, @mac and @me and nothing.

You need to go to apple id site and change it back, without verifying for just as long as it takes to delete icloud account on your phone. Once deleted - change it back and verify.

Tried to log into my FaceTime account, but keep on getting "password incorrect" message. Restarted iPad as suggested by posted comments but still no positive result. Tried alternative email accounts such as @me.com but also no positive result. Please help.
Well after two attempts at trying to repair Facetime and iMessage by restoring my iPad, I am still left with the same outcome, no Facetime or iMessage. What I think has happened is when I first set up my iPad I used a different password, now that i have changed my password and cannot remember the old one I cannot access eitehr application. Whast strange is that you would think that when changing my password it would change the password on all devices when doing the synch from iTunes. For some reason this has not happened and the old password is still intact in Facetime and iMessage. I even tried backing up twice, the first time from iCloud and secondly from my Mac but even this has not resolved the problem. I also set up my iPad as a "new" iPad and this also had no impact. still struggling to resolve this, would appreciate help if anyone out there has a solution or something else I can try. i have run out of ideas.

I have not been able to log into icloud from my Windows PC. I keep getting I can't sign in because of server error. I have deleted and re-installed icloud, still nothing. This all happened because I realized my photostream wasn't working. Any help would be great!!!!!

At one point I had set up my itunes and icloud with an old email address. I have since shanged that to a new email. iTunes works fine and I can log into my new iCloud on my PC but my phone will not allow me to delete the old iCloud email without the password. I select to reset the password but the system will not accept my birthdate or security questions. All happening after i did the iOS 7 update. Any thoughts? Thank you!
1) Did you change that old email address to your current email address to be your current Apple ID? If so, try to enter your current password for your current Apple ID/iCloud account. If it doesn't work, try #2.
2) If you don't have access to your old email account. Same process, go to https://appleid.apple.com and sign in your current iCloud/Apple ID then edit it to your old email address then Save the changes. DON'T sign out yet. Go back to your iOS device then delete your iCloud account. Once deleted, go back to the Apple ID website and rename it back to your current email address. You have to verify it this time and you will be able to since you have access to that email address.
3) If your answer to #1 is NO, contact Apple Support (Account Security Team) to help you reset its password but you need to have another email address available which is not yet an Apple ID to send the password reset email.

All facetime things are checked in the settings area tooTry turning FaceTime off and on in Settings. As for SnapChat, try reinstalling the app or perhaps waiting for the next update on the App Store. I'm not familiar with SnapChat, so that's all I can really give you for the second app.

Ipad 2, has internet but wont download apps
Just purchased an Ipad 2 16GB WI-Fi Safari and maps etc all work fine and at speed but i cannot downlaod any apps or media from itunes store or app store. I have done a soft reset, reset the router etc but am now lost Any advice anyone as this hasnt
