Cannot Make Outgoing Calls

I have an iPhone 6 - 64 GB and am using iOS 8.2.
I can receive incoming phone calls, receive and send iMessages and text message, and all connectivity to wi-fi and LTE seems to be working properly.
However, I am unable to make an outgoing call. I hear three beeps and it hangs up. I have tried with wi-fi on and off.
Any thoughts?

I found a solution to the problem for now.
Go to Cellular Data > Enable LTE > Change from "Voice and Data" to "Data Only"
I have LTE for Data purposes, but 4G for calling purposes.

IPhone 6 Plus cannot make outgoing calls and cannot send text messages

I haven't been able to make outgoing calls and outgoing messages through my iPhone6+ since yesterday.
I have done research and have tried suggestions like turning the phone into airplane mode, turning off the iPhone, re-setting the network settings, erased all the content of my iPhone and restored backup, erased all contents and used as new phone but I still cannot make outgoing calls nor can I send test messages. At first I thought I did not have sufficient money on my sim card however when I tried my simcard on another iPhone, it worked perfectly. I also tried another simcard on my iPhone, but it still can't make a call. I have never had this problem since I got my new iPhone6+ last December. This is the first time I've had a problem like this with an iPhone and I've been using the iPhone since iPhone 4s,iPhone 5 and iPhone 5S. Could there be something wrong with the unit that I have? Is there any other troubleshooting I could do?

If you restored the device as new and it did not work, then I suggest you contact your carrier. The function of phone calls and SMS messages is a carrier function. They would need to test your account. Your only other option would be to make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the device examined.
Can you receive a call and/or message? If so, then I would suspect the SIM and the carrier.

I need help i don't know what happened about apple since i've installed ios 4.0.1 in my 3gs iphone it reboots when i'm calling, i hear metallic sounds, i lose signal sometimes and now i cannot make outgoing calls it's crazy.

My default printer was "Epson Stylus Photo R1900 Series" as usual. There were two or three printer icons with XPS in their names. I deleted all with XPS in their name. The printing began working immediately! THANK YOU.

Please collect below debugs from uc500 and attach it here.
Router(config)# logging buffer 5000000
Router#debug voip ccapi inout
Router#debug vpm signal
Router#debug voip vtsp default
Router#debug voip vtsp session
Router#Clear log
Now make one test outgoing call and re-create the issue.
Router# undebug all --->turn off debugs
Router# show log----->collect the entire output of this and attach it here
Mention calling and called numbers.

I cannot make outgoing calls after update to iOS7.1

since i updated my iphone4s i have been having problems making outgoing calls... cannot send sms either.. got a call and thats about it since the update.. pls i need help with this.. i have tried the *#31# that did not work, switched off the wifi and all, nothing worked.. tnx in advance

... sounds very much like " cellular signal dead spot " OR "radio frequency interference"
Test this by noting exactly where in your house that this takes place and also where it does NOT. Repeat until you have a "Map" of the good and bad spots.
You cannot do much about the cellular signal but may be able to troubleshoot the interference problem. This document talks about Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but the "Sources" might also apply to your cellular signal problem - radio waves are radio waves.

I cannot make out oging call on my iphone 5. it says call failed.

Go into Settings>Phone>make sure your number is set in My Number.

Why can't I make outgoing calls, but I can receive incoming calls? I'm also able to send/receive text messages.

My Samsung galaxy 5 will not make outgoing calls

When ever i try to call somebody on my Samsung galaxy s5 the call will come up with a dialogue that says "Please re-enter the 10 digit telephone number you are calling, do not press send, *67, or *82 cannot be used on this call to block or unblock caller id". This is very annoying when i try to call people, like calling in sick to work or some stupid things like that. It will still ring and the call will just be fine if somebody else calls me but i just cannot make outgoing calls. I have tried to restore my phone multiple times and still no fix. If anybody knows how to fix this please let me know SOON!

Now, coming to the point of performing a factory reset. Yes, I performed the factory reset and yes, it has been determined to be a hardware problem. However, my point is that how does a customer suddenly go from paying full price for a brand new (and expensive) phone to a second-hand, 'like new' phone, which has a market value of half of the original brand new version? It just means that I ended up paying top dollar for a brand new phone and instead now have to live with a second-hand phone, which is completely unfair. And, it is unfair because Verizon is not reducing my monthly Edge payments, which are currently aimed to cover the full price of the brand new phone Galaxy s5. So, if you want to be fair, give me the second-hand 'like new' phone, but then also reduce my monthly Edge payment to reflect the market price of a second-hand phone. There aren't any supported carriers in Pakistan. Apple hasn't released the iPhone there. The OP is using a grey-market iPhone and hence is pretty much on his/her own as regards getting this phone working with the carrier, unless that carrier can help.

Cannot make outgoing or receive incoming calls

On an iPhone 4 not a 4S, it was updated to 7.1.1 and now it will not make outgoing calls or receive incoming calls. If it is put in airplane mode it works once or twice then it stops. I wiped the phone completely, did not restore from a backup and it made a few calls then the next day it would not work again. What is going on?

I've had the same problem with the iPhone 4 that I gave my daughter. 2 weeks of restoring and turn stuff on and off. In options the "Carrier" kept disappearing and I was told to restore....... You may laugh, but after trying every possible option on the Net, I did a last ditch attempt of my own. WD40 sprayed onto the SIM (not too much!) and inserted before it dries out worked a treat! No problems since. Permanent signal, and no " Can't recieve or make calls........"
Must've been corrosion or dust on the SIM contacts in the phone confusing the hardware.

I cannot make outgoing cell calls because Skype takes over. How to fix?

I have an Android Samsung run 2.3. Whenever I try to make an outgoing call on my cell phone, it brings up skype and says that I don't have enough money to make a call. Constant Buzzing and Can't make outgoing calls

For the past month or so, our phone line has had a constant buzzing. Now, we cannot even get a dialtone to make outgoing calls. We do receive calls, but it doesn't do us much good since the buzzing prevents us from talking to anyone anyway.

I am having the same exact complaint, "Constant Buzzing on line, and inbound or outbound conversation cannot be performed". I am in southern New Jersey just outside of Philly, and this problem was first recognized approximately September 19th. I went out of town and felt that the problem would be remedied by my return. On September 24th the same problem was still present on the line. I used to be a Computer Network Engineer years ago and have a telephone handheld "butt set" (handheld phone that the phone techs use to connect directly to the wires. I disconnected all of my premise equipment and connected to only the line coming in from the pole, and the problem still persists which rules out any "interior" equipment malfunction.
Original service appointment was scheduled for Thursday September 29 between 8AM and Noon, however when Thursday arrived, I noticed on the internet that my expected service visit time had been moved back (without any heads-up) to Friday September 30 between 8AM and Noon. Friday 12 Noon comes and goes with no results yet, and upon looking at the internet again I noticed that the expected service visit time had been moved back once again to Friday September 30 at 8 PM.
Very poor repair service for a "phone not usable" condition.

First of all I cannot see the D-Channel of your E1 created (Interface Serial 0/1/0:15).
NB: Make sure you have enough DSPs for the E1 channels to be created automatically when you setup the controller E1 0/1/0
I presume the following is the Dial-peer that you were hoping to use for outgoing calls:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
answer-address 701
destination-pattern .T
forward-digits all
1. This can ONLY work if the calling number is from extension 701 (answer-address 701)
2. You need to assign the D-Channel on your dial-peer because as it is there is no way it will know where to go:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
destination-pattern .T
forward-digits all
port 0/1/0 <--- Your E1 interface
Also, the following is the minimum config for the virtual E1 interface:
Interface Serial 0/1/0:15
isdn incoming-voice voice
