Cannot make the attribute time-independent again

On my development system I've got an infoobject with an attribute. This attribute was set to time-dependent for testing purposes. Buth the infoobject and the attribute are active. Now I'd like to revert that change and make it time-independent again. It won't let me do it until I delete the data from the infoobject. From RSA1 I tried "delete master data - with SIDs" on this infoobject but it returns a message "Status of InfoObject YKEY_LO is inconsistent". I performed all the RSRV tests on this infoobject and the result is always green.
For testing purposes the attribute was added to the infocube already containing the data but nothing was loaded into the attribute itself afterwards - does this matter?
Please advise as I'm a bit stuck.

Delete cube's data with dimension. Delete Master Data with SIDs
Check Q and Y table . Should be empty.
Do the changes in Time Dependent part

While the action you describe is not normal for the iPhone, is this the only time that it has occurred or has it happened again? There are the normal user trobleshooting procedures that you can follow, power off/on, reset, restore, however, if it has not happened again, it sounds like an isolated incident that has not been duplicated.
Also, do you have a passcode lock on the phone to prevent others from accessing your data?

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Sounds as though your internet (like mine( is not fast enough for instant playback.
AppleTV need to buffer the video if internet speeds are below:
8 Mbps for 1080p
6 Mbps for 720p
2.5 Mbps for SD

To put your iPhone back in jail do a restore.
This will put iPhone back into factory condition and you can get your updates (assuming you want the updates).

That's usually because a) you do not have a SIM card in the phone, or b) the phone was hacked to unlock it.
