Cannot modify contact

Folks
There is something quite strange with my Outlook 2012 installation. This behavior only happens on one of my computers
When I go People and double click on a contact or right click-> Edit contact, I don't see the actual number and cannot edit anything in the contact section. If I click on the notes section, I can do edits. Attached a screenshot for all to see
Is there a solution?

Does this issue happen to all contacts or a certain one?
If we change the view to Business Card or other view, can you then see the contact details and edit the contact?
In addition, please also try to start Outlook in safe mode and test the issue again. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type
outlook /safe and press Enter.
Also try to run a repair or your Outlook Data file to check if it helps. For your reference:

Cannot modify or add contacts

After installing ios4.3.3, cannot modify any contact for ical or mail services ! Is there a special tip ?

I have had zero problems with Mail in Snow Leopard - it's been rock solid and very reliable for me.
I sort of cured the AddressBook problem but I have no idea why it works and I am not happy with my fix. What I did was deleted the contents of ~/Application Support/AddressBook and ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.AddressBook and ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.addressbook.plist. I then rebooted and opened up AddressBook. The database was empty except for Apple and my own card which OSX creates by default. I then attempted to create a new contact and all of my old contacts magically appeared! I then deleted the new test contact and edited the contact I was originally trying to add a phone number to. I then quit address book and re-launched it and the new phone number was still there! I checked console.log and there were no errors reported this time (previously I was getting lots of error messages each time I quit and re-launched AddressBook.
I have no idea where those contacts came from since I cleared out the entire database and the cache, but whatever happened, it seems to work now.

AddressBook 6.1 don't modify contacts

I've upgrade from Snow Leopard to Lion and installed all Apple Software Upgrades and I've see this bug: in AddressBook "Modify" key is disappeared and the menu "Modify card" is deactivated (grey), therefore I cannot modify any contact.
Solutions?

Also, if you are using iCloud or another type of network contact source, there might be a Sources folder. Inside that may be a folder for each network account. They will also have the addressbook-v22.abcddb index in them. You may not need to remove those, but if the main one doesn't reset everything, give those a toss, too.

Cannot Modify Header Information Errors

Hello all,
I am working on building an members only area to my website, and have used the "turorial" provided in dreamweaver help. After creating the pages though I am encountering erros which I believe have to do with the redirecting.
On my registration page (www.hondovfd.org/newsite/register.php) I am getting the error:
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent in /var/home/hondovfd/hondovfd.org/www/newsite/register.php on line 50
The registration goes through, as I can see it in my database, but the error prevents anything further.
On my login page (www.hondovfd.org/newsite/login.php) I immediatly get these two errors when loading the page:

If you would like to try and diagnose the username/password I have been using is"test" for both fields.
Anyone have any ideas why this is occuring?

I keep receiving an error message after my form is sent (the form still send the information I need just wont re-direct to the next page)

Apple ID issue - Cannot modify a standard question

I cannot order books/prints from iPhoto as I have been unable to set up my Apple ID account in iPhoto. I have tracked the problem down to the fact that I am unable to update my profile password question/answer. I have tried to do this via myinfo.apple.com and the apple store account settings, and I get the following error:
Cannot modify a standard question
Earlier this year, this message was accompanied by the error number -20148.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I have spent over 10 hours on the phone with Apple Care and they have been unable (unwilling) to help fix this problem (which seems to be that the Apple ID database is corrupt).
Also, has anyone else experienced being brushed off by Apple Care with a problem they were unable to solve?

If all else fails can you just create a new account? You may be thwarted by your email address however as that's usually part of the account info that Apple looks at for duplication. it's worth a try however. If you have a .Mac account you could create an alias email name and use it.

You could try again later but usually, that message means that the server detected a jailbroken device. Has your iPad been hacked or jailbroken? Or, has your computer been used with a hacked or jailbroken device?

ORA-01776: cannot modify more than one base table through a join view

I have created EO based on a database view than consists of two tables, and only one is updateable.
When I try to update a row using EO, I got a following message: "ORA-01776-cannot modify more than one base table through a join view"
In Forms, this issue is resolved by setting "Query Only" property of non-updateable items to "True".
Is it possible to do something like that in ADF BC?

When I set "updateable" property to "Never", that attribute is protected from any change.
I'm sorry for incomplete usecase.
I have set up a list of value on that attribute, because it is a lookup field for another table and I need to get an ID from that table.
Basically, I need that attribute to be updateble for BC, but not for database.

hi guys, my current problem is that i have a datablock based on a view, now all the fields bar 1 are updateable, but this one field that is obtained through a join is displayed, the user can enter data in this field which then pupulates other fields which are required, but this specific field should not be updated. Is there an option to state this as i keep getting the error:
cannot modify more than one base table through a join view
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

ORA-00604 & ORA-30512 CANNOT MODIFY TABLE MORE THAN ONCE IN A TRANSACTION

We have a requirement where two tables should be in sync at any given point
in time with respect to the structure of the tables.
Any change on table/column via ALTER (MODIFY, ADD, RENAME COLUMN, DROP
COLUMN) on the parent table should be replicated to the replica table.
I created a DDL_TRIGGER on the schema and the desired result is achieved but
for the following one scenario for which its failing.
The issue is, if we try to reduce the width of the column (via ALTER ..
MODIFY) it fails with the following error
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-30512: cannot modify DEVTESTF_OIM.REPLICA_ABC more than once in a
transaction
Please follow the steps to reproduce the issue (the issue is across the DB

It looks like a bug to me. The failing statement from the SQL trace is

Error: "FT DeepDark 11.3.1 could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file." What does this mean?

In an earlier version (Firefox v.31) on this, and (presently) on two other PC's, I was/am able to run add-on FT DeepDark 11.3.1 without any problems. It was only recently - after updating to v.32.0.3 on this PC that this situation started. The PC in question is a Dell Dimension 8400 Intel P4 running Windows 7, though I'm thinking it may have something to do with the newer version of Firefox. Could anyone help me with this? I like this add-on because it is easier in my eyes when browsing the internet. Thanks
PS: Attempted to install the troubleshooter, and again I received a similar error: "Troubleshooter could not be installed because Firefox cannot modify the needed file."

Please read that bug I linked you to and let me know if the last comment in the bug solves your problem. Apparently the problem is about the addon .xpi file being read-only. Try right-clicking it, going to Properties and unchecking the "Read-only" attribute box at the bottom of the dialog. Click Apply, then OK.

Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network

My wireless printing chooses when it wants to work, and right now it's really acting up. It is connected wirelessly, it is the default printer, but after troubleshooting it is telling me "Printer HP Envy 4500 Series cannot be contacted over the network." What can I do to get printing again?

I see that you are having an issue with the printer not connecting with a wireless connection.
Please click on the following link that deals with when the 'Printer is offline' Message Displays on the Computer and the Printer Does Not Print: Windows 7.
Please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. There is no such thing as a "Factory Unlocked iPhone "
They are either locked to a carrier who may at some stage offer unlocking
or sold direct to a user by Apple (from their own Stores or online .)
Those iPhones are NOT locked

HT204150 Cannot save contacts with no name in iCloud in Outlook.

I cannot save contacts with no name in iCloud in Outlook. The error messages are generic. This is an issue, since most companies do not have a dedicated name to go to. iCloud was always bad with contacts with no name. The issue has gotten worse. Also, this is a defect, since before you could do this, and now you can do this in iPhone and web iCloud. This is one of many issues introduced by iCloud 3.

I now find these USA type errors are only on the Address Book that comes up on my iMac when I go to iCloud.com possibly because the iMac does not support iCloud

That is usually caused by Firefox not unpacking the extension.
You can try to set the Boolean pref <b>extensions.alwaysUnpack</b> to <i>true</i> on the <b>about:config</b> page.
To open the <i>about:config</i> page, type <b>about:config</b> in the location (address) bar and press the "<i>Enter</i>" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website.<br />
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page.<br />
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold (user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default via the right-click context menu if they are user set
