i have 150$ in my account and there is no serivce in my account but when am going to create any service it display this error:

I'm trying to create a new MVC website with azure cloud server. However, when creating my project/solution in visual studio I get the following error.

During the day I created several MVC projects, as a learning exercise, and it worked fine. Now it's failing every time I create a new MVC website with Azure.
Every time I created a website, I have always deleted any generated Azure sites and databases via the management portal. Currently I have no websites in Azure. Thus I don't see how I've reached a quota,
Any ideas what might be going wrong?
My subscription is pay as you go.

Hi,
It might be due to various other resources (sql DB, application insight, etc) that you may have created while deploying earlier websites, and filled up your Quota. Due to which, creating new resources would exceed the quota limit.
Check for the unused resources and clear them. It may clear the error and allow you to create new websites.
Otherwise, It should be an Account related issue than Technical issue. I suggest you contact Azure support, it is a best choice for you, Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at

TS1347 I have been using Outlook for years...so an account has been set up...but I still cannot move events created on my iphone to outlook...events created on outlook do go to the iphone.

I recently purchased an iphone and am trying to get the phone to sync with Outlook. I have been using Outlook for years, my last phone was a palm and I had hard sync capability. Trying to use Wi-Fi, and have also tried hard wired...when I create an event on my phone it will not show up in Outlook. If I create an event in Outlook it will show up on the phone. Any ideas on how to make this work? The help line says I need to set up Outlook...and to run the Wizard...but that has been done.

Photos are dark and cannot be used in slideshow mode. Also cannot move photos in a sequence. Also photos will not move from grid to add to another collection.

Lightroom 4, photos are dark when in slideshow mode. Therefore, cannot create a slideshow. Cannot move photos from grid to add to another collection. Also cannot change sequence of photos. Have searched multiple times for troubleshooting help online with no resolution available.

Just to clarify my problem with the "dark photos"....when in slideshow mode, photos are dark and state "no photo selected" I've created multiple slideshows and this was never an issue. Just downloaded updates as well for Lightroom 4 and this didn't seem to help either.

Cannot access created sharepoint site other than server machine

I have installed SP2013 in windowsserver2008, i have chosen standalone server while configuring the server. I have created a toplevel
site using Central Admin with Admin permissions. I opened the newly created site in the browser successfully. But i cannot connect this site from another machine using browser, i can able to open the site in the same installed server not in another machine
using a browser. Can you please suggest me how can i share the created site to users to get work around.

This sounds like a networking/dns issue and nothing related to SharePoint. Once your networking is setup correctly, you should be able to access the farm with the url http://{Server Name}/. But there has to be a dns entry for [Server Name] on your
domain controller that points to the ip address of your SharePoint server and the SharePoint Server has to be reachable over the network on port 80.

iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Creating atomic subscription in Sybase Replication Server

I am trying to create atomic subscription in sybase repserver where my primary database is ORACLE and target database is Sybase ASE. For non materialization the subscription is created but for atomic subscription its not creating.
Do I need to have any pre-requisites for that?????

Itunes cannot move in the main menu. I just went to 10.5.142 and now in the main menu on Itunes it will not allow me to go into any playlist. I get a circle with a red x when I double click on a particular playlist and it will not go????

Upgraded to Firefox 5.0.1 yesterday. No, after logging on to firefox, which takes me to my comcast page and when I try to get
my e-mail I get this message "your browser sent a request this server could not understand. Size of request header field exceeds server limit" Then it says something about "cookies" I also tried to connect to other sites and get similar messages. Just to let you know I am not a guru, and 80 years old, but I did not have this problem with the previous version. Question, why are the headers repeated? Could that be the problem???

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies.
Clear the cache and the cookies from sites (e.g. comcast) that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

We have scenario to create a durable subscription for an MDB. Here application in weblogic is a subscriber to a Topic present on the Progress Sonic. For integrating to independent platforms we are using Foreign Server mechanism under JMS Modules.
For creating durable subscription, we have changed the MDB code . Below is the MDB code,

Weblogic is automatically creating a unique id based on the combination of Adminserver/Managedserver/Projectname etc.
However the id created by weblogic seems to have a dot(.) which as per Sonic spec is an invalid character.
eg:- DurableTest_test_domain_AdminServer_CLEARCF.jarTestMDB
Hence we changed the parameter to false and provided our own value.

At this point of time we were able to see that MDB have created a Durable subscription successfully and it worked as expected.
However when we tried to scale this change to multiple managed servers, there were errors thrown from sonic side.
javax.jms.JMSException: [129] progress.message.client.EUserAlreadyConnected: Administrator/$DURABLE$DurableTest$DurableTest
So we cannot have same clientid for multiple clients(managed server). We arent sure how to proceed with this.
We need to find a way to remove the dot from the dynamic id weblogic creates.
Any help on this is highly appreciated.

We have found the solution to this problem and thanks for your suggestion that has partially helped us in solving the problem.
As you have suggested we have defined client-id on the connection factory however we will be having only connection factory instead of multiple with different client-ID's.
Along with the client-id configured at the connection factory level we are now setting the attributes generate-unique-client-id as true at the weblogic end.
By doing this way, I assume that weblogic while making the durable subscription connection is passing the uniquely generated client ID (which has dots '.' included in it ) as subscription name and client-id will be same, that is defined on the connection factory.
A question may arise that - 'why is sonic accepting subscription name with dots but not the client-id ?' - When observed from the sonic end the dots in the subscription name are replaced by '@@@' .
Sonic need to answer the question of why the dots are being replaced for subscription name but not for client-id.

Migrating Reporting Services to new Server - Subscriptions are not transfering

I have an instance of SQL Server 2008R2 running on Windows Server 2008. It is setup to be a reporting server. There are many subscriptions that are scheduled and run on this server. We are wanting to move to Windows Server 2012 and SQL Server
2012. So, we have built out a new VM and I have exported from the current server the ReportServer and ReportServerTempDB and have imported them to the new server. I have resolved the one Orphaned user that happened and went to look for the subscriptions
so that I could disable them so they wouldn't run. I could not find any.
select * from msdb.dbo.sysjobs where enabled = 1 and category_id = 100.
no rows...
I had read from other posts to let it sit for a few days and they will appear. I have waited 2 weeks.
So, what am I missing? I would prefer to do a clean install and migrate the data over rather than upgrading the OS and SQL.

Per my undersranding that you can't find any informamation related to the subscription in the sydjobs table after migration, right?
You issue can be caused by many factors.Please check details information below:
Please check if you can see all the subscription in the report manager and can create new subscriptions. The ReportServer database used by SSRS to store the subscriptions maintains a record of the subscription owner (as well as audit fields) which track
the user accounts that have created/modified the subscriptions.
If you can't see subscription on the report manager and can create new subscriptions, the issue can be caused by "My subscriptions" had been created on the original non-domain server(Local User account). Therefore, once the instance was migrated
to a new server on the domain, said Local User was no longer available. Every user with access to the ReportServer database has an entry created in the Users table and a unique GUID generated.
To work around the issue, you can do a SQL Update query to changed the OwnerID and ModifiedByID fields on the Subscriptions table to relate to the GUID of the equivalent user on the domain.Tip:
Change the Owner of SQL Reporting Services Subscription
If you can see all the subsription on the report manager but can't find any job, please try to edit and update the subscription to see if it will recreate the job again and please also try to provide more details information in the log file to see if you
got some error message, the path like:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS11.SQLEXPRESS\Reporting Services\LogFiles
