Cannot observe Vidoes on Al Jazeera English But every other site BBC You Tube and CBC

Can Not Get Video and Live News From Al Jazeera
                I can get Video from You Tube , BBC , CBC and other sources But when trying to get the Live News or Programs on Al Jazeera I get a Blank Screen   There are still pictures and text even You Tube Video off the Al Jazeera site is available ??? I've tried to get vidoe with my smart Nexus 4 phone using the Same Internet Connection it works Fine running CHROME ? I've reset my Adobe flash , read and other Adobe programs After Flushing them clean from My Even Run all the available Windows FIX TOOLS and going to the HP site for help. I've also restarted the Computer after down loading and scrubbing the programs . I'm Running Vista on a HP Decktop And have had NO problem getting Video from Al Jazeera in the Past rickswan_69

Thank You for the suggestion this one was tried . But my Explorer will not let me alter the Check Mark in the Box It just highlights the Text In th Use Software instead of the GPU Line ?
I did this and shut down and resarted the Explorer and had no luck
Whats funny about this is that for a Lark I Tried Al Jazeera America Rather then Al Jazeera English And Had NO problem with Vidoes from this Site But the content is not as extensive and as easy to use as the English Sight
Also I cleaned out all the Adobe sites on my computer and restarted the Computer emptying the Trash and swept the history and temprary files from the Internet Then Reloaded the Latest versions from the adobe sight
And conducted several Virus scans

This sounds like an issue with the content provider. As other videos work, it sounds like your Flash Player installation is behaving normally. I would recommend that you reach out the content provider for support, and/or wait a day or two for them to discover and remedy the issue.

This may sound stupid, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Is it possible, that if I have enough junk on my desktop it might disrupt the signal? It seems odd, but it kind of looks like my signal is strong and relatively steady now that I've cleaned my desktop. I do tend to get very cluttered. I use a lot of reference images and save text clippings to use later... it just piles up very quickly.
So, I wonder if all that extra effort my system has to do keeping up with the junk might have something to do with the drop outs?

How did you delete the Note? If you did a "select all" and "cut", open the Note and shake your iPhone to undo the cut action.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
If the issue persists, take the device to Apple for evaluation.

‘iPad is disabled’ fix without resetting using iTunes
Today I met my match with an iPad that had a passcode entered too many times, resulting in it displaying the message ‘iPad is disabled – Connect to iTunes’. This was a student iPad and since they use Notability for most of their work there was a chance that her files were not all backed up to the cloud. I really wanted to just re-activate the iPad instead of totally resetting it back to our default image.
I reached out to my PLN on Twitter and had some help from a few people through retweets and a couple of clarification tweets. I love that so many are willing to help out so quickly. Through this I also learned that I look like Lt. Riker from Star Trek (thanks @FillineMachine).
Through some trial and error (and a little sheer luck), I was able to reactivate the iPad without loosing any data. Note, this will only work on the computer it last synced with. Here’s how:
1. Configurator is useless in reactivating a locked iPad. You will only be able to completely reformat the iPad using Configurator. If that’s ok with you, go for it – otherwise don’t waste your time trying to figure it out.
2. Open iTunes with the iPad disconnected.
3. Connect the iPad to the computer and wait for it to show up in the devices section in iTunes.
4. Click on the iPad name when it appears and you will be given the option to restore a backup or setup as a new iPad (since it is locked).
5. Click ‘Setup as new iPad’ and then click restore.
6. The iPad will start backing up before it does the full restore and sync. CANCEL THE BACKUP IMMEDIATELY. You do this by clicking the small x in the status window in iTunes.
7. When the backup cancels, it immediately starts syncing – cancel this as well using the same small x in the iTunes status window.
8. The first stage in the restore process unlocks the iPad, you are basically just canceling out the restore process as soon as it reactivates the iPad.
If done correctly, you will experience no data loss and the result will be a reactivated iPad. I have now tried this with about 5 iPads that were locked identically by students and each time it worked like a charm.

Screen Sharing won't work, but every other VNC client will

I have been trying to resolve this for months, and nothing has worked so far. I can connect to my Mac Mini Server (Snow Leopard Server) from LogMeIn, from Chicken of the VNC, from JollyFastVNC, and from VNC clients on my iPad and iPhone. However, I cannot connect using OSX's own Screen Sharing service. I'm really frustrated, and I've posted here before without any sort of help. Is there ANYONE that can solve this problem for me?

To restate your issues and your question and your concern, you're frustrated, you're using a WiFi connection, you're not attempting remote access, it's not working for some protocols, and you're receiving unspecified error message(s).
Start by posting the diagnostics and messages received when this "doesn't work".
Then reconfigure the network, and (for testing) specifically move the screen sharing client box onto (and add one if needed) the same network switch as the server. Remove the WiFi device (a router) from the network connection. (Unmanaged gigabit network switches are cheap, too.)
In addition to and in parallel with reconfiguring the network (for testing), also confirm that all of the network port connections on the WiFi are established on the correct physical ports, if you're using that device as a network gateway and NAT device in addition to using it as a router.
Also ensure the firmware on the WiFi device is current.
Drop the firewall on the client.
Given you're probably on a NAT-based network and (guessing) using the WiFi device is configured as a gateway, post up some DNS or mDNS information, and a forward and reverse dig of the IP address. (I haven't seen issues such as this with local screen sharing via the Apple tools, but other Apple tools are known to be sensitive to incorrect DNS configurations.) From the same client you're attempting the screen-sharing:
dig -x your.target.ip.address.

Message app not loading but every other bridge app works fine

i have a Torch 9800 (up to date) and a Playbook (up to date). All my bridge apps work except for messages, which is probably the most important app. When i launch the messages app it just showing the loading circle hour glass thing and never actually displays my messages. New emails come in and i can open them but none of my previous emails appear and the loading circle hour glass thing keeps going. I've tried reinstalling bridge and i've tried pairing the device again over bluetooth, any other ideas? I know i could just factory reset the playbook but i'll loose all my data.

I can't access google in any browser ( Chrome, Explorer,Firefox). It just does not load. But i don't have any problem with any other sites. Actually i could even access google just yesterday.
I've tried deleting the cookies, installing anti-malware softwares, i cleared the cache, i cleared all the history etc... I basically tried everything that was proposed on previous questions but nothing helps.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help.

Itunes 10.5 wont launch but every other version will

As in the title, wanting to update to ios5 needs itunes 10.5 but once installed it wont launch. Its not in the processes, and so far every other trick in the book suggested on the internet (clean uninstall/reinstall, deleting the preferences file i forget the name of, cleaning out the temp folder) nor do i have a virus/malware and have tried with every type of anti-malware uninstalled so there could be no problem and finally ive tried the whole msconfig start-up lark to no joy. Quick time works fine as well.
But its not a case of itunes wont work full stop, any version before works perfectly fine without any glitches.
Any ideas at all?

Firefox is slower than internet explore 8. I delete all when I close FireFox. I think I want to do is clear all cookies except some sites. Example USAIR is a trusted site it takes a long time to load. If I go into internet explorer clean out temporary internet file Internet explorer take time to load. How do you clean out everything except some select sites?

I am not sure what you ask is possible.
There is a default smart search for 'Most Visited' but I would think if you delete your 'History' you will not have History entries showing up in the location bar.
You can keep your History but prevent it displaying in the dropdown list of the location bar, but that is the opposite of what you are asking about.

The problem is that all of a sudden, I cannot load and see videos from youtube and some other sites.
When I ask to see something from youtube for example, the appropriate page opens, and in the place that the video was supposed to be loaded, I see a black screen and nothing happens.
I scanned the computer and found nothing.
I uninstalled firefox and installed it again.
The problem stays.
I browsed using CHROME and I have no problem. i can see everything perfectly.

Installing the Perian codec component package will normally allow FLV file containers to be played in QT players. However, it might be more helpful here if you could provide a specific YouTube URL (and resolution if applicable) of interest to check out. While I previously indicated content was typically converted to FLV, MP4 files may also be used and content may compressed as H.264/AAC in either container which, of course, should already be QT compatible without additional support.

That depends. If the file you are interested in is available in multiple resolutions, then downloading the highest available resolution would provide the best starting point for iMovie editing. If compressed content is already in an iMovie compatible compression format, then it might be possible to copy the content to an iMovie compatible file container (if not already in one) and thus avoid transcoding the data before import to iMovie. However, you still have the potential for some visual quality loss after editing when you export the finished project from iMovie.

Mail can't connect to servers, but every other program can

I've seen a lot of posts about problems with Mail where the Connection Doctor says there is a connection to the server. I suddenly can't connect to any of the servers that download to Mail (so it is unlikely that I went in and changed all of the settings), but I can connect to the internet with every other program, and can check my .mac mail online.
The problem started WHILE Mail was open. I checked mail at 8.30 and it was fine; at 9.00 I was no longer able to send or receive mail.
