Cannot open attachment on onenote posted on Sharepoint

Dear All.
I've created OneNote with some PDF, Excel files attached.
The problem is user can't open the attachment by double click or cant even see those attached file in SharePoint.
Is there a way to let them open it with double click in SharePoint web browser itself?

I suggest checking the status of the HealthMailbox on each of servers.
Also try to re-create the mailbox. You can safely delete and recreate health mailboxes.
Be aware that any local Managed Availability probes that are using the these mailboxes will fail until the Microsoft Exchange Health Manager is restarted. Once that service is restarted, it will recreate any mailboxes that it needs.

Did you try downloading the attachment separately and then opening it in Adobe Reader ? What exact issue are you facing ?

I'm getting the error "Cannot open attachment because your computer is low on resources." when trying to open an attachment from OWA 2010 in Internet explorer (all versions). My computers is Windows 7 x64.
I've tried the regsvr32 fix for the ieproxy.dll and jsproxy.dll (jsproxy.dll is not there, but i hear this happens and is normal for some people) to no success.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

User cannot open attachment from infopath form in Sp2013

Hi,
We are having an issue where we can open infopath form sharepoint library and also see the attachment icon in the form but clicking on this attachment does not work i meant not able to open that attachment.

Hi srabon,
I may not make myself clear. After you opened a new SharePoint Form Library in InfoPath, then in the Controls ribbon, expand it and add the File Attachment in Objects section.
Now the form only contains file attachment control, we could use it to test if attachment control works in your SharePoint site. Then save the form and publish it with creating a new form library. Here is the shot cut:
And could you see the small clip as command menu button hanging alongside the attachment? Could you double-click the attachment and download the attachment?

Cannot open file in Onenote client from within OneNote Web App

I am facing a peculiar problem with One note.
Environment: - SP2013 Enterprise with separate Office Web Apps server
I can view/edit onenote files on OneNote web app without any issue but when I click "Open in OneNote" button, I get the error that "onenote cannot open the specified location..."
Other office documents like word and excel work fine, only onenote has this issue.
Any help is much appreciated

We may try to use the Network Monitor tool to capture the network traffic for bothe problematic site and working site when reproducing this issue, and then read the traffic to find out the differences between them. To capture the traffic, start capturing
first, then click the “Open in OneNote” button.

Cannot open attached email from adobe reader

Adobe reader cannot open in protected mode due to a problem with your system configuration. Woud you like to open adobe with protected mode.
If I try to open with protected mode disabled then it says acrobat failed to load its core Dll
I have tried the repair in the uninstall section it did not work I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail

Cannot open attachment in mail

Once I've replied to an email with an attachment in it I can no longer return and open the attachment. I'm given the opportunity for a "quick look" when the mail first comes in but that's it. And once I reply i cannot return to the original message alone, its part of a thread.

Windows mail recipient cannot open attached files

One of my colleagues is unable to open mail attachments from me. Here are the facts that I know:
I am using Mail.app. I have sent the attachments in both windows friendly and mac formats. The files are .pdf, and MS Word 2004 .doc format.
My friend can open files from everyone else, but not me.
All my other windows friends can open my files, but he cannot.
Are there settings on his machine (either Outlook or Outlook express) that might prevent him from opening my attached files?

I have noticed Windows Exchange Server 2003 "stripping" out my attachments when I select the "Windows Friendly" checkbox. Allow me to elaborate...
When sending a basic Microsoft Word document from my Mac to his PC (document was composed in Office X, sent via Mac Mail), I selected the "Windows Friendly" option as I typically do for other Windows users.
He received a .dat file of exactly the same file size and file name. When he attempted to open the .dat file using Microsoft Word the file became corrupted and unusable.
Ironically, sending the same attachment without the check box (Windows Friendly) the file went through flawlessly as a .doc!
Yet, another time (to the same user) I accidentally checked the Windows Friendly box and the file went through just fine as a .doc!
Odd... Yep! But, I'd say 1 out of ever 10-12 emails I send with the "Windows Friendly" checkbox checked to his MSE server '03 results in the .dat file corruption. It's quite odd!

You should be able to check by opening the Attachments panel on the left (paperclip icon) and looking at the file extension.
