Cannot open Cornell University Live View anymore. Have opened it for the last ten years, at least.

Since I updated my Firefox a couple of months ago, Cornell University's "live view" has stopped working. On my computer at work, it still works. It also works on Internet Explorer.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
* Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
* Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Getting an error that the iMessage cannot be initialized - why now, I have been using it for the last 3 years?

I cannot send iMessages anymore (have been able to do so for the last 3 years) and when I go Settings / Messages / the iMessage is OFF so when I turn it on it returns an error saying that iMessage cannot be initialized and that I should sign on with my Apple ID, which I did, but it still gives me the error.
Why is this happening and what can be done?

It won't be anything to do with Acrobat.
It may well be something with whatever created the PDF, the settings in whatever made the PDF, etc.
Does this happen with every PDF that you do not recreate by printing to PDF (I presume from Acrobat)?
If this is limited to particular PDFs from a particular application and the creator of the PDF is not an Adobe product, what created them?
If it is just some PDFs, can you upload one to dropbox.com and provide a link to it?

I've learned something. New. This must be recently changed. That last time I clicked on a Link I though was a dmg file and turned out it was and exe file my Macs wouldn't allow me to do so. But haven't tried recently everytime and exe file comes up I cancel. I gues I am used to the time everytime a Virus or some other nasty was downloaded it was packaged in and exe file and Macs owuldn't allow it. I suppose with the INtel guts now they can no longer refuse to download.

Okay, I left off a lot of important information...
I'm using two tables
TWDATA
EVENT
From TWDATA I'm pulling the fields TWDATA.OrderNumber and TWDATA.DisbursementDate
From EVENT I'm pulling the fields EVENT.EventCode and EVENT.CompletedDate
The two tables are linked by OrderNumber.

OWC has batteries for 1,1 generation MacBook Pros and they ship internationally - http://eshop.macsales.com/.
Your best bet for a power adapter is to get one from Apple. Third-party adapters just don't seem to be reliable (or safe). You can also buy a replacement battery directly from Apple, of course, but they're a bit more expensive.

Which signature style are you talking about?
You can go ahead and try uninstalling and reinstalling it and see if that works for you .

Did you change the ID, or did you create a new Apple ID? If you had simply changed the ID then what I suggested above should work as the ID itself is the same (even though the name of the ID - the address - has changed).
However if you created a new ID, logged in with that, and purchased items on it, then you have two separate IDs each with purchased associated with them. You say that you can't log in to the original account with the 'alternate' email - have you tried logging in with the original email address? It doesn't matter if it doesn't actually work to receive mail, as far as logging in is concerned it's just a text string.

Please steer me in the right direction...Another option is to talk to the PLC using Modbus. Several versions of Modbus drivers are available online--or I could send you the ones I use.
The big thing to look at is exactly what you want to do in the end. If you are going to be able to use all the features of the DSC, by all means go for it. It will save you a lot of time.
If however, all you want is a remote front panel for the PLC, the DSC might be overkill. Only you can say.
Look at your entire application and where you can see your work going in the reasonable future.

That is normal for purchasing apps for a device not previously associated with your Apple ID.

I lost my contacts, texts etc after syncing my phone to itunes for first time since 2012, now all I have is info. starting from 2012. Is there any way to recover the contacts, texts etc that I have lost for the last 2 years? So ticked off at apple!

I am hoping that someone can help me understand how it can be so easy to lose the last 2 years data on an iphone by synching to itunes for the first time since 2012? If this happens from itunes automatically overwriting your phones system why would'nt there be warnings and red sirens going off on your phone? Glad to help! The reply you got was very generic and didn't completely address your questions.
Basically, all it said was to restore your backup. What I addressed was your query about how and why this happened. iTunes did give you prompts and warnings. And if you'd used iTunes back in 2012, then you'd have lost much less data when you made the incorrect selection.
Do you have an iCloud backup? Were you backing up your device at all?
I just found it amusing that you were 'ticked off at Apple' when Apple didn't cause this problem. You did.
