Cannot "open email as list" any more or view individual message from a search results page

Question

I am used to searching for a name or word and seeing the result with the years and months at the top.
If I then select for example the whole of 2015, I can see numerous emails underneath.
There are now two things which no longer work for me:
1. If I then select the Subject title of any message displayed it then shows a blank space.
2. If I select "open as email as list" it then shows a blank space and no list.

Do a malware check with a few malware scan programs.<br />
You need to use all programs because each detects different malware.<br />
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of the database before doing a scan.
