Cannot Open My DTM

I downloaded the DTM and everytime I go to open it, it shows up on the task manager, in the processes area, but does not open at all. Anyone have any thoughts on this, it's very frustrating.
Am working with the Bold 9650 on DTM 6.0.0.
At first, I installed it and everytime it came up on the screen it came up with the typical XP error message, problem encountered and needs to shut down, sorry for the inconvenience. But now it don't even show up on the screen, although it shows up in the process tab of task manager.

Try these steps to resolve your problem.
1. Delete DTM 6 from your PC thru Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel
2. Clear your system cache
3. Power down your PC
4. Power your PC back up
5. Reinstall DTM 6
6. Open DTM
Hopefully this will take care of your issue.

However after a week of using it, it started popping up a notice saying that it cannot verify Microsoft Office. I still managed to open the word document but as of today, it will not open. I took it to the Mac store last week, and they said that there was nothing wrong with it and they could not figure out any problem.
I don't know what to do and I am in desperate need of help. I cannot open my documents at all and I have my research paper that I need to finish writing. This is very disappointing and extremely stressful for me. If anyone has any suggestions of how this can be fixed, please let me know. I do not want to lose my hard work =(

Microsoft Office 365 is a subscription - based service. You have to pay for it... and keep paying for it... and paying for it... as in 365 days a year... or lose your hard work.

I installed windows 7 recently and also Adobre reader XI, and now I cannot open any of my previously created pdfs. Every time I get the message: Error opening the file. Access denied. What is going on?

Recently I had to install windows 7 in my notebook because XP doesn't have more support. Before installing I backed up all my files to my external HD. Now that I instaleed windows 7 and also installed Acrobat Reader XI, I just cannot open any of my pdf files created prior to installing windows 7.
Looking for help online, I found the solution of security and giving me access as an administrator to all my files, but it still keeps the same...
Can some one please help me out?? I really need to work on many of this files ASAP.

Canon 1DX support was added to ACR in version 6.7, 7.1. An updated CS6 should be at level ACR 8.6. If your ACR is not at level 8.6 try using CS6 menu Help>Updates. If that does not install ACR 8.6 try downloading the ACR and DNG 8.6 converter and see if ACR 8.6 will install into your CS6.

I have the exact same problem. I have not changed anything. This is probably a bug or something that has gone bad with Mac OS X (10.7.2). I have not found any solution for this on the web.

Hi there, as the question says, I cannot open any Mozilla product. I have tried to install firefox 3.6, older versions of Firefox, Firefox 4.0, Sea Monkey, Thunder Bird and Sun Bird. I have the same problem everytime. I open any of these programs and the first and the only window that appears is the crash reporter. I've tried opening it in Safe Mode and the same occurs. I have tried entirely uninstalling the products incuding the registry keys but no help. I shall post the detailed error reports, if they help solving this issue. Can you kindly look into this and find a solution as I use all of these Mozilla products and my life has been a hell since they've ben down.

Same problem over here as well, FF 7 is ok but FF8 / FF9 and Thunderbird 8 / 9 crash on startup.
They both work if I start them in safe mode with everything enabled.

My 2nd gen works fine with WPA2 and AES encryption.
You may need to go back and start over. Reset the router back to factory defaults, log on as the admin, set up security, DHCP, and make sure the IP address pool has enough IP addresses to lease to ALL of the computers/devices that will connect to that the router.

Did you try to open teh fle by double-clicking its icon? If the file was made with an older version of Office, you may get that message. Try opeing PP and, from its "File" menu, see if you can open the ppt. I've foundthat often gets around that message and then yo ucan save the file from the newer version.

I have a new iPad3 and have found I cannot open the month of March 2013 when I tap on it. All other months open OK ! I can see March 2013 in the yearly view and I can open the individual days, and weeks, of March 2013 but I cannot see the whole month in the monthly view. When I try to open the monthly view for March 2013 it returns me to the start screen which shows all the apps etc and closes the Calendar app. Any guidance of what is going wrong and how it can be corrected. That could be an accessibility issue. Check the user with whom you installed Apache server. Check the user has permissions to access the libraries.

I recently bought a new HP computuer and uploaded Window 8.1. I then transfered photo files from old computer to new computer using a portable storage drive.
When trying to view the photos, a message pops up showing a file path...and the message 'the remote procedure call failed'. Photos are in jpeg format.
Please let me know what I can do to view photos?

What program you use to view these photos? Choose another app to view these photos
for a test.
This issue only occurred when you view photo? What is the result if we connect the
portable storage drive to other computer (if possible)?
Run sfc/scannow to check and fix if there are some missing or corrupted system files.
Check the event viewer to see the detailed information of this issue.

So how do I access the file?

Sounds like you opened and saved it in CC, so now you need to go back to CC and either complete the project there, or export to IDML to take it back into CS6.

I have a PDF file that I could open on my Windows XP 32-bit laptop in Acrobat 8 Pro or in Acrobat Reader. I then upgraded to a Windows 7 64-bit laptop. But now in Win7-64, I cannot open this same file using the same apps (Acrobat 8 Pro & Acrobat Reader XI).
When I try to open it in Acrobat 8, it does not load and instead a popup windows appears saying -

I click on OK, download and run the Installer file, accept the terms, and installed the FileOpen Client (x64) B928. Upon completion, it prompts to Finish. But it does not automatically bring Reader up or try to load the file. So I try again to load the PDF file into Reader. But once again, the file does not load and the web browser is spawned loading the same FileOpen Plug-in Installer link. I click OK again, and start the same FileOpen Client process. This time, it recognizes that I have FileOpen Client installed, and the window gives me two choices, Repair or Remove. So since I apparently need this Plug-in, I choose Repair. The process seems to complete the Repair. But when I try to load the file, it still brings me back to the FileOpen Plug-in webpage. So now I am stuck again, and left without any solution from Adobe for Reader on this file.
I tried Adobe support. But apparently Adobe does not support past releases of their products (Acrobat 8), and also does not give free support for the current version of their free products (Reader XI).
Can this be fixed?

How is Acrobat 8 not fully Windows 7 compatible? I see discussions on this Adobe Community saying how Acrobat 8 does work on Windows 7 and with 64-bit. It appears that if Acrobat 8 is updated to the latest version, then this should fix AA8-Win7 issues. And I am at the latest AA8 version, 8.3.1.
And how are Acrobat 8 and Reader XI are not compatible? I have always had Acrobat and Reader installed on the same PC, without ever having any issues. And Adobe allows the installation of one after the other. So apparently Adobe allows them both to exist together. If they are incompatible, then why would Adobe allow them to exist together?
Anyway, I did uninstall the FileOpen Plug-in and the Reader XI, then reinstalled the FileOpen Plug-in. So now Reader is not installed and only Acrobat 8 is installed. I then tried to load the PDF file, but I still get the Acrobat 8 error described above.
