Cannot Open Premiere Pro CC
Hi Guys
I'm not sure if I should post this here or on the Cloud installation forum.
I have CS6 Master Collection and Pr CS6 has been running fine. I'm currently running the Pr Cloud trial. On my main PC, I've downloaded P rCC and edited a small project without any technical problems. But Pr CC "Stops working" a few seconds after the splash screen appears everytime I try to open it on my laptop, which is frustrating as Pr is the key software for me and I want to take it on the road in a couple of days....

I updated to mavericks and now I cannot open Premiere Pro
My computer also says this (see image). I have updated Cuda but there are no further updates.
I have installed Java but this does not make Premiere work.
Is there any way to fix this without having to change my Mac OSX.
ThanksHi swinbob,
Welcome to the forums.
Please remove CUDA drivers from their computer. To remove CUDA drivers from the Mac, go to “Mac HD/Library/Frameworks” and delete “CUDA.Framework.”
Also, please check the below link to clear your doubts regarding the same.

Had a recent crash on my macbook, was previously using OS 10.6 I think. Restored from recent Time Machine backup and updated to OS 10.8.2 and now I cannot open Logic Pro 9. I get a 'No entry' Icon and a not supported on this type of Mac message. I cannot update either as anything up to 9.1.1 tells me I don't need it yet 9.1.2 tells me I need an eligable Logic Pro Version was not found in applications.
All of my files are stored in a separate hard drive with only the actual app having been on my Macbook. Should I just reinstall?Hi
To run Mouitain Lion you need to update Logic.
For the updaters to work the Logic application must be:
a) Within the Applications folder, and not in any sub-folder
b) Named "Logic Pro" with no extra numbers or spaces

Error 16 when attempting to open Premiere Pro
I get an Error 16 message when attempting to open Premiere Pro trial. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Followed the recommended suggestion to reset permission folders. Still no luck launching the application. I also noticed on the crash report EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) and KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS at 0x0000000000000000.
Any suggestions ?Thanks.. these recommendations had already been taken into account. The solution.. adjust the sharing & permissions settings in the Adobe folder.
- In Finder locate Library > Application Support > Adobe
- Then open the info window
- Unlock Sharing & Permissions
- Select Read and Write privilege for your user name
- Click the wheel at the bottom of the window
- Hit Apply to Enclosed Items...
- Click the Lock
- Launch Application -

I'm using windows 8 and when I open premiere pro then it says i need application manager, so i get it and that says i need adobe support advisor but that is discontinued and now i cant use adobe premiere pro. what do i do now?
Do a clean (re)install:
* Download a fresh Firefox copy from http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html and save the file to the desktop.
* Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
* Don't remove personal data when uninstalling.
* It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can initially skip the step to create a new profile, that may not necessary for this issue.

For some reason, I cannot buy premiere pro cs6. And I'm not really sure why. Did adobe stop to distribute their cs6s products? or did I do something wrong?
Since you haven't told us a single thing about what you've tried or where you looked, it's kind of hard to tell if you did something wrong.
I went to Adobe.com, clicked the Search button, and typed Premiere CS6. Two clicks later, I was here: Creative Suite 6. -

Thank youHi
You are using Windows 32 Bit OS and Premiere Pro CC is a 64 bit application that is the reason Premiere Pro CC is not listed in the apps list
Please upgrade the OS to 64bit and then try to download Premiere Pro CC.
