Cannot open Shopping Cart

Ever since I updated to iTunes for Windows version 7, I have not been able to open my shopping cart. When I click on the cart, I see the "Accessing iTunes Store..." and process bar animation in the LCD for a moment and then I get the following message in a popup dialog:
We could not complete your iTunes Store request. An unknown error occurred (5002).
There was an error in the iTunes Store. Please try again later.
This has been going on for over a week.
I have no network issues that I am aware of (see diagnostic info), it just started after I upgraded to version 7.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program. I have switched to and back from one-click buying (one-click buying worked by the way, I hope this isn't a ploy to get us all to move to one-click, because that would suck).
Can someone fix my shopping cart or tell me what I can do to fix it?
I would also like to complain about the general bugginess of this version. I can't seem to run anything else on my PC without iTunes stuttering the music playback. This is the first time I've ever had playback performance issues - nothing else has changed on my system but the version of iTunes.

  • How to find the list of open shopping carts

    Hi ,
i want to develop a custom program to find out the list of open shopping cart ( that is shopping cart in approved state but no follow on document created ). what is the best way to find this  ?
the idea is to find the lsit of all open shopping carts created for a user who has left the organization and then change the goods recipient of shopping carts

    Hi,
I guess you could use the function BBP_PD_SC_GETLIST to provide some output of incomplete documents or narrow down a list based on various criteria like maybe of any BE_* objects are empty etc:
    BE_REFOBJ_TYPE
    BE_LOG_SYSTEM
    BE_REFOBJ
    BE_REFOBJ_ITEM
    BE_OBJECT_TYPE

  • Can't delete user account with open shopping cart

    Hi all,
Is it okay to delete user account with open shopping cart? I can't delete user by users_gen, it says existing partner document. I then applied notes 1148837,report PARTNER_SET_DELETE. And this report doesn't really work. I ran it and it found zero occurrnences. Is anybody using this report?
So is it the only way to delete user from SRM is by su01 and leave some informations on Busines partner (bp)
    Thanks,
    Kev

Hi. You can easily lock the user and change the validity dates using SU01.
Then, I would write a program that looks through all locked users and checks their valdity dates. Table USR02 holds all this data.
Then, if the user is locked and the validity end date was 3 or 6 or whatever months ago (make this a selection parameter probably), then you know you want to delete this user.
So, go into table HRP1001 where SCLAS = US and SOBID = user name and OTYPE = CP and get field OBJID. This is the central person (CP) number.
Then, go into table HRP1001 again, this time where SCLAS = BP  and OTYPE = CP and OBJID = the CP number and get field SOBID. This is the business partner (BP) number.
Now, run function BAPI_USER_DELETE to delete the SU01 user fully, then function HR_CENTRALPERSON_DELETE to delete the central person, then function BUP_BUPA_DELETE to delete the business partner.
    And that should delete everything.
    Regards,
    Dave.

  • Open Shopping Cart from ERP Backend

    Hi,
we are on SRM 7.01 and ECC 6.0 as ERP Backend.
How can i open a shopping cart with the shopping cart number?. Can i open the shopping cart per URL?
We have the shopping cart number in ERP Backend.
    Best regards,
    Benjamin Herzig

    Hi,
erp users should be able to open the shopping cart with one click from sap gui me53n.
At the moment, they have to copy the shopping cart number and then open the SAP Portal and search for the shopping cart. This is not very userfriendly.
Can i use any remote function in srm calling from the erp?
I´m surprised that nobody else needs such as feature!
    Best regards,
    Ben

  • Cannot access shopping cart in iTunes store.

I can access the iTunes store just fine; however, I can't get to my shopping cart.
I can no longer access my shopping cart. I clicked on it today and was prompted to agree to new terms and conditions; I did so. I was then forwarded to another screen which indicated my purchase could not be completed at this time, and my selection in the left-hand column was automatically changed from 'Shopping Cart' to 'iTunes Store.' From this point, whenever I've selected 'Shopping Cart' I've received an error prompt (Unknown error 5002).
I decided to update my iTunes version, but that has not helped at all.

Spent a while in the "loop" myself (agreeing to new terms for iTunes 7.6 (29), then reviewing my account info.) - now I'm out of the loop but still getting the 5002 error. I tried signing out & signing back in, quitting, restarting, fiddling with one-click, and everything else I've seen in various discussion boards. Still no luck.
    Anybody have any definitive answer???

  • Getting error for opening shopping cart after deleting user fron org struct

    Hi Experts
I am getting dump user attribute not maintained after deleting user assignment from org structure.
what can i do to retain old status. or atleas wants to avoid getting this dump ..while displaying this SC.
    pl provide any solution
    Regards
    Nilesh,

It is never a good idea to just delete a user assignment. What I find is that people just go on deleting assignments without considering the consequences. And later on it gives a lot of trouble to correct errors.
So never delete an assignment, but give it an end date (it's there for a reason!).
On to your problem: as said by someone else, get the user/business partner back into the organisational model (doesn't matter where actually) and there won't be an error. Try first with ppoma_bbp, if that doesn't work use pp01 - use pp01 with care and know exactly what you want to achieve else you'll end up creating a bigger mess than you started with.
If you have deleted the business partner completely you will have to update the database by hand hacking tables (a big reason never to delete a bp you are not entirely sure about).

    Robin

  • How to jump into shopping cart from ERP

    Hi All,
I am working on utilities report in SRM server, If I execute the report the shopping cart per product will display at the output in ALV.
If I click on the Transaction number the needs to Jump into shopping cart.
Could any one please suggest me how to do this requirement.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Praba

    Hi Praba,
It might be best to provide details on where you currently are with this project, i.e. is all you are looking for the WD Component to call to open shopping cart status or do you already have this but calling it results in runtime error or similar?
It is very important to include all the details rather than asking  something like 'suggest me how to do this requirement', this indicates to the general community that you have not even tried yourself to do this and if the issue is that you are unable to code such a task then you should raise a thread in the relevent ABAP forums.

    Jason

  • Reg the budget check in Shopping cart

    Hi SRM Gurus,
We are having a requirement that while creating a shopping cart system should check for the difference of budget amount in R/3 & open shopping carts in SRM and should allow to create SC only if the SC amount less than the difference. Can you people pls suggest the best way to proceed.. Is there any BAdI exists...
    Thanks in Advance,
    Chandra Sekhar.

    Chandra,
to know what you need to check you should understand the ERP report RKACSHOW. As well refer to my old note 520717 regarding budget checks. The related notes look interesting too:

SAP Note 1380879 - FAQ: Split criteria in the Sourcing
    Cockpit
    Hierarchies
You can use this function in SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) to support sourcing of purchase requisitions for service items from SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP ERP), including service item hierarchies. This allows you to support service structures with a maximum depth of five outline levels. In addition, hierarchies are supported in Supplier Self-Services (SUS), allowing supplier collaboration for back-end purchase orders containing service item hierarchies.
    Note
Currently, RFxs, RFx responses, and shopping carts are supported in SAP SRM, whereas sales orders and confirmations are supported in SUS. For shopping carts, however, hierarchies are only supported when they have been created based on external requirements with hierarchies. In other words, you cannot create shopping carts in SAP SRM and then build hierarchies.
    End of the note.
You can use outline items to structure service requirements, and break them down into their smallest components using configurable item numbering. Outline items are purely informational, and allow you to group subline items. They must contain at least one subline item, and do not trigger follow-on processes. Subline items can be either outline items or line items. Contrary to outline items, line items contain accounting information and trigger follow-on processes. You can roll down prices, and other information, such as business partners, delivery date, and account assignment, to lower levels. Similarly, you can roll up prices from lower levels and sum them up.
    Prerequisites
In Customizing for SAP Supplier Relationship Management under  SRM Server  Cross-Application Basic Settings  Service Procurement  Activate Service Procurement , you must have activated the hierarchy function.
You have defined settings as described in SAP Solution Manager under  <project name>  Configuration  SAP SRM <release>  Basic Settings for Service Procurement Classic  Settings for SAP SRM  Activate Service Procurement Classic . This configuration step applies to both SAP SRM and Materials Management.
    Example
You could structure a computer delivery as follows, using configurable line item numbers:
    1 Outline IT Equipment
    1.1 Outline Laptop
    1.1.1 Material Hardware
    1.1.1.1 Info line RAM
    1.1.1.2 Info line DVD drive
    1.1.2 Outline Software
    1.1.2.1 Material Microsoft Office
    1.1.2.2 Material CAD
Values are entered at item level and rolled up to the superordinate outline level, whereas the delivery date is entered at outline level and rolled down to the item levels.

  • Open source shopping cart wont open with safari

    Hi all...
I'm designing cart templates for a company that supplies an interface for uploading product to an open source shopping cart. The problem is I can't open the shopping carts with safari. They are fine with firefox and on a PC. (forgive me for swearing) The sites are open source carts based on php scripting with a lot of compressed data. A software interface is used to upload products etc... The error I get is
"Safari can’t open the page “not sure if I can put the link here as it is a business”. The error was: “bad server response” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1011) Please choose Report Bug to Apple..."
It's the same for all the sites using the carts.
Is there a fix at the user end or does safari simply not have support for these carts. Any help would be awesome....

PCI Compliance. As a merchant (online or brick & mortar store), you must take necessary steps to ensure your customer's CC info doesn't fall into the wrong hands.  One way to do this is to pass your online customers off to a 3rd party processor like PayPal or Authorize.net. These companies are experts in safely gathering sensitive data, encrypting it and transmitting it to your payment Gateway and Merchant Bank account.  This way, your customers never enter any sensitive data into your site's databases which avoids a lot of headaches for the web developer and merchant.
Server Security. Use a reliable web host. I can't emphasize this enough.  Cheap hosting is no bargain especially if your host doesn't take reasonable steps to secure their servers at their end.
Lock down your php scripts & form log-ins to defend your site against possible hackers & robot exploitation.  If your site is ever compromised, you will need reliable backups of your Site files and MySql data.  Make sure to backup these files regularly and store them in a safe place.
Backend log-in.  Use strong, encrypted passwords -- 17 characters, upper & lower case with symbols.  If you can remember your passwords, they're not strong enough.  I keep mine written down in a Rolodex.
Change the Admin log-in name to something less obvious like GrandHighExhaltedMysticRuler or something only you will recognize as the site's admin level user.  It's also a good idea to change your server, database and backend log-ins regularly.
Finally, consider running SecureLive on your web server. I have it running on a dedicated server and this software has more than paid for itself.  It identifies hacker attempts, blocks the user and sends the hacker's IP address to an FBI database.  SecureLive - Home
