Cannot organise new tags alphabetically. PS Elements 11.

I am using PS elements 11. My tags are organised alphabetically as sub-categories under various keyword tags. I don't use the Media People Places Events headers on the screen, as they don't offer anything I find useful. I upgraded to version 11 from version 10 and before that version 9 so I probably think of organising pics on terms of those versions. My problem is that when I create new sub-categories I can't integrate them with the existing list in alphabetical order. They add themselves to the bottom of the existing list. Interestingly, though, the new sub-categories are also automatically sorted alphabetically. If I set Preferences/Keyword tags and Albums to manual I can move existing tags within the existing tag group and new tags within the new tags group. But I can 't move tags between the groups so as to create a single group of tags organised alphabetically. Can anyone help?

I'm trying to insert new tags immediately after the root element in a DOM tree. The data to be inserted is being passed to the program as a string parameter. I've used Dom4J to add the data as a new element immediatelty after the root. Problem is, I'm not able to extract the content as a String from the document object. Here's my sample code :

1. I'm not able to find a way to convert the Document object content to String. The only API reference is asXML() which converts the document to a xml and sends it back as String. As a result of this, it adds a <xml> tag at the top.Also,the content within the added String has been parsed and converted to > , <

Old and new values are available in both BEFORE and AFTER row triggers. A new column value can be assigned in a BEFORE row trigger, but not in an AFTER row trigger (because the triggering statement takes effect before an AFTER row trigger is fired). If a BEFORE row trigger changes the value of new.column, then an AFTER row trigger fired by the same statement sees the change assigned by the BEFORE row trigger.

The workaround for this problem is to revert to IE9 or earlier, install your old PSE, then reinstall the latest IE version.

Registering a new TAG handler

I need to parse a META tag from HTML document and I cannot do it with standard tag handlers. I think I need to set up a new tag handler.
Please can anybody tell me how to do it??
I'll be graetful for any information.

If you click on the APIs link on the left, and then click on HTML.Tag in the bottom-left frame, it gives you the documentation for HTML.Tag. Now click on Uses at the top and it tells you everywhere in the standard API which uses HTML.Tag. Of these, HTMLDocument.HTMLReader.registerTag(HTML.Tag t, HTMLDocument.HTMLReader.TagAction a) looks the most promising, although it's protected so you'll have to subclass HTMLReader.

PROBLEM IN SETTLEMENT CO88 - G/L 7000203 cannot be created as a co element

I am facing with an error. Kindly suggest the way how to come up with the issue.
My Client due to some reason passed an JV in the month of december in PRD.
Now after this all the settlement for the next periods are in error. The following is the error while executing CO88.
G/L account 7000203 cannot be created as a cost element
Message no. KQ119
Diagnosis
When maintaining the posting rules for passing on results analysis data to Financial Accounting, you entered a G/L account that is defined as a primary cost element in cost and revenue element accounting. This is not allowed. You must enter a G/L account in the posting rules that is not defined as a cost element.
System Response
The entry invalid.
Procedure
You have the following options:
Enter a G/L account for which no cost element is specified in Cost and Revenue Element Accounting.
You can change the message type with user-defined error management (transaction OPR4_KKA). What should be observed when you enter a G/L account in a posting rule that is defined as a primary cost element in Cost and Revenue Element Accounting? You need to define a CO account assignment so that the posting defined in the posting rule can be executed. You do this with transaction OKB9 (default account assignment) or OKC9 (substitution), or using the default account assignment in the cost element master.
I even tried to create make default the COST CENTER in OKB9 for that cost element as stated in the message itself but still the problem exist. I got another suggestion. Firstly i will transfer the values in new GL a/c, and make the necessary config changes in OKG8 with the new GL a/c.
can somebody guide me whether i am on the right way or is there any work around possible.

Hi Sandeep,
In Transaction OKG8 the GL account for P&L(7000203) should not be a cost element. I dont know how it was allowing you all this while.
Try assigning another P&L account without a cost element.

We were receiving the following messages in alert log. We have Oracle 10g R2 database having four redo log groups with two members each (50 MB). To overcome this error yesterday we added two more groups with same config. Again we received the same message in the alert log.

You might not want to revivify threads from 2006. Create a new thread, including all the information to make it a [url http://catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html]smart question. Which version and patch level of Oracle are you on, which platform, how often are your logs switching, a relevant clip from your alert log surrounded by {noformat}{noformat} tags, etc.

Cannot set new in points or out points

Just installed Premier Elements 9. These controls are missing in my Preview panel, in the sceneline. I have one inpoint and 1 outpoint per clip, cannot add new ones. I also tried configuring keyboard short cuts for these functions, no effect. What can I do?

You are most welcome.
Video editing is a very intense process, for both the computer and for the user. At first blush, some things do not seem that intuitive. Also, there can be differences in nomenclature and also mechanics, program to program.
For a "quick start," I highly recommend Steve's books on PrE (and PSE too), from Muvipix. He takes the user (new, or old) through the program in a very easy to read fashion. Though I was very familiar with NLE's, editing and even PrPro, I got so much out of his PrE book, that I was up to speed quite quickly. His books helped me to easily locate things that I knew had to be there, but were just placed differently, than in PrPro - also some names had changed and processes grouped differently. He also covers shooting videos, and general editing tips. Much more info than even the best manuals cover. I'd typify his books as a great manual with Adobe Classroom in a Book, all in one place, and at a great price. Make it a holiday present to yourself, and you will not be sorry.

I went to the Premiere Elements 13 tryout page at the Adobe web site and downloaded the tryout. I used the Firefox browser (latest version).
These are the details according to what was presented to me today
1. In choice of download, I selected Multiple LanguagesIWindows 64 bitI 1.67 GB. I do not have a Windows 7 or 8 32 bit computer.
In your case, you would expect that you used used Multiple LanguagesIWindows 1.50 GB (which would have been the 32 bit version
in agreement with your Windows 7 or 8 32 bit computer.
2. When I pressed the Download button, there appeared
Akamai Download Manager
Browse For Folder dialog - (where I designated Desktop as my save location for the saved file/folders from the download)
3. The first file to download was the .7z which is named Premiereelements 13_LS26_win64.7z (in my case, in yours it should be ...._win32.7x)
File 1 of 2.
The second file to download was the .exe which is named PremiereElements 13_LS26_win64.exe (in my case, in yours it should be..._win32.exe)
4. When "3" is finished, automatically the Install Now comes up with a dialog regarding the .exe with an Open button. Click on the Open button.
5. Next there is a Folder Location dialog which I had set
C:\Uses\Owner\Desktop\Adobe Premiere Elements 13
I clicked next in this Folder Location dialog.
6. Next there was an Adobe Premiee Elements 13 dialog "Preparing Files" with mention of "Extracting Files".
When the extraction process was complete, there was the automatic appearance of the Files Are Ready with a check mark next to
"Launch Adobe Premiere Elements 13. There I clicked the Finished button.
7. Next up was the Adobe Installer dialog and the "Initializing Installer" message.
8. Next came the Welcome dialog with choices of Install or Try. I selected Try.
If you have a purchased serial number already, I assume that you can click install and use your purchased serial number.
9. Next came the sign In Required dialog where I click the Sign In button.
10. Next the Adobe Software License Agreement to which I clicked Accept.
11. Next the Options dialog -
Adobe Premiere Elements 13 4.1 GB
Language English (North America)
Location C:\Program Files\Adobe
to all of 11 I clicked Install.
and said Yes to User Account Control pop up.
12. Automatic Install from there on.
When I looked at my desktop I found saved there
a. the .exe file
b. the .7x file
c. an Adobe Premiere Elements 13 Folder
any of which I believe I could have installed from as I have described to you previously.
If you cannot get the above to work, then you can try going through the process of getting the Adobe Premiere Elements 13 tryout

There you will end up with the .exe and .7z downloads. After you download and save these two to your desktop, then you begin the
process by double clicking the exe and following the on screen instructions.
Please review the above and determine how much of it you have been through before and the choices that you have made along the way.

Actually, you want activation support for this, not regular customer care. Activation is tied to hardware, so when you change the hardware in your computer PSE thinks it's on a new machine.

I cannot get images to download with Elements 9 (Windows) the past two days. I have degfragmented the computer 2X and downloaded Elements 9 2X... Still will not download, However, organizer opens as normal...

From a storage card... Have done this many times in the past...

Are you attempting to download from camera or storage card? Try copying the files to your hard drive and then use the Organizer menu: File >> Get Photos & Videos >> from Files & Folders

Cannot find the tag library descriptor

I trying to do the Java EE 5 Tutorial. It is called 'hello1' (chapter 2) and it's supposed to run a 'hello duke' program. However it is in Netbeans and I am trying to use ECLIPSE.
I've tried to paste it into Eclipse but I get the following error message:
Cannot find the tag library descriptor for http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core
when trying to include the following taglib:
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core" prefix="c" %>
Any ideas? I'm sure it's a very basic fix but I am new to Eclipse and web development.

Did you download the new iTunes update that was also released this afternoon? That might be the problem. The new iTunes update came out today as well as the new iOS 7 update and if you haven't downloaded the new iTunes update it may be a compatibility problem so if you didn't, first update to the new iTunes and try again.

I would like to know the GL Account 59500140 is a P&L Account. Is it correct?.
Please help me to overcome from this issue.

Execute transaction code FSP0 and check whether the account is a P&L or a Balance Sheet. Nevertheless, you can only enter accounts that are not created as cost elements in customizing transaction OKG8. If you enter an account that is also a cost element, then you need to configure default CO account assignment using OKB9 or a substitution using OKC9. Please refer to the following SAP Notes.
