Cannot pay for credit

Im trying to purchase skype credit.
CC rejected and PayPal gets insta refunded. Support FAQ leades me to believe skype thinks this is a fraudulent transaction. It is not I want to purchase credit.
So now how to I get to a human who will fix this?

Probably one of the worst support procedures I have ever encounterd. Basically how can I get skype to take my money?

Apple says the following:
You can't use Apple Store gift cards as a form of payment to upgrade your iCloud storage (payment methods accepted include iTunes store credit, credit cards, and debit cards).

Why is it every time I try to buy itunes I am diverted to the Chinese store and cannot pay for my items? Can anyone help? I have tries to select the English store but it will not allow me to proceed. I think it has been hacked in the past as there is a list of Chinese Apps which it seems to be awaiting payment for, going back to 2011.

Free Disk Space & Memory are 2 differen't things.

Jetpack Cannot Pay for service

I've been trying to pay for the jet pack for 5 plus days without giving my credit card to a human. The system will not allow me to enter a credit card from any other device than the jetpack. Since the plan has now expired that can't be done. In fact it was not until today that I was able to join the my verizon web site because every time I tried I was told the site was down or not reachable for maintenance. Does anyone know how I can use the online system to make a payment for the data plan without having to give a human my credit card. I've even been into the store hoping that I could just swipe it but told that they cannot do it either.
The company I work for just switched the employees to who use a jetpack to tmobile because of the expense and the poor service. This is for my personal use, I've only had for a month and now I understand why the switch.

I'm not sure that I fully understand. Are you referring to a Kaspersky promotion?

I want now to renew this licence for one year; I CANNOT:
If I use my credit card, nothing happens after I type the last digit.

I found out that i have a balance due and i cannot pay for it for some reason

I am a former student of Penn State University, I had to go back to my country. I was a verizon customer and I found out that I had an unpaid balance due. I cannot login to my verizon at all. Cannot Pay for Photoshop CC

When I get to the payment part, I cannon change the Country to Denmark. I can only use the US states. Then the zip code and city won't match. I have an english version on Photoshop CC.
What to do???? I'm stocked and cannot have the licensed version. Only the trial, that stopped working now

When you log in to the Adobe Main Page www.adobe.com, you will see on the far right "Welcome Lisalotte Mathisen"
Hover over that name and click on "My Info"
Then you will be taken to your profile page. Look under "My Address Book" and see what you have for a billing address.
If the US is listed,you must call Customer Support to change it.
Since this is a billing problem, it is best to call Customer Support anyway.

Hello there! I'm playing a Cindy crash game on iPhone. Whenever I'm trying to buy extra moves or a new episode it says that the purchase is failed and no money was removed from my account. I do not know why. I have recently changed my pay details and since then I'm having problems with these purchases. Before that, I was always asked to enter Apple ID password to buy but now it goes straight to buying and always ends up with failure. I tried buying other things and all was fine so I'm sure that the problem is not with pay details. Thank you for your help!

Since I have upgraded to lion 10.7.3, every time I try to buy something on itunes using pay pal, I'm told my password is incorrect. So I change it. Then I click on paypal again and I get this error message.""This recipient requires that you have a valid funding source from United States in order to complete this transaction." What does this mean? Why was I able to use paypal without any problem for years? What can I do to fix the problem?

Yes. I'm getting the same problem with my Mac Pro. I've been unable to access Paypal for about 2 weeks now with either Seamonkey, Safari or Firefox. I wasn't too concerned at first as I was able log into Paypal using an older G4 which worked fine. Now unfortunately that seems to be locked out as well. How frustrating I can't even log in to get a Paypal phone number from their help page. I did manage to contact Paypal via email, here is their response:

Obviously there is some major problem which has happened in the last few weeks. It is strange as some times first thing in the morning on my G4 I have been able to log into the Paypal site and get the ability to access one or two pieces of information and then the site gets frozen.

You cannot pay for an iCloud account - it is a FREE service.
However, you can pay for additional iCloud storage, above the 5GB you get for free.
Also will my 3g iphone still be abe to pop my .me and .mac email???
I don't know what you mean by "to pop my ...", but if you mean can you access your email via POP3, then no, you can't - iCloud email is IMAP only, but can be setup on an iPhone 3G using the settings here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864
