Cannot post request for U100 bios switch FN and CTRL keys

I need the U100 BIOS that switches FN and left CTRL keys. Followed a somewhat convoluted method of locating the BIOS page for U100 and the DL links are removed - they ask that you post the request but the topic is closed.
I've got 5 tabs open to MSI forums - I was just looking to swap those keys.
How can I get the latest modded BIOS?

and im woder if it is possible to switch FN and CTRL keys or map FN on CTRL or maybe turn off FN key - without physical removing FN ;-)

Getting a 502 Bad Gateway when trying to run a POST request for application on Lync UCWA on VPN

I am getting a 502 Bad Gateway when trying to run a POST request for application info on Lync UCWA ("Policy prevents request from being proxied."). When I do a request without SSL, I get a 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
Is this becouse I am on VPN and not on the internal network? There are some policy on VPN or the IIS internal that denies me access?
I have not tried it internal yet. Anyone else with this experience?

Did you figure out your issue? I'm having a similar issue. Even thought I'm able to successfully sign-in to the Lync Server and obtain a Bearer token, I'm not getting any response from the server when sending a POST request to the application URI (https://<pool_fqdn>/ucwa/oauth/v1/applications).
Wondering if it's a policy issue and if so, why user policy affects this access?

Cannot lock request for deletion

i am trying to delete the request in 0MAT_PLANT. But I am getting prompt saying 'Cannot lock request for deletion'.

I am not sure what you are trying to do but try following:
An object can be deleted from the request only if the request is not released.
Go to SE10 and click on display at the bottom of the screen (make sure modifiable is selected)
Now look for the request, expand it, select the component you want to delete and delete it (either right click delete or click on trash can from the menu)
If an request is released than object from it cannot be deleted. Create a new request assign required objects to it.
If you want you may not import the earlier released request.

Pop-up is displayed requesting for a WAS user id and password

Hi SDN,
I created a BEx iView based on Template-id. I am using single sign-on with user mapping. When i logged on to portal everything is working fine but initially a pop-up is displayed requesting for a WAS user id and password of the BW system.
I have mapped the Portal user with the BW user-id and password.
Can any one suggest me how suppress initial pop-up.

Hi Basha,
When you run the report from SICF you will definitely get the popup for authentication, as you are sending request directly on BW WAS.
The reason behind you are getting popup in portal is that you have not used FQDN for BW server in WAS properties of System Object. Try to maintain same domain name for Portal and BW server.This you can easily achieve by modifying host file.
e.g. <EP server IP> EPserver.abc.com
<BW server IP> BWserver.abc.com
Use "BWserver.abc.com" in WAS hostname under system properties.

Want to switch the position for the Fn key and Ctrl key~~ very annoying

I got my W520 CTO for about two weeks, I hate the keyboard design.
I don't understand why Lenovo engineers change the positions of
Fn key and Ctrl key! So unprofessional..
For most keyboards, the Ctrl Key is at most bottom-left, which
is convenient for the little finger.
Ctrl key is so often used (especially for programmer) such that
it should be easily pressed using litter finger.
Fn key is seldom used (unless for projector, adjust brightness
as such).
I am thinking to change the position of the two keys, does Lenovo
provide this service?

I prefer Ctrl on the inside; it's closer to the pinky. Also more comfortable for FPS's as you can curl the pinky and hit it with the back rather than the front.

I'm using Linux Fedora on which I can not control brightness using Fn+F4/F5. I've tested Gnome and Xfce.
The only way to control brightness is using command line :
echo 8 > /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness
(you can enter a number from 0 to 8)
With Ubuntu 14.04 LiveCD controlling brightness using Fn+F4/F5 works well so for me it is a Linux distribution issue.
Nevertheless, with Bios .10A I could not use any Linux at all, there was a real bug with brightness control which Bios .10G has fixed.
The bug I'm talking about is described here :

Please note that Bios .10G FIXES this bug. The problem I'm encountering now is different, and only reproducible with Fedora. Ubuntu LiveCD is OK.

Cannot Post in fora with Opera 7.11

I am using Opera 7.11 on Linux.
I cannot post in JDeveloper forum using this browser. Also the style sheed that OTN servers Opera often results in errors as not loading al images or very slow loading.
I still have problems with Javascripts especially on the application server pages.
How about testing OTN with Opera as well as other browser, Not, that I do not like Mozilla, I just enjoin in the freedom to choose a browser, which suites me.

Flemming....we have no current plans to test OTN for Opera, which is a used by a very small minority of members. If possible, we recommend that you use Mozilla or IE when browsing OTN.

Cannot post invoice for framework order

Maybe this question is too simple... I created a framework order worth 6000 euros. But in MIRO i just want to post an invoice worth 100 euros. I use the framework order as reference PO. And input 100 euros in the amount field. But the balance is 100 euro. I cannot post it. Anybody knows the solution?

Yes of course, for FO orders the process is normally very straightforward.
You assign your PO items to a G/L account a enter the value limit.
Then you can do directly MIRO.
Your problem is that your are not using a valid account assignment ( U ). Try as a test e.g. using 'K' ( cost center ; G/L should be determined automatically if setup correctly ) or 'X' and enter the cost G/L account directly.
Then your MIRO will work,
