Hi. The DJ F4235 is not a wireless printer. Best option I can suggest on the information provided is to disconnect the USB cable connection and uninstall any software that you may have attempted to install. You can do this by add/remove programs from the Control Panel. Please ensure to only remove the HP DJ F4235 software ONLY however.
You will be prompted to reboot after the uninstall to complete the task, please do so. Verify that the printer is uninstalled by viewing the printers control panel - it should no longer be listed as an available printer?

Ensure to follow all onscreen prompts and do not attempt to connect the printer until you are asked to do so (it will be towards the end of the software install).

Caused by a Bug in Firefox 4.0b12. It was fixed on Monday in the 4.0b13 pre "tester" nightly's. The fix will be in the 4.0 Release Candidate.

I am unable to print anything from any website.

As of a week or so ago, I cannot print anything from Firefox. I'm using FF 3.6.13, and Max OS X 10.6.6 on a 3+ year-old (Intel Core 2 Duo) iMac. I'm connected via ethernet to a Brother laser printer. I am unaware of any change in any element of the computer's hardware or software since before the problem appeared, except the recent OS X update. (See below for why I don't think that's the problem.)
In all other respects Firefox appears to be working correctly: I can open pages, navigate the sites as usual, etc.
I don't get a blank sheet of paper from the printer--I get no response from the printer at all, print preview gives no response, and pdf's created from the print dialog box are blank.
I reset all of the print settings in about:config. No help. I deleted Firefox and all my preferences, reinstalled FF from the Mozilla site; no help.
The only extension I've added is a dictionary, which has not been updated or altered since long before the problem appeared.
The error console has warnings: "Warning: Unknown property '(blah, blah, blah)'. Declaration dropped. Source file: https//addons.mozilla.org/media//css/zamboni/z-min.css?build=cd68cc7" where '(blah, blah, blah)' is "text-overflow", "border-radius", "box-shadow", "-moz-transition", et al.
Error console has a message: "api-secure.recaptcha.net : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555". Following up on that didn't do me any good either. The description of that issue seemed to focus on sites not opening, which is not my problem.
My wife's MacBook is running the same version of Firefox and OS X (including last week's update to Snow Leopard), and prints to the same printer over the same LAN. (Later model processor and different firmware, though.) No problems printing, just like my iMac was behaving last week.

Had a hp officejet 4500 printer and now have a HP ENVY 4500 e-ALL-in-On series and neither one will print anything from the internet.
Any ideas on what to check ?????

Because your HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer is producing blank prints from three computers when printing from the the internet I'm wondering if there may actually be a hardware ink system issue occuring. I understand that this may sound odd as everything else appears to print fine. However, when printing from your computers colour ink is used to enrich the black ink when printing in certain programs. Primarily when the computer 'sends' the print job to the printer as an image file. Therefore, just to ensure that your printers ink system is functioning properly, I am going to have you print a standalone Print Quality Report.
How to Print the Quality Report:
Load plain white paper in the paper tray.
On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon (), and then touch Tools. The Tools Menu displays.
Touch Print Quality Report. The printer prints the test page.
If this report prints perfectly: Than the issue that you're experiencing is not related to the printer. Rather, there is likely a setting that still needs to be checked under Google Chrome. If your modem/router was causing this issue all prints would be affected.
If this report prints with quality defects or missing colours: Than the Google Chrome printing issue that you're experiencing is being caused by your printer. To resolve this print system issue can I please have you click here. Once the support document opens please run through Solution six, Solution seven, and Solution eight. This includes any sub-steps under the listed Solutions.

For starters, what exactly do you mean by "cannot print"?
Are you getting an error message? Are you trying to print from within Reader or are you opening these in the browser? What version of Reader. Even though it's a new printer, the drivers that came with it (or the ones that were already on your computer) may be old so, have you downloaded the most recent drivers from the Brother site?

I installed 4.0 and cannot print anything. I uninstalled and installed 3.6 and cannot print anything. Everything has a .tif extension and wants me to save the file and I just want to print a selection from my email!

I have had nothing but grief since I upgraded to 4. It is hateful. I can't print anything. If I highlight something from a website or my email and tell the printer to just print the selection, it doesn't print. It wants me to save the the file and they all have a .tif extension and nothing will print. I have uninstalled 4 and gone back to 3.6 and the problem is still there. If I highlight the desired selection and copy it to Word 2003, it will print what I want, but I can't print anything from the browser itself. That is the only problem I'm aware of so far. I upgraded about a week ago at most, maybe less than that. I'm so sorry I did. Why can't I print anything? I don't want my selection to be a file, I just want it to print!

Thank you, but it didn't work. My printer stays on away, independently of the PC. I can print from Chrome and IE7 with no problem but not Firefox. The .tif extension refers to a tagged image something. I went looking around in the control panel and I found that Microsoft Office has it's own Access Snapshot Viewer. My company installed Office 2003 on my PC but I only use Word in my work. This snapshot viewer was listed in the control panel under Printers and Faxes. It was not the default anything but for some reason, Firefox 4 installation must have kicked it into gear. I've had the Office software for several months with not one problem. I have Firefox4 for less than a week and everything becomes difficult. I deleted the Office snapshot viewer (hope I don't get fired for it) so my little HP printer is the only one listed and now things seem to be working okay. I have FF 3.6 back up and running. I didn't lose any data and I hope the support and security updates stay available for a long time because it seems like there are plenty of people who aren't in love with FF4. I have blackberry 9630 tour and am using CDMA service from Reliance, India. The most amazing thing I encountered in recent days is: I cannot transfer anything from other mobiles using bluetooth. My bluetooth handsfree and audio is working fine. When I tried confirming with my SP-Reliance they gave me the astonishing answer that this cannot be done. You can only use this facility with other BB handset i.e my 9630 can communicate with opnly other BB's and not any other phones.
I find it hard to believe, but searched in the internet, there were some similar posts with identical problem of mine but without any siolutions.
Just wondering how can this be true by any means? Why the other mobiles are able to pair with my handset but fail to send anything.........

Thank you for posting your solution. But, to clarify, a BT enabled BB can, by default, receive files via BT...it is simply that they are not automatically received by the BB; one must execute the "Receive using BT" command before initiating the send from the other device.

8625 failure to print anything from windows 8.1 computer on wirelessnetwork

I installed the HP Officejet aio yesterday and I cannot get it to print anything from my computer. I installed it on my home network. My office mate has the same computer and is running on 8.1 and he can print to the 8625. But I cannot. The printers does show up in the control panel as the default printer when I send a file to be printed it says it's printing but I get nothing. What should I do, I'm really PO'd about this.

If you have seen issues where your laptops/tablets has been taken from a private (home) network to a public network and then not been able to print when returning back to your private (home) network. This is most likely due to the public network settings not being reset back to the private (home) network settings. Install this Microsoft patch to make sure this private-public-private network issue does not reoccur. It is part of the April 2014 Windows Update package for Windows 8.1 and Server2012 R2 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919355).
If you experience this issue before you apply the patch, you must manually reset your network settings for this patch to function. Please refer to the above documents for manual reset help.

Thank you, but I still haven't solved my problem. I tried the reset suggestion. But I cannot find print.print_printer preference. Maybe the word "printer" is to be replaced with the name of my printer. But because of the warning that making any changes is a very dangerous thing to do, I hesitated to do anything.
I have located the Print to file option, but it is not checked.
This problem did not exist before the Firefox update of about 6 months ago. Today I downloaded the latest Firefox update, hoping that would solve my problem, but it did not.

Cannot print A3 from InDesign to Canon clc 4040 printer

Hi I have a problem that may or may not have anything to do with InDesign...
Office with 5 Mac Pros, PowerPC models, all running identical OSX 10.5.latest, Adobe CS4 everything.
All software up to date. Basically all machines identical.
All users are storing their files on the same network volume.
3 Macs can print A3 to the Canon clc 4040 but 2 cannot. This is Mac20 used by Kirsti and Mac07 used by Kevin.
If Kirsti sits at Mac20 she cannot print A3 from InDesign. It prints an A4 page, being part of the whole A3 document (its not the A3 doc shrunk to fit A4) The same goes for all other apps including MS Word. Page setup =A3, printer setup = A3, result... printer prints A4. BUT she can print A3 from Quark XPress 8.0.
If Kirsti logs in to another Mac she still cannot print A3 BUT the usual user of that Mac CAN print A3. But if they try to print Kirsti's files A3 they cannot.
All Macs have exactly the same driver from Canon. Latest version 2.0 from their website.
Deleting the InDesign preferences from the Mac makes no difference.
All Macs on same network.
All connecting to Canon clc 4040 via network using IP or using Bonjour. Same result with either protocol.
I have deleted and re-installed the printer countless times.
The only "work around" is to remove the A4 tray and "force" the printer to use A3.
The above scenario is the same for Kevin on Mac07
The Canon CLC 4040 has a "Fiery RIP" whatever that is...
Can anyone point me at where the problem lies? I have had a Canon tech on site but he could do nothing.

My experience is with CS2 on OS 10.3.9 and 10.4.11, so this may have changed in CS3, or 10.5....
Setup a custom paper size for your printer.
This can be accessed from within the InDesign Print window.
File > Print
Select your printer from the
Printer: pulldown menu (if not already selected)
Click
Page Setup... at the bottom left
Click
Settings and then select
Custom Paper Size from the list of options
Click
New, name the style, define the paper size and printable margins, and save it.
Click OK to exit the page setup.
In the InDesign Print Window, Click on
Page Setup... again
Select
Your New Paper Size in the Page Setup
Paper Size: pulldown, then click OK.
InDesign Print window
Setup should reflect the new page size and list the paper size as "Defined by Driver"
If your document page size is the same as your paper size, then the preview in the lower left should reflect that.

You can also take a screen shot of your screen displaying the voucher. Press and release the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time. The screenshot is added to your Camera Roll album.
Note: On an iPad without a camera, screenshots are added to the Saved Photos album.
